I was only there for one night, the stuff was helpful, the room was quite small but clean

The room was clean; the bed was comfortable

I hadn’t realised it had only stairs to access it and sing e I had multiple luggage with wheels it was quite uncomfortable; no lift and very small steps

A great place to stay in Skiathos!

Great location near old port, shops and restaurants. Lovely, large room with good size bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Terrific staff, very friendly and informative.

Breakfast included would have been lovely.

The Perfect Place to stay in Skiathos Town

The staff were all brilliant, helping us with all our luggage up & down the many stairs when we arrived and when we left. The room itself was particularly well appointed, with great double glazing and insulation. Teas & coffees were provided, plus a Krupps machine, which was unexpected. The shower was also brilliant, as were the shampoos & gels provided. And the bed!!! If you want a great night’s sleep, stay here. I honestly can’t think of a single negative about Architectonica - and next time we’re in Skiathos, that’s where we’ll stay!

Brilliant find in Skiathos town

Spotlessly clean, stylish decor, generously equipped, big bathroom, comfy bed with crisp white linen, kind staff...everything was just so lovely and generous.

Very comfortable hotel close to the Port

Comfy bed. Close to the port. Warm welcome and really helpful manager.

The 8-9 steps up from the street and then the 15+/- up to the lobby.

Amazing location, 5 mins to the ferry. Skiathos has great shops and places to eat and drink. But still retains its charm. We stayed there twice in the standard room and the room with balcony. The room with balcony was slightly bigger but both had decent bathrooms (great showers) and good air conditioning. We were cheerfully met and given our keys.

Dimitrius on reception was really helpful, funny and charming, he is a credit to the hotel. thank goodness he helped with the bags! he also sorted out our taxi very efficiently

Amazing property

Amazing room, very modern and well equipped, superb walk-in shower, very good range of quality toiletries. Large soft bed, floated off to sleep. Young man on reception couldn't have been more welcoming

Another nice hotel to stay

Close to town and ferry point. Receptionist carried our cases up & down all the steps, 2 cases at a time. Room well equipped.

unfortunately although very easy to find when you know where it is, it’s sign is not obvious when walking up the road, the sign is small and on a wall quite high up on the left hand side pointing to alley to hotel. Quite a lot of steps to get to front door and then steps up to reception. More steps to room. Bathroom a bit small.

Absolutely wonderful.

It has everything you need in the room and is in a great location.

There are narrow stairs you have to walk up so if you have a lot of luggage, it is more difficult to get to your room.

What a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room is well represented. My stay was perfect. The hosts are the nicest hosts you'll ever meet. They went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I want to go back someday just to see them again. The bed was very comfortable, the WiFi was very strong, and the TV is a newer smart TV so it is possible to connect to your Netflix and YouTube accounts so you can view that on the TV. For me this is a very big bonus and one that is hard to find. The kitchen was adequate and I made good use of it. There is a very, very nice balcony which I would love to have been able to make use of to sit and eat breakfast or have an afternoon tea but unfortunately with the weather I had I couldn't. The location is very good and in just around the corner is even a small grocery store so it was very convenient. Anyone going here I assume would have their own transportation and where most of the restaurants and shops are is only about 2 minutes away but by foot it is a good 10 minute walk. That is not a bad thing and you can walk along the beach if you prefer that to the street but note that it is not right where all the shops are. There are some comments about the electricity. This is not a valid complaint. It is only natural that when you leave you turn everything off before doing so. In this case, just like almost everyplace I have stayed thoughout Greece, the work is done automatically for you. And just a note, the refrigerator does remain on even when you are out of the room. What I really like is that the owners are environmentally concious. The place even makes use of solar panels. The hot water was always very hot and plentiful. Although I do admit it would be really nice if one power outlet would remain active so devices can be charged even when not present (but I do travel with an external power pack so it was not an issue for me).

There was nothing I did not like about this property or the hosts. All was excellent.
