Lovely hotel with fantastic views from the balcony and pool. Very spacious room with excellent facilities. Nice continental breakfast served to your room. Excellent location!
Somewhere to buy drinks/snacks by the pool.
4.1
Close to the town, lovely views, nice swimming pool
The steps, although the view was amazing.
4.1
Very clean and very accessible from the town. Great location. Staff were superb.
Bedrooms are absolutely functional - just a little dated, but nothing to put you off staying. We’ve included some photos of the stairs that some people have mentioned. Not too many stairs but thought the photos may help.
4.1
Nice big rooms with plenty of space , close to everything.
4.1
Good swimming pool, close enough to town to walk. The views were great right across from the airport to the sea. Hotel help with luggage from the street if you call ahead. The staff were very friendly and lovely to talk to.
AirCon was broken in the living area and even though the staff bent backwards to try to get it fixed, it wasn’t in my timeframe to get parts from the mainland and no amount of floor fans helped in the heat so we spent as little time as possible at the hotel even though we took a 2br residence. For older people the hill to the hotel followed by stairs and ramp to the ground foyer were difficult as it was around 50 stairs to the lobby and then two lifts. Ok in cool weather but add sweltering heat and luggage and it’s hard for some.

We stayed in their suite with a loft with sea view and balcony, and it was great. Nice big room, lovely balcony and good space. Pretty clean and close to the supermarket so that you could prepare your own breakfast and lighter meals. Pool area was perfect - nice fresh towels and fantastic sun beds. Really good with shower outside as well.
Pillows were too high, the sofa didn’t feel very cleaned, small glasses to drink from. The drain in the shower did not really work so the floor in the shower god flooded. Not a great flush in the toilet. A lot of stairs to actually come to the hotel
4.1
The views were exceptional
Breakfast was lovely too
My pillows needed updating
4.1
The location was great as was the staff. Everything was clean and the pool felt amazing after walking home.
All the furniture Inside the rooms need to be updated. We had 5 different beds in 3 different rooms and each one felt 30 years old with springs in our back. Id guess The couches are from the early 90’s. You will notice the photos of the hotel don’t really show the rooms. Also, they shut the pool
Down at 7pm. Seems very early.
The stairs up to the hotel didn’t bother us but they should be mentioned in the listing. It was a lot for our 68 yr old aunt
4.1
the location and the size of the rooms was perfect for our family.
it could do with a tidy up but honestly it didn’t bother us.

This hotel has the complete package sitting on the edge of the town with all the local shops and restaurants all closeby the views from.the apartments is breath taking and so peaceful. I could watch the planes land and takeoff and watch the ferries and boats arrive into the harbour. Yhd staff are a credit to the hotel nothing was a bother to them and very helpful. The hotel is kept very clean. I would definitely recommend and will return again
I hate to say anything bad about this hotel however the steps up to it can be hard work but there are steps everywhere in Skiathos and thr staff are always there to assist you if you require them
4.1
Fabulous location 5 minutes from the harbour. All very clean and friendly staff.
Very steep stairs up into the bedroom.
4.1
Reception staff are FANTASTIC - friendly and knowledgeable - could not speak more highly of them.
The location is WONDERFUL - the bust stop is a hop and a skip away and this takes you around the whole island, so really not necessary to hire a car, unless you want to venture a bit further. The "residence not hotel" is an easy 4 minute walk to the main area by the Port. I read reports of noise from the town - which I never experienced at all and was very pleasantly surprised. My room was exceptionally comfortable and well serviced.
Hotel is not a HOTEL as such - no lounge, no bar, no interaction with any other residents - not ideal for those in the fast growing "SOLO TRAVELLERS" category, who may just want a little bit of company and a hello from time to time. In addition, there is no phone to reception so if you want to ask a question, wrap up and trundle down to Reception.
It is completely self-catering, so no welcome tea, coffee, sugar, milk and that is the same for your whole visit so go out and buy your own or take with you .... not a HOTEL at all. Also one measly bar of horrible soap - self catering but no washing up liquid which I would expect for a self catering apartment.
The bathroom had one tiny light which seriously made me look like I had yellow jaundice - so needs to be replaced and sooner rather than later. They offer free laundry .... this actually means they give you a voucher and you have to pootle down to the port and find the laundromat .... just what you want - to spend your time watching your holiday clothes going around and around !
Pool area was very dirty but then it wasn't quite the "holiday season" so I understand that but one of the big draw cards online was the pool area. Oh and do look out for the fantastic array of weeds enhancing the reception area - seriously !
4.1
Nice staff, close.to the tennis courts, good sized room, nice balcony
No bathrobes (and it was cold) and v steep steps to the bedroom. I I think you should warn prospective customers that the steps are v steep
4.1
A very spacious property with beautiful views.
The kitchen wasn’t very good and had limited pots and pans. You could maybe cope for a light meal but nothing else. steps up to the property could be a problem for some people with limited mobility. It’s very steep.
4.1
Location - great for Skiathos Town and airport
Amazing accomodation
Great views
Quiet pool
Welcoming and helpful staff
Highly recommended staying here
No hesitation in returning
4.1
We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, plenty of space for 3 of us but would also have been absolutely fine for 6 people.
Location was great, lovely views. Easy to walk into the town. Very quiet at night.
The kitchenette was not well equipped, we would have struggled to prepare a meal if we wanted to. Though when we did ask for extra glasses from the ladies on reception it was no problem to provide them. I also heard the same from other guests.
Sunbeds were tired and could do with a refresh. Could just have been because it was the end of the season though.
4.1
Lovely clean pool but a bit cold
Friendly staff
This hotel is up far more steps than we expected. No bar or restaurant.
Requested breakfast at 9 as were booked on a trip but breakfast still hadn't arrived by 9.30 so had to go without and pick up something on the way costing 15 Euro.
Breakfast became rather repetative after a few days.
Loft room is large with a very steep ladder with extreamly narrow treads up to the bed which is uncomfortable with springs sticking into you!
Room furniture a bit old fashioned
Noticed that it is now called Skiathos Living but when we booked it was called Skiathos Luxury Living and the prices are now much cheaper than when we booked.
Wouldn't have paid the price or stayed here had we realised what we would get - not luxury at all!
4.1
Location is ideal. Close to large, modern supermarket, local bus station and promenade.
Swimming pool is superb.
View from balcony is perfect.
Very good cleaners.
Friendly staff.
Excellent, modern interior lifts.
You can flush toilet paper down the bowl!
This hotel is not suitable for people with mobility or breathing problems. There are over 50 steps and a long ramp to reach reception. Our apartment (103) was on a split level with a flight of stairs between.
Some equipment is dated and in need of replacement (it was the last two weeks of the season!)
We were advised that the tap water was not suitable for drinking or cleaning teeth.
4.1
Check in easy. reception pleasant,
The room was sparse and lacked any 'luxury elements; very basic. 1 towel per person no face washers, one pillow per person ( 4 people staying). Bed in the master room was hard as a rock and they took a thin mattress off the fold-out sofa on next day though still not very comfortable and certainly not "luxury nor were pillows. No cushions in the living area and uncomfortable basic outdoor furniture and the lounge had a throw over it to cover marks. 2nd bedroom had no window and very stuffy. Kitchen too was very basic. Should have had a coffee machine at leastThe room location was okay though still viewing carpark and land and had to be on one ide of the balcony to view the water . The property looked as though the pool was over the sea but it was a 5-10 minute walk away so that was very disappointing.Whilst pleasant it certainly was not reflective of 'luxury living"
4.1
the staff are lovely. couldn't do enough. the view on the top floor was the best in the town.
the bed was very poor. we just felt metal springs in this day and age not acceptable in £120 room. steps up to bedroom dangerous. too many steps up to hotel from street. breakfast in the room wasn't very good. no restaurant. other side of town nicer. when we booked this hotel it was called "Skiathos Luxury living". when we arrived it was called "Skiathos living" and prices were cheaper. This was definitely NOT a luxury hotel and we feel we should have been refunded the difference on the misleading booking.
4.1
Very friendly staff and great location for Skiathos Town.
The accommodation was described as "luxury" which it was not. It was comfortable.
4.1
Great location with elevated views from pool area and balconies.
Generous breakfast service delivered to room.
Daily cleaning.
Central location 2 minutes from bus station and harbour.
We were notified days before arrival of a change of status from ‘Luxury living’ to ‘Living’ - no doubt due to customer feedback of the need to modernise the hotel. This came with no option to cancel and rebook a hotel in ‘Luxury’ range and the reclassification of status by the hotel did not see a review of price of stay ..
We think that this would have been a reasonable offer to customers booking to a level of standard which the hotel accepts is not being provided.
Rooms need modernising to achieve the price range mainly the shower facilities in our room/s featuring missing doors and lack of water pressure.
Pool area needs a refresh / modernise with damaged drainage and general run down feel.
4.1
Rooms are lovely, so big and spacious, we stayed here twice as island hoping, definitely use again
Bloody steps lol you can ring for assistance to get luggage up , but being a man I done it myself
4.1
Location
Clean pool
Friendly staff
Would not describe as luxury.
Bathroom door not clean with many drip marks. Taps and other "metal" items corroded and loo bin not clean-need replacing.
Kitchen not adequately equipped for self catering.
Balcony furniture worn, in need of replacing and uncomfortable.
4.1
Nothing
dirt
bad maintenance
bad smells
hairs everywhere
4.1
Lovely room, spacious ,and really clean, massive balcony great views , staff really friendly
We don't do swimming pools and sitting around them , just not our thing, had a look at theirs as near our room , nice pool and sunbeds ! But no pool bar ! Don't know how this works , probably does but had the think of something
4.1
Very good location to town. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms and good air con.
Pool area not very big and not a lot of sun-beds.
4.1
Loads of space in the apartment, and they stay nice and cool even in 33degree heat, lovely balcony for views of the town and ocean. Great location - 5 minutes' walk into the harbour front and main town. But also very quiet. Enjoyable breakfast offered at the property. A nice clean pool too. Overall a perfect place to be based for a break in Skiathos. Also it is 5 minutes' bus from the airport!
The furniture is a bit tired - chairs and sofas are tired looking and the bed mattresses could be better. If you're staying here for a few days and aren't comfortable with lots of steps, you might struggle. However there are lifts to most of the rooms once you reach reception.
4.1
It had very big rooms with a lot of spaces. And the location was very convenient.
Some times it was noisy from the street underneath.
4.1
closeness to Skiathos town and port, private parking (but uncomfortable), big room.
this residence is not worth for money paid. Not clean and messy. The only way to reach the building is through around 50 stairs. This accommodation is not an hotel: the room are residential studios and flat “converted” in “room”, with ugly and bad equipped kitchen. The pictures are misleading: the building is not waterfront, the pool is much smaller and dirty, the rooms are dated and equipped with low quality furniture. The bathroom is very dark (just one light on the mirror) and the shower did not properly work.
The accommodations are very noisy even at night, due to the main road traffic that is located just in a few meters.
Regarding the breakfast, the experience of having it in the room is not a joy: there is no chance to choose what to have for breakfast apart from coffee or tea (at arrival) and often we haven’t found fresh products.
There are no common areas as hotels usually have. No proper receptions, no hall, no dining area. The receptionist are nice and helpful but in general the staff is not professional.
4.1
Good location for port and town. Swimming pool area pleasant.
Poor repair and condition of apartment for example cracked basin, a light fitting lacking, shower screen wonky, smelly bathroom. Poorly equipped kitchen. Old, thin towels. Towels reserving sunbeds for extended periods without people. Shortage of pool towels. Very disappointing value for money.
