Fab stay for an evening.

Easy check in, and great spacious enclosed garden for the puppies. Very clean and other guest were very friendly. The free parking made things a lot easier!

TV remote did not work for either tele, and could not get the tele on in the bedroom at all. No tin opener, mattresses were lumpy. No instructions for the central heating unit or the oven hobs. Shower screen not big enough.

Apartment ok, message based check-in experience terrible. £200 deposit required.

Clean apartment.

Check-in experience is terrible. It’s an automated process via responding to messages but takes time to get required information to get into apartment. You try and ring it takes 15 min to get someone to pick up on other side as you’re on hold. if calling with international number it can be costly. Also £200 deposit required through credit card. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere during booking.

Terrible, filthy, not safe for families, poor management and cleanliness definitely needs to be improved

The location was perfect as it was just behind Heathrow and we had a flight to India the next day

The property was extremely unhygienic, filthy and not fit for families. The walls had dead insects on them, the utensils were corroded, the tea kettle was full of limestone, the bathroom had no vents, the sinks had really bad smelling chemicals, the place had no sound proofing as we could hear the planes take off and land every 5 minutes. The floors were not even swept and it was so dirty and mucky we could barely even walk the dirt time we stepped in. The property said it had garden access but there was no garden access. There were no handles on the wardrobe which made it so difficult to use it each time.

Great value and perfect for our needs

The apartment was clean and spacious. For some the location might not be so good but for us it was perfect. We used to live in the area and were attending a function across the road so free parking and no taxis this was perfect

For me the bed was a bit hard but that’s just me. I also forgot about the runway behind the building but with the windows closed we hardly heard any noise

Avoid avoid !!!! The worst filthy and dirty property ever i have seen They dont deserve even 1 star but j have no choice to give 1 i wish there was option of -5 star review ,,, First they will charge your card for £1 and then £200 but it wont be back to your account even after you leave the property because taking the money is in their control and when asked , you will simply get the reply that refunding money is beyond our control Secondly we checked in late around 10 pm , and their remote for tv was no where to be found upon asking they said search the table finally we found it under the sofa and that too without batteries in it When asked for the batteries they said we are sorry just use the tv manually , No tea bag were present at the property we came so tired we coukd not even had a simple tea Untill now my money has not been returned to me

The photos are misleading which included a garden, however they text me last minute and said I only qualify for a garden

There is a lot of wear and tear handle of the main door was falling off, flooring strips were coming off, floor tiles in the bathroom were broken, behind the bed and sofa was very dirty, not my kind of value for the money I paid

Great location, clean rooms and value for money

Beautiful apartment, very clean. Very close to transport links, airport, Twickenham stadium not terribly and a little pub just down the road. Having a little back garden area was nice as well.

No coffee/tea/sugar provided, would have been a nice extra little touch

Not a great experience.:

The Location was good as it was very near to where we needed to be.. On site Parking was convenient..

Awful and long winded Check-in process with an over complicated key entry system.... Security was very poor, we could open the door to our apartment with a credit card. No one answered the emergency contact number as we tried to help some later-comers get in.. we had to drive them to a nearby hotel as they would have been left out on the street for the night.. The maid was in our room emptying our stuff out of the fridge before we had even checked out… we came back before check out time to find she was already in there and had helped herself to our food.. Very poor service..

It was a horrible scan.

Right after my Booking with this apartments on Booking.com, someone got in touch with me and share some link with Robbin door to request us to pay GBP200 for safety deposit. And when we Uber to the address given, we could not find any apartment and we ended up in some radon restaurant. I guess this whole thing is a scan!

Bad

I'm still awaiting the refund of my Safety Deposit, even though it's been over two months since the initial request. I kindly request Booking.com's intervention to help expedite the resolution of this matter. Additionally, it's worth noting that requesting money for Safety Deposits after the booking has already been confirmed doesn't create a pleasant experience for customers. Your attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Good location, overpriced for the low quality bathroom.

Location was ideal. Very close to Heathrow airport. Comfortable and clean beds.

Broken toilet door handle, very dangerous shower without mat or shower curtain. Slippery tiles with no floor mat. No hooks to hang any towel or clothing. No mirror in the bathroom. Tricky for travellers to navigate without slipping all over the bathroom floor.

Disappointing, run down apartment.

The only good thing about this apartment is that it’s so close to Heathrow airport. It was clean.

This apartment is run down and in need of repairs. (Broken floor tiles, no handles on wardrobes, moldy shower grout, stained curtains etc.). Carpark full of weeds and rubbish. The area is not nice and the kids playground across the road had someone dealing drugs. Staff were impersonal and not helpful. The “affordable” shuttle service they offered to Heathrow “5 minute” drive was GBP47. Crazy expensive! Key code for outside door didn’t work and neither did key provided, and when I phoned for help the staff were not helpful. Thankfully someone else staying in the building let me and my children inside.

Nothing, don't rent this place! the pictures are old pictures. The flooring is damaged, furnitures are different from pictures, cutlery has stains and food particles in the drawer, the toilet cleaner is rusted, kettle is rusted and dirty, the unit was not clean,the blankets & pillows had drool stains, along with the cushions & pillows,& blankets, everything was unsanitary, my son tripped on the damaged flooring and the cupboard fell on his foot when we walked in the door as it was not screwed in, not suitable for no one, left over toilet paper and soap was left in the unit. This unit appeared in a condition from previous guest and everything was just folded it appeared that the unit was never clean and it did not smell fresh and clean, I took my son to a 4 star hotel and paid less!

Very hard to find. Goggle maps took us to the wrong place so had to ask at the pub who said many people have the same issue. Had no mirror at all so hard to get ready after showering, and expensive for what was provided

Heating was not working.

If you need to stay one night befor or after your flight then you can manage this accommondation. The worst part was that the heating was not working at all! Radiator and thermostat did not work! we were freezing! I tried to negotiate with staff but it didnt help. Never more.

Very strict landlords, poor manners, made you reluctant to even stay there. And the pull out bed is smaller than a single bed with love stains on it.

Needs a touch up and TLC, kitchen and bathroom spot on.

Amount of cameras That you couldn’t have someone visit the flat prior to heading out or they would charge you. This info was only provided once we had paid. They then ask for a deposit on a different website away from booking.com and needed all 3 peoples passport details. We felt very uncomfortable about this.
