Great place to stay

Perfect location, a 1 minute walk to the seafront restaurants and a couple of minutes walk to town. Very quiet at night. Own comfortable balcony and air conditioning in the room. Easy walking distance to the airport and port. Exceptionally clean and Maria is a lovely host and very helpful.

Beautiful vacation in Skiathos island!

Very nice stay near the beach, the airport and 5 minutes by walk from the centre of the Skiathos town. Perfect host, very clean room

Wonderful host in a great place to stay

Great stay in a great place with a great host. Wonderful Mrs Matoula was so cooperative that we had nothing to worry about. The room was of moderate size but had everything needed, plenty of hot water, large balcony. We had a late check-out allowing us to take a shower before boarding the ferry.

Excellent property in great location.

Very clean and spacious studio. Everything worked as it should! Always hot water in the bathroom and good shower pressure. Large balcony with sea view (and aircrafts landing!) Great location just off the sea front with plenty good tavernas around the corner and an easy 10 minute walk into the town centre and port. The added bonus was that Matoula was waiting for us at the airport on our arrival and we were in our room within minutes! Lovely very well cared for property, would stay there again for sure! Thank you Matoula.

The PERFECT stay in Skiathos!

We absolutely loved our stay at Matoula’s! We’ve felt very welcome and we loved our room. Everything we needed was there, it was very clean and we got fresh sheets and towels every day. We have had a beautiful and big balcony with seaview where we sat with great pleasure in the morning or after a busy day. The beds are very comfy and the location of the pansion is probably the best location of Skiathos Town (just around the corner of Skiathos’ pitoreskboulevard with the best tavernes). We came by car, parking is possible just at the end of the street (a very large and safe parking area, for free). Matoula and her daughter Maria were amazing, very kind and easy to talk with, while respecting the privacy of their guests. Thank you Matoula and Maria, we definitely come back!

Exceptional

Excellent property, within close walking distance to the port and the bus stop for the buses going to the various beaches of the island. The room was spacious for 3 persons and had all necessary facilities. The owner had even thoughtfully put a bottle of water in the fridge and there was also a mosquito repellent in the room. The room was spotlessly clean and the owner was cleaning every day. Sheets and towels smelled like fresh laundry. We were able to check in early and the owner let us keep the room slightly later after check out without an additional fee. Excellent value for money.

The water in the kitchen was slightly salty, but I don't know if this is an issue affecting only this property or all buildings in the area.
