No lift which made it tricky for third floor. Rooms nice and cool with air con. Able to walk to beach.

On site parking. Clean facilities. Great views from the balcony. Not too difficult to walk to the beach. Variety of delicious food for breakfast. Daughter enjoyed toys in common room too.

We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator and lots of luggage. Internet didn’t work on the 3rd floor.

Amazing.

The host were great & breakfast was really good. Catered for my partner who is gluten free and gave lots of tips and advice, great English and the bed was so comfy! Great view from the room and very responsive on message to any questions!

Classic decor with headboards and chandeliers. Helpful friendly hosts Felicia and Mario. Good breakfast. Large balcony.

Very cosy, modern room with good facilities. Nice terrace.

Very nice modern room, very clean. Nice terrace with lounge chairs for a lazy day. Not very close to the beach, but we used rental scooters to get around.

The free bicycles were all broken, so we couldn't use those. The breakfast was a little skinny, typical Italian I guess ;)

One night stay on a place definitely with stay longer

The room was clean; the bathroom was private and big; the balcony is nice and would be very good for a longer stay. We would like to comeback in the future for a longer stay.

The check-in process was very confusing and it just “worked” for me and my wife by luck due to another guest being awake and at the door since the power went out and the electric keys were not working; not being able to talk with the owners worried us (it was indeed late check-in to be fair) that we would be on the street looking for another place. The couple bed had two different mattresses which was extremely uncomfortable.

Very nice property, clean and well equipped, wonderful host

Everything was great, nice, clean room, very helpful host, who also offered us a free breakfast. Excellent check-in guide and communication. Private parking is also available, which is a big plus.

Superb

Location is calm and tranquil. Facilities nearby, beach, station and bus terminus. We love walking when abroad and this was a necessity for us to have everything within walking distance. Felicia is adorable. Breakfast abundant and extremely delicious. Room and bathroom clean and tidy daily. Highly recommended. Definitely will make a second visit.

Fridge in room and shutters on window, large bathroom, parking

Shower needs a screen, as very hard to shower without water splashing on the floor. Had to call to sort out access, then OK

We really enjoyed our stay and would use Sea View Pescara again when we return.

lovely property with the added bonus of onsite parking. The decor was a little tired but the rooms were immaculately clean.Felisia was very helpful and when I requested an extra pillow it literally arrived in minutes..wonderful service.

It isn’t very clear on the listing that the bathroom was separate across the landing from the room-not a major problem but I think it should be made clearer.

Good stay

The B&B is small and quiet. We had aircon and the bathroom is spacious. The room itself was on the smaller side for a family of four but was good value for money. I liked the selection of continental breakfast items in our room. The shower was ok and the balcony had a lovely view of the sea.

The B&B is on a steep hill with a very small sign so missed it and drove our SUV to the top of the hill where our car almost got stuck. Parking was tight due to the size of our car. Detailed instructions on how to check in but was thrown when I saw 3 padlocks on the gate so give yourself time to read and figure it out.

Very lovely place

We stayed for one night during our trip from the uk to Greece and it was lovely. The owner was very communicative and helpful and have no complains at all.

A pleasant stay but not the best location

The room is small but beautiful. And breakfasts are quite cheap (only snacks) if you do not want to go to the market (it is not in the neighborhood, you have to walk for 15-20 minutes). Moreover, you can rent a bike there and it is free (but the deposit is about 100 euro). The owners are very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, the private bathroom and toilet are in the corridor (not mentioned in the booking). In May it was a little bit cold so we needed to use air conditioning (if you want it, you have to ask the owners). It is quite far from the airport and city bus station. And - what's the most important - the house with the apartments is on the hill, so it is not a perfect place for people who are in bad physical shape. Advice: Do not leave anything to eat in your apartment because the cleaning lady takes it.

A really comfortable and surprisingly luxurious inexpensive last minute stay.

We actually had the use of 2 connecting rooms and a private bathroom. The amount of space, and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast provisions were generous and varied. It was lovely to have fresh milk! The beds were very comfortable and everywhere was clean.

That it was during a storm, and we could not use the balconies!

The VIEW IS AMAZING trully , the bad part is to reach there without a car it can be a bit challenging , cos is far from the city.in a very exclusive part with no padestrians, only cars Each trip to citiy means 1 h up and down on the hills The room is spacious with good decor but cold even with AC on heat didn t work properly so i used the extra douve cos didn t have a blanchet I think being december didn t help either. bathoom very beautiful but no heat again cold but very hot water to warm up in a tub the bsthroom products need it a proper refill Stains on the bedsheets and on curtains but good quality of matres so good sleep The Owner very helpful and satisfied my requests as expected from booking
