Posizione congeniale a pochi passi da tutto, bagno in camera, condizionatore con aria calda, ascensore per salire al sesto piano, proprietario gentile e disponibile. Camera essenziale per una notte o due.

The location is excellent. The staff were kind and helpful they made my stay very pleasant.
I would recommend this hotel for budget minded travellers who do not need a lot of hoopla.
There is scaffolding in front of my window, it does not block the view or the light.
I would have liked a fridge. I made the mistake of booking a single room which meant it was very small. Next time I’ll book a double room, those rooms are much bigger.

Great location, friendly property team. Stress free check in and check out process and a great room.

Without the construction work the hotel is as it appears in the ad. Location is good and staff are very friendly and helpful! (just wished they had of mentioned the construction work). I would check the progress of the construction before booking, especially if you like a sleep in.
Be aware this place has construction work going on at the moment (28th May - 31st May). It is very loud and starts early (8:00/8:30am). Hammering, drilling, sawing, multiple people working and talking. The staff at the hotel did NOT mention this when we booked or when we checked in. Stayed three nights and each morning the same. I would have stayed somewhere else if I could have.

This property comes close to a youth hostel. completely uncomfortable and eerily located at the top floor of an apartment building.

Giuseppe was really nice.
He gave us a nice map of the area and showed us lots of points of interest!

Fantastic location, very close to the old town and main attractions. There are plenty of good restaurants, cafes, markets and pharmacies nearby. Staff was so friendly and helpful, always with a smile in their faces. The place is simple, but very clean, comfortable and well organised.

Very great location and very clean! Great for a single traveler and was very safe.

The hotel is clean, the bathroom and room where big enough, and is been cleaned everyday during our stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is very close to the De Ferrari square, old city and many more. Everything is in walking distance close to the hotel. Around the corner is a bus station, and circa 15min walk to train and metro station.
The internet connection was very poor.

The hotel has a good location: pretty close to the central historical street and close to the bus stop to go to the train station. The staff is helpful and really nice. There is an elevator in the building, so no worries if you arrive with a lot of luggage. The Wi-Fi connection was decent, I managed to work in the hotel a bit.
The room itself seems to be a bit tired, it might use a bit of redecoration. Nothing too bad, though

location, friendly and helpful staff, short ride by bus to both train station what is useful when you want to explore liguria coast
bit noisy

Very handy location, I wasn't expecting air conditioning so that was a nice surprise
The WiFi wasn't very good

the host was really helpful providing a map and identifying how to get to places, we were located between two train stations and he kindly identified the best way to get back to the one we needed, as well a showing us key places to visit. it was the last night of our honeymoon and we were tired, the bed was clean and comfy and the air conditioning unit ensure we were kept at an ambient temperature.
the bathroom felt a little tired, with the shower head not holding its position but it was clean and had everything we needed,

The bed was horrible; I could feel the springs in the bed.
Reception is only from 9 am to 8 pm.
The room’s key was the same for all gusts.
we smelled cigarettes all night long from the windows.
it was extremely hard to find the hotel.

Good value.
Old fashioned keys were very difficult to use, worried I would be locked out. Not recommended for solo travelers.

Pino, the Manager/owner of the hotel was so friendly and
welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised at the complimentary
breakfast that he brought into our room in the morning.
The location was also super central and Pino gave us many
tips and routes we could take to view the city

Pino is a very charming host who puts a lot of effort into making a stay in his albergo to the best time in Genova! We stayed at a room with a fantastic view, AC worked well, the room itself was spacious and had everything you need!
We got a lot of helpful tips for visiting Genova and had overall a great time there!

It was a very lovely stay! The place was within walking range of all the important locations in Genoa and the room itself had a lovely view. It looked like it would be out of a movie scene. The owner was charming, showed us places to go on a map and shared good tips about Genoa. The breakfast was served in the room at a time of our choosing (It was a classical Italian breakfast).
