Bed and breakfast senza breakfast

In fase di prenotazione c'era scritto il prezzo con tasse incluse, invece le ho dovute pagare a parte, inoltre la struttura non dava accesso alla stanza dove si fa colazione, il termine bed and breakfast significa letto e colazione e non si può negare un servizio del genere, anche perché non era specificato che non ci sarebbe stata la colazione, altrimenti non avrei prenotato

Brak komunikacji i inna cena !

Blisko dworca, kawa i przekąski, możliwość wcześniejszego zakwaterowania i późniejszego wymeldowania

W pokoju brzydko pachnie, także na dłużej niż 1 noc ciężko byłoby tam zostać. Właścicielka nie rozmawia po angielsku. Niestety mieliśmy nieprzyjemności przy płaceniu za pobyt. Obiekt ma możliwość opłaty tylko za pomocą gotówki, którą mieliśmy wyliczoną na podstawie finalnej ceny rezerwacji, potem córka właścicielki wysłała nam link do płatności online poza booking.com co nam się nie spodobało i wydało podejrzane. Po akceptacji, że jednak możemy zapłacić gotówką jej mama która nie rozmawia po angielsku kazała nam zapłacić wyższa kwotę niż ta podana przy rezerwacji (było zaznaczone w opisie że cena zawiera już wszystkie opłaty i podatki - również na infolinii booking.com potwierdzono że mamy zapłacić tylko tyle ile widnieje na rezerwacji). Po pokazaniu pani ceny na booking.com stwierdziła że ją nie obchodzi cena z booking ... Pomimo że od początku chcieliśmy i tak zostawić trochę więcej niż było podane, to pani upierała się przy cenie wyższej która miała zwierać jakieś dodatkowe opłaty które przecież miały być wliczone w finalną cenę (sam gospodarz nie wie co wystawia na booking!!)... Niestety pozostał niesmak i nigdy nie polecę tego noclegu ... Zerowa komunikacja i niezgodność ceny zaakceptowanej przez gospodarza przy rezerwacji na booking, a cena której oczekiwał w gotówce.

Experiencia encantadora

La atención de la pareja es inmejorable. Muy amables y serviciales. La habitación es cómoda y el baño completamente reformado. Tranquilo y bien ubicado.

Desayuno un poco escaso, pero también fuimos tarde por lo que no puedo valorar adecuadamente.

Old style meets modern appliances

Loved the antique look with the modern bathrooms and good wifi connection.

The night lights were quite bright and I couldn't find how to turn them off

Ohh what can i say.Maria is a wonderful, friendly lady , It's old house, but with so much beauty and pleasantries. I guess it's must be done by Maria touch, judging by her photos, which show her elegance My room was white ,as each got a different name,very shappy french ,classic kind of style, There is a small backyard filled with flowers and plants. It's simply beautiful . There is all day coffee and juice, and some homemade cookies, which is much appreciated. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking on road available, if you luck get space

Interesting place to stay.

Comfortable and charming place to stay. Owners were very handsome and polite. The entire interior of the house has been decorated by the owners.

The room has beautiful antique furniture and has a clean bright bathroom with clean fresh towels. The breakfast area was very nice, although we did not have breakfast. The fixtures and fittings in the room were a high standard.

There was no one to let you into the accommodation. I spent 2 hours trying to contact the host.

Nice hostess, good beds, location ok

No breakfast (but coffee with a cookie to compensate), not always warm water and not a lit of water pressure. Just a bed, no chairs on the room. Only cash accepted.

It is good location - walking distance from center. Lovely family owning it offering room, kitchen, terrace. No breakfast but we brought our own food to eat comfortably in the kitchen. Sparkling clean and new bathroom was a nice surprise.

If there was one thing I could change about this place, it is pillows. They are very tall so we had bad sleep and I had neck pain for two days after that.

Clean room in a good location neat to the station.

Nice and clean room close to the train station, and not too far from the centre of Oristano. Friendly owners. Stayed just one night and it was good.

Owners were bit surprised on my arrival because I booked on the same day and apparently their daughter is in charge of the bookings from booking.com and information wasn't passed before my arrival.

It‘s close to the station. you could reach the center of the city easily by foot. The property was clean. Very friendly staff.

Pleasant

Location, close to the city center, nice host, clean and modern bathroom.

The decoration in the Royal Room was too much. Furniture was very old and It also smelled of moisture and church.

Very good

Perfect for one night. Prepare for a very classic, old style room in case of the Royal room. Lot of mirrors. Very kind old lady as main host.

Nobody spoke English, it was a little bit difficult to communicate and understand each other.

Exceptional

We stayed in the grey room. We absolutely loved the place. Everything is decorated with an incredible attention to detail: walls, towels, bathroom. Really nice rain shower bathroom. The hosts were really nice. We are sorry that they don’t offer the breakfast they are famous for because of COVID. Good walking distance from the city centre.

Be aware of the church bells on Sunday morning (around 7am). The beds are twin put together, so they split a bit during the night. There was a small light above the court window always lit in the room, even during the night, which can be a bit of a bother. We didn’t really understood it’s role.

Superb breakfast makes up for a bad night in a “banana” bed

Amazing breakfast and very friendly owners. Location is good

The bed was terrible to lay in. Especially for a couple. A banana bed so to say. Too old to use for a guesthouse/ B&B. The room smells mouldy and is quite old. Not sure why this wasn’t indicated in the other reviews. However, the amazing breakfast in the morning made up for the bad night :)
