Well worth!

The location was very ideal by train! You can get there in under 10 minutes.

There was no kettle, but thats not a big issue.

Very good

Very close to the central station and airport.

I had shared my details on the booking.com messages and was acknowledged by the hotel but had to give the documents again for scanning Bathroom was cozy small.

Character and charm

Very close to the train station. Spacious and very clean room and staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the lovely breakfast for the 3 days we were there. Staff were very accommodating at checkout, allowing us to stay in the beautiful and comfortable lounge area after checkout as we had some time before our train departure.

Bathroom was cramped, tired and in need of renovation. Could barely get into the shower comfortably - and I am of slim-normal weight. Shower head wouldn't stay in the cradle properly, meaning you had to hold it in your hand and making it incredibly challenging to wash your hair. The bed was too soft for me, but my husband likes a softer mattress, so it's a matter of preference. Poor soundproofing - could hear everything from the street.

Given the price, the stay was fine.

I would say the room was great value given the size, location, and price. The hotel is very conveniently located if you are travelling by train, and it's not too far from some of the main attractions if you don't mind a little walk. We didn't partake of the breakfast so can't comment on that. The room is a good size--definitely didn't feel cramped.

While the room was a good size, the bathroom was a bit small. The hallway had a bad smell that we had to deal with daily, and the AC was noisy and didn't really work very efficiently. The bed was extremely uncomfortable--way too soft and you kind of sink toward the middle.

Good location, fast check in, quiet area, locker in the room

The air conditioning did not work, so it was pretty warm inside. It smelled really bad in the room, maybe from the curtains that were dirty. The bathroom door was broken. It barely stayed closed. So was the door from the shower. The wardrobe was old, it smelled like old furniture, which was not pleasent at all.

Rubbish Aircon and dangerous shower!

The hotel was right beside the train station so ideal if arriving and leaving by train. It was a short walk to the old town and had plenty of restaurants near by.

The room was far too warm, air conditioning did not work well at all, this made for a very unpleasant stay in this room!! Very noisy outside when the window was opened in the middle of the night. The bathroom was tiny, in particular the shower cubicle and this seems to be raised quite high from the floor and posed a very dangerous and slippy step out of the tiny shower door!!

Good staff but careful with your money...

Central to the old town, nice night shift guy, god food nearby, character

The hotel kept chasing me for 15 euros' imposed fee for the late check-in even though it's not in the rate - or I'd have booked elsewhere - even after checkout and even though nobody asked me to pay at check-in. The rooms are basic and worn down. Air-conditioning does not air-condition.

great location and safe. some nice cafes and restaurants downstairs.

close to the train station, secure, ease of access, clean.

toilet kept running. I had to lift the lid and tap the value to get it to function correctly after every flush. water pressure was low. not a big deal but worth pointing out.

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations.

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Perfect location within walking distance to train station, busses and many cafes. Near University and center of town. Will go back again!

the staff was very helpful! The location is really great - close to the bus station, train station (where you can take a train to Portofino) and the centre.

Everything was nice, except that they did not have any breakfast. Both thier web site and Booking said there would be one, but no. They told us to go to a cafe.
