Perfect location nice big room

Location was excellent, the room was great. The hosts were very communicative. We booked an extra night and they made it very easy. I highly recommend when visiting Genoa. The location is easy walking access to everything.

Leilighet i gamlebyen. Ganske sentralt med gåavstand til det meste. Romslig og renslig leilighet. Veldig hyggelig person

Lugar amable en el barrio de pescadores de Génova

La localización. Espacio amplio y cómodo. La lavadora con programa corto, muy útil para el calor húmedo de Génova

No se podían abrir las ventanas porque subía olor a comida y el aire acondicionado era central, por lo que no podíamos controlar la temperatura

Ottima posizione vicino al Porto Antico. L'appartamento era pulito e completo di quel che necessitavamo. Abbiamo dormito solo una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene!

La posizione è la pulizia

Mancavano gli scuri, serrande o tende oscuranti che dessero un po’ di privacy e la luce non entrasse all’alba. La macchinetta del caffè menzionata tra i servizi, non era presente. Solo bollitore e caffe solubile. Personalmente questo da solo basta per dare uno 0 come servizi, considerato che la mia scelta era caduta su questa struttura esclusivamente per questo servizio

Posizione perfetta per acquario e centro storico e appartamento molto pulito, perfetto per una famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli).

Impianto di riscaldamento non regolabile, troppo caldo durante la notte. Cuscini scomodi.

Must be maintained asap

The view from the 5th floor apartment 19, the location , it’s spacious

The floor was dirty, the mattress was SQUEAKY horribly, the walls are to be fully repaired and repainted, badly in need of maintenance, half of the bulbs not functioning, you can hear the loud elevator, one of the windows would not close so you can enjoy the stink of fried fish from the allays

Top Lage . Schöne große saubere Wohnung. Mit 65 Euro pro Nacht dank Booking Genius sowie nicht touristische Periode war der Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Sjajna lokacija, komforan i izuzetno čist apartman

Perfektno čist apartman. Lokacija odlična za turiste. Domaćin je bio izuzetno profesionalan, dao nam je precizne detalje za lokaciju parkinga jer se apartman nalazi na šetalištu. Parking je blizu, 6-7 min laganog hoda do apartmana. Apartman je moderno opremljen i ima sve potrebno (kupka, čaj, kafa, fen za kosu, frižider, mikrotalasna pećnica, TV) i izuzetno je komforan jer ima dva dela. Preporučujem ovaj smeštaj !

Nemam ni jednu zamerku.

Posizione centralissima, appartamento un po’ piccolo ma ben organizzato, pulito e nuovo.

Purtroppo la posizione sull’isola pedonale di costringe a lasciare l’auto e portare le valige a piedi

Acquario con soggiorno

Vicino all’Acquario ma in zona pedonale, quindi bisogna parcheggiare l’auto nel parcheggio del porto a pagamento ma convenzionato con la struttura. Camera ben arredata, con tutte le comodità e pulita Staff molto disponibile, ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in reception fino al nostro ritorno dall’acquario Tutto perfetto

Tutto ok, l’unica scomodità potrebbe essere l’impossibilità di arrivare fin sotto la struttura con l’auto ma ne ero a conoscenza, quindi ok Però bisogna tenerne conto in caso di bagagli pesanti

tuffo nel centro storico di Genova

Bella la posizione nella zona pedonale del centro, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle attrazioni del porto. Molti negozi e ristoranti nei paraggi. Ottima pulizia, staff disponibile, arredo e finiture curati. Ambiente silenzioso e spazioso.

L'unica pecca è stato il riscaldamento eccessivo. Abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte anche se il periodo della nostra visita è stato dicembre.

Ottimo appartamento in location strategica

Posizione fantastica, a metà strada tra il Duomo e il Porto Vecchio, a pochissima distanza dall'Acquario di Genova. Vari appartamenti nuovi disponibili in palazzina prossima ai carrugi.

Unico neo... appartamento molto caldo, senza possibilità di intervenire, salvo arieggiare aprendo le finestre.

Tornerò!

Sicuramente la centralità della posizione, vicinanza al parcheggio a pagamento. Abbiamo cenato nell’appartamento e avevamo tutto il necessario. Ci hanno fornito anche di seggiolone e culla.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con una luce che è saltata ma lo staff ci è stato di aiuto anche se non è stata ripristinata.

Warning - stay away

Provided bottles of water, toast biscuits and jam. One per person.

The description of the bedding was misleading and false. Advertised as 4 beds but only three beds in the apartment in which we were one bed short for a person. They keep saying they couldn't put one bed down for the sofa bed description so they put 2 and were argumentative about the bed situation. The apartment was extremely hot and they couldn't adjust the apartment temperature so it stayed at 24/25 degrees on a 30 degree day. Air conditioning is turned off at night by management so you can imagine how hot it got. Apartment did not have enough towels for everyone. Chairs in the apartment are fragile and came apart at the joint when sat on causing injury to a person. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and hard. The staff was not helpful and did not respond to me regarding my questions. They said they would and i have not heard from them since and ignored my follow up (they use watsapp so i know it has been received). The area of which the apartment is in is dirty and unsafe. Extremely overpriced.

La ubicación en el centro es correcta. Sin embargo, no volvería al centro histórico de Génova. La calle no tiene acceso de vehículos, es un rincón desagradable y mal oliente. Al interior, la dotación es de buena calidad, la limpieza muy bien.

Los apartamentos tienen ventanas hacia el interior y poca iluminación natural. Se siente el olor a humedad de los antiguos edificios de ciudad de mar. La humedad me ocasionó una alergia respiratoria y tuvimos que salir un día antes de lo previsto, a un hotel de cadena conocida, moderno y ubicado fuera del casco histórico.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung Super Lage beim Hafen

Klimaanlage ging nicht richtig und wir hatten 29 Grad in der Wohnung. Leider konnte der Fehler nicht behoben werden, da die Dame bei der Rezeption Feierabend hatte.
