View
Dirty property, lots of spider webs and spiders. Heating not working, no WiFi or signal, kitchen utilities dirty, bad smell, mice under the roof at the attic bedroom. Uncomfortable beds damp and moisture. Very disappointing and discussed.

Such a cute little cottage, great views and loved sitting by a roaring fireplace each night

Location was great, beautiful scenery, driving distance to a range of activities in Snowdonia & walking distance to shop and local pub. Plenty of parking and privacy. Cottage was clean and cozy. Host was super friendly. 10/10. Loved it.
Not the host's fault at all and doesn't change the fact we had a great time, but worth mentioning for anyone considering a stay (highly recommend):
1. Use the directions they give you on the confirmation email to get there, because at the time of writing (10/03/2024) typing the postcode or name into Google sends you to two different locations (both of which are wrong) and the booking.com map sends you to a road that doesn't exist. The directions on the email provided by the hosts will take you straight there.
2. Phone service at the cottage was extremely limited for us at least, although I'm sure mileage will vary depending on network. There was one spot in the garden I could get signal sometimes (EE) but other than that it would need a walk into the village to use the pub wifi. Not the end of the world and nice to switch off whilst out in the countryside, but something to bear in mind if you're going to need access to the internet during your stay.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location, fantastic views and surroundings. The host were lovely and really helpful.
The shower was very temperamental, either red hot or freezing cold. Property would benefit from wi-fi as no phone single / 4g in the locality.

the location was fabulous, very remote and peaceful.

Lovely location to explore Snowdonia in just about 30min drive to Zip Wire World or Snowdon

Absolutely everything, cottage, location and even the fact that there was no service. Fabulous!!!

Wonderful hosts and stunning location.
BBQ facilities were very basic and although it stated it could sleep 5 people, we could have done with an extra bed as my 6ft sons struggled.

Property, views, setting had everything we needed really. Beautiful property, had everything you needed I was comfortable plenty of space for what we needed. The views were amazing, fantastic location. Owners were lovely very welcoming and we really enjoyed their and their family company.
The only thing that was a little interesting not a dislike but a bit fun were the stairs to the upstairs bedroom. ⁸

Great place to relax. Very clean and cosy house away from the cities. Amazing view from the patio. Nice and tidy front garden. Welcoming hosts :)
There is no mobile network at all! I consider this a huge advantage when you really want to get away from civilization and just relax.
Hosts kindly let us charge our electric car for a small additional cost, it helped a lot.
When we arrived we didn't fond basic things like salt, oil, sugar, soap, no washing liquid. Only 2 toilet rolls and 4 towels for 5 people for 7 days. We bought everything in a nearby store so not a big problem, but it might be helpful to know ahead of travelling. These basics were normally left for guests by hosts in other places we stayed in.

Such a peaceful and beautiful location, really friendly host's, Pemancho is a lovely little village with a really well stocked shop a beautiful church and local pub., good location for forest zip wire and valocity 2 attractions.
Only real negative for me was could have had some cleaning products available, and a mop and bucket.

The place was in a perfect spot, not to far from the local pub. Hosts we're very nice and welcoming. For a weekend away it was to short of a stay needed more time there.
We stayed during a hurricane so it wasn't wise to use the fire so got a little cold at night but once in bed you wouldn't of noticed.

Owners were lovely, very friendly and super helpful. Any problems they are next door to help
Only criticism would be the thickness of the quilts for the winter. We did have extra blankets but the bottom bedroom was a little cold in the early hours. We did have a electric fire and had we left that on we would have been probably too warm, so personal preference to have a thicker winter quilt so heating not on all night.

Lovely Cottage, Great Location. Lovely Owners
Lack of phone signal(uk networks) had to drive 10mins up road, no WIFI

It had a lot of character and was in the hills
Didn’t like the amount of spiders that came out at night in the attic but that can’t be helped especially this time of year.

The pictures failed to capture the beauty of the location. Value for money, not to forget that the host was the most lovely person ever.
Nothing to complain about.

Great location for our weekend mountain biking, comfy cottage with a nice pub a short walk away. Hosts are lovely too

Thé views are amazing and you really think you far away. No wifi, which can be a bit of a pain but it’s nice to be disconnect from everything. I appreciate the age of the cottage but it could do with a good clean, especially under the bed. Over all, it’s a lovely place to stay and very cozy but it could do with a bit of a updo and a good clean.
The bedroom smell a litle bit and the bedroom
Downstair could do with a good clean.

The amazing views right outside. The spacious garden with a seating area. The cottage itself was lovely and homely. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would say is that perhaps it could do with some wifi for the future - simply because myself and friends had no phone signal there and it was a bit difficult as some of us needed to be in touch with people back home for childcare etc. However we were able to go to the pub just down the road and get wifi there so it wasn’t a huge problem.

The cottage is adorable and the location/view is magnificent!! The hosts are super lovely and the cottage is great. Beds are super comfortable and kitchen was easy to use to cook.
There is no reception (On 3 network and giffgaff anyway) or wifi - not the end of the world just something to be aware of.

Very nice view. Perfect location for relax.
