Good place for 1 night

Breakfast was really good. They have hot water. There are lots of restaurants near by. The owners are very friendly.

I had to share the room with a mouse.

Exceptional

The rooms are pretty big for a homestay. Very clean and situated on a large, well kept piece of land. Great restaurant across the street, but the owner can cook for you… we asked for breakfast and it a nice tasty sri lanken breakfast. I also asked for a coconut, and he brought me one. Really nice man, the pictures don’t do this place justice… it’s truly beautiful in person.

The bugs that would occasionally pop up, but I think that’s the entire area, considering it’s a village.

The owners were very nice, great location across from restaurants, on the main road. Breakfast was large, but not included in price

No hotwater heater in one of the rooms, lots of insects.

Good and cheap place to stay in Sigiriya

really nice couple that run this place, they are both teachers in the village and run this homestay on the side. rooms are huge and cheap. really nice balcony

towel was missing but i had i my own one.

The location is great, all the sites were easily accessible by tuktuk. The room was very clean, we had a balcony with a table and lounge chair so it was a great place to wake up and have breakfast! The host is also very kind and helpful

Great location in town. The owner is nice and helpful. Our better breakfast in Sri Lanka.

Quiet location within an easy reach to everything

The hotel was in a quiet location. Short walk to good restaurants, shop and Sigiryia rock itself. The staff was friendly and assisted us with everything. As we were traveling in the times of covid-19, the owner gave us a corona fighting tea upon our Check out, which I found rather nice.

The hotel is cheap so you get what you pay for. There could be coffee making facilities in the rooms as we had to ask the owner every time we wanted to make coffee (but he was always keen to assist). One thing that put us down was that they texted me telling to cancel the book on the day of our arrival, definitely too late to book another accommodation. But once we got there they did not say anything about cancelation which was very strange.
