Buenísima experiencia

La familia es genial, nos atendieron con una amabilidad y cercanía brutal desde el minuto 1. El desayuno riquísimo, la habitación grande y limpia y nos conectaron con dos guías que nos hicieron un safari inolvidable y nos llevaron en tul tul por la ciudad. De 10

The location is perfect, couple of minutes walking from the center and just a couple in tuk tuk from Lion's rock and Pidurangala. The owner and her family were very welcoming and the breakfast was great!

The family is very nice and extremely helpful (we could even borrow the Scooter free of charge to get around). Everything is very tidy and there is nothing bad I could day about the accomodation.

Pleasant

The bed was comfortable . The local breakfast was really good with generous portions, organic fruits and different variety for each morning (I stayed two nights). The location was quite and peaceful (birds singing in the morning).

I arrived to the location around 6:30 pm, from the airport and I was exhausted and hungry. The wife of the owner refused to cook dinner for me ( knowing that I was going to pay, of course). The owner refused to order food for me from outside. I was shocked because that wasn't a good welcoming mainly that I have just arrived to the country and I was exhausted. Luckily my driver was there for translation and for assistance. In addition, the room smelled like mold, which was VERY unpleasant. The AC helped a bit, but not enough. I booked a room with 3 beds, but I only found two in the room, and 1 pillow for a king sized bed rather than two. The internet was weak.

I'd like to thank Isuru,. for their amazing hospitality.because i Could Find This Amazing guest House,, before come here i booked another place, but They had given my room to another visitor at the place I had booked.however Isuru and his wonderfull family very quickly arrange everything for me that i need at the moment. I felt like I was at home: very clean and cosy accommodation,“the location was great and it was in a lovely tranquil setting. The rooms were lovely and clean with lots of little extra’s - washing powder to wash our clothes, shampoo, bottled water, tea, were welcomed with drinks, cake and fresh fruit. The breakfast was amazing and served on the front veranda area. There was chairs and table to sit outdoors and clothes racks to dry our washing along with books to read about things of interest in Sigiriya.. Nothing was ever a problem from my fabulous hosts who were so very kind and hospitable to me. I highly recommend Thuruliya residence to anyone travelling to Sigiriya.”
