About this house rental

This is the largest house in Point William, a secluded 3 story home, in the Private & Gated family oriented neighborhood with Private, NOT SHARED, Docks!

This is a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath home with 2 large living rooms, 3 large decks and direct lake views from EVERY room in the house. We have a fully stocked chefs kitchen with both a Keurig and regular coffee maker.

Whether you're the type that wants a personal chef to cook dinner, you want every meal catered, you want to rent our 2022 Custom Landau 26 foot Tritoon with 200 Horsepower engine and seats 14 people ($425/day for consecutive days May through September only), want your groceries delivered to you or if you just want to grill burgers on the main level deck overlooking the lake, this is the place for you!

Regarding the house, although it will sleep more in beds, our limit is very strictly a max of 14 people, unless agreed to in writing. This is NOT an event venue and treating it as such you will be asked to leave immediately, with no exceptions. If you have Verizon phones, like most places on the lake, they will not work unless connected to Wifi at the house and even then, maybe only messages will work. You will have no issues with AT&T!

The house is on year round deep clear water and we have a pool house on a bluff that overlooks Smith Lake. The home has brand new furniture and we are continuing to add additional new pieces to the house as time permits. NO EXPENSE SPARED! The kitchen is fabulous with a chefs refrigerator and just as all other rooms in the house, it has a direct view of the lake. The dock is great for swimming, fishing and/or just hanging out on the water! Lake living at its very finest! There is a brand new fire pit that can be used by anyone in the neighborhood if you drive past the pool house and the boat trailers, you’ll see it there!

The house is better than advertised!! A really nice set up for 6 adults and 5 grandkids. Water access is easy, for Smith Lake and renting the pontoon for a few days was a hit. So many water toys to chose from too! We’ll be back!!

Beautiful home and great location on the lake! Neighborhood was very peaceful! The house was very nice, clean and well stocked! Owner was always helpful and quick to respond! we rented the boat, and definitely recommend adding this. Boat was very nice and added alot of fun! We took our children and their spouses and two children until four years of age for a few days get-away. We loved having the two living room areas so the kids could play comfortably. We rented the boat for one day and everyone agreed it was the best day! Great space for families!

We had a great week staying here for the 4th of July. The house was the perfect size for our family of 11. The kitchen was very well stocked with any and everything that we needed. Our favorite was the boat! It was very nice and included the tube, skiis, wakeboard, etc. The owner and maintenance man were both very easy to communicate with and handled any problem/question that we had very quickly. Would definitely recommend!!

This lake house was the perfect place for our family! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy Smith Lake. We cooked on the Weber grill every day and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the deck. The pontoon boat and water toys were perfect for the teenagers and young adult grandchildren too. We are already making plans to return!

Our family of 3 generations had the most wonderful vacation at Point William. The house was comfortable and well appointed. It was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, grilling and games for the kids. The dock, water toys and boat were fantastic. The community pool was a great bonus. We rented for a family 4th of July vacation. The owners made it so easy- easy driving directions, good directions for getting boat gas & for a small grocery, it’s easy taking the boat out, has lots of outdoor chairs, lake & water toys, short walk to the pier & dock, & plenty of space for everyone. It’s on a pretty point. This is a great house which we would rent again.

This is a wonderful property with an amazing view of Crooked Creek. The house sits right against the water with an easy walk to the dock. We had a great time celebrating my Mothers 80th birthday and several other May birthdays in the family. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy a great Memorial Day weekend.

When we book a trip, the priority for our friend group is a warm, pleasant place to gather, access to a grill, lots of natural light, a great view, and great sleeping situations. This location knocked it all out of the park. We loved the separate living spaces. The kitchen was large and spacious. We enjoyed the house so much we didn't even make it down to the dock or up to the pool!

Beautiful views out of every room, plenty of space for everyone. Location on the lake was ideal- boat traffic was mild. Boating supplies and dock supplies were above expectation. Lilly pad, chairs with cushions, skis, knee boards, power to dock.

We were a group of 3 families with kids of all ages and had a wonderful time in this house. It’s built with multiple levels and living areas which made for great privacy when you want it. This part of the lake was pretty quiet and it’s a beautiful view looking out to the water. The dock had a lily pad and other towables. Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. We would definitely return. It felt as we had the whole community to ourselves. We didn’t see anyone at the community pool the whole time we were there. It would be a great place to get two or three families to rent out multiple homes in the community and spend a week together.

This beautiful home on Smith Lake was the perfect place for our large family to spend time together and make memories that will last a lifetime. It is only steps to the water where we spent every day swimming and tubing. The excitement of the grandchildren reeling in fish off the dock was priceless! Since the location is definitely remote, we cooked all our meals. The kitchen was so nice and equipped with everything we needed plus more! The pool was just a short ways up the hill, and we had it to ourselves almost every day! Our phone service would not work in the Crane Hill area, but the WiFi in the house worked great. We all agreed that Robert’s home was one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed.

This trip exceeded our expectations! We had a very relaxing family trip to Smith Lake and everyone between the 85 year old great grandfather to the 2 year old was happy. The accommodations were wonderful. GREAT home with a perfect layout and was very clean. We were the first to use the new pontoon boat and it is a must!!!! Definitely made the trip! Also, we practically had the pool to ourselves and it was beautiful. We will definitely be back!!

Since we recently moved away, we needed a centralized location to have a small family Christmas, and this place was perfect for us. The fireplace was great for family time, and the two living rooms were great for separation (you all know what I mean)! The walk-in showers were a must for the older folks. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the huge refrigerator easily handled the leftovers. We really felt comfortable. Would love to see the lake in the summer, because there’s a tremendous view from practically every spot in the house.
