Ghetto creepy place

The place is in a creepy ghetto area; every second there are cars passing with loud music infront of the hotel there was a car wash cars stopping and going whole night. You can hear planes leaving every time one depart. Because I paid with card I was charged a 3% extra charge which waa not brought to my attention. This was charged for room and transportion. Room was dusty not dirty but dusty.Transportation have a speaker in his trunk ; if I had luggage would not had enough space! Playing load music in car came to the airport with a written scratch paper with my name on it could atleaat have this typed and printed.

Exceptional

The room is big and confortable. Its got a nice cough and a big bed. Bathroom is huge too with cold and hot water to choose from.

Maybe adding some carpets or mats in the bathroom and entrance inside the room could be nice as well as a trash bin.

It was an ok stay.

Very closely located to the airport. Only about a 10 minute drive if traffic isn't heavy.

Lots of cars and traffic flow. Few restaurants near the location.

Excellent place very clean, quality and price

They have purified water for all travelers, Spacious and clean rooms with air conditioning and wi-fi, They have a beautiful garden where you can breathe fresh air and a clean pool. They offer the place at a good price and they also pick you up at the airport at an affordable price.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room

The owners were really nice, they picked me up from the airport (extra charge) and also helped me order food at night! The room was HUUUUGE, clean and very comfortable! It is a very cute family B&B, worth the money!

Dissatisfied - the bedbugs ruined all these ratings

I got eaten up with bedbugs in room 4 Noisy street outside window Need earplugs for airport flight traffic Would have been fine if the bedbugs hadn’t ruined the end of my time in Panama.

Just Ok for a transit night

I booked a room because of the great reviews but it fell short of my expectations. What I like is proximity to airport, clean and spacious rooms, with the basics. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Large swimming pool with large outdoor space.

Location: very busy commercial area, lots of noises all day and night. It was hard to sleep through the night even with earplugs. Not an area to go out for a walk. I don’t reccomend for more than a transit night. Internet was spotty with weak signal on my laptop but ok on my phone.

bad decision. Pay extra.

The manager ordered takeout food for me and arranged transportation to the airport. there was a buzzer on the office door if you wanted her. The one time I used it- the message was “ not available “

I was the only guest there. “under construction “ signs. very unkept. bird droppings on the plastic chairs. The room was dark and the floor was dirty. Mosquitoes in the room. Not a good place for a solo person. I felt very unsafe

Facility itself, room, staff, parking are just fine. Rooms are super clean, recent renovations, air conditioner is new. toilet and shower are clean. refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, large TV - all good.

Location sucks - its right on super busy intersection, noise is unbearable all evening and night.. tires, engines, hoking... low flying airplanes...

I loved how accommodating the staff was. They were willing to drop me off at the airport at 3am in the morning. The ordered me food online as I was unwilling to go out alone. The staff was amazing

The location around was very very very local. Didn't seem safe, for a solo female traveller to walk around alone. Normally I not afraid but in this case I was unsettled

Very nice owner, helping out a lot. The pool was wonderful.

The noise of the airport was not as loud as expected. But the noise of the cars on the street was extremely loud during the night.

Clean large ok room with some kitchen facilities and a nice pool in the garden. Unfortunately it is right next door to a noisy road and the sound of traffic kept me awake all night.

There is no place to eat within walking distance, No food available here unless you pay to have it delivered and, even then, the selection and quality is not good.

The hotel offers airport shuttle service for an extra fee. I booked this service the first time I stayed there. The driver, who I found out later was the owner, was supposed to be holding a sign with my name on it when we came out of customs. He wasn't there. After waiting on him for about 15 minutes, I called the hotel and was told by his wife that he was at the airport waiting in the wrong place. I continued to talk to her trying to find him when she admitted that he had not left the hotel yet and he would be there in another 20-25 minutes. I decided to give them another chance and booked again about 3 weeks later WITH shuttle service and the EXACT SAME THING happened. INCLUDING the lie that he was already at the airport waiting for me when he had not left the hotel yet and it would be another 20-25 minute wait before he got there. I took a taxi and paid more. If you want to be lied to and pay more than you're expecting, stay here. Otherwise STAY AWAY!! UPDATE: After writing this review I received a message from the hotel threatening to file a complaint against my passport number for damages resulting from my complaint. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

The staff were friendly and the taxi service to and from airport was good

We didn’t get any sleep at all and might as well have stayed at the airport. It was so noisy that it felt like we were sleeping in the middle of the road! The people next door were also very noisy and were shouting until after midnight !
