Perfect location for nearby wedding, comfortable and friendly welcome.
Tricky turn out onto main road when turning right. No fault of the property7 which was an ex pub very well restored.

Good location, beautiful building, very clean and Jackie went out of her way to help me. I felt safe which is very important as a lone female, nothing was too much trouble, can’t recommend highly enough.
Everything was wonderful

Jackie was an absolutely lovely lady.
Few cobwebs here and there but nothing that bad.
4.0
Clean facilities with a comfortable room.
Host was friendly and very accommodating as we arrived late and left early. Close to Snetterton ideal for race goers
Nothing it was a very acceptable stay and not over priced

Not a great fan of continental type breakfasts and this was no exception. Property was quite pleasing and the rooms were sufficient size to be comfortable and well laid out. Plenty of towels etc for the shower as required. Host was pleasant and good to talk with.
The accommodation is situated in a small village with few amenities and consequently a drive of 5 miles was required to get an evening meal.

Jackie always welcomes her guests and shows them the accommodation. The rooms are spotlessly clean.
Lovely breakfast

The downstairs place was a good place to relax and watch TV. The room was perfectly okay. Good range of cereals.
On an unusually cold and wet August day it was just a little cold, and so we were really in need of a cooked breakfast but it is not served here, which we had not fully appreciated until we got here.

Jackie & her husband were more than accommodating to myself who had a few requests with being delayed due to trains and not being having no phone to order a taxi, They were most helpful and i couldnt of asked for better hosts
There was nothing i didnt like about this very accommodating venue.

Everything was as i would have expected. The provision of breakfast was just right, cereal, toast and marmalade and a cup of tea. Plenty of choice available.
Nothing could have been better. I trust that Jackie has managed to get that heavy door put back on its ancient hinge.

Lovely place to stay very welcoming. Very clean and friendly. rooms were very well presented and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was continental, which was perfect for us lovely Chinese takeaway just down the road too. 20 minutes from Snetterton, so perfect for a weekend at the track.

Jackie was an excellent host it was lovely to chat with her. Quirky and quaint building that was beautifully clean. Great location for many things.
Sadly the accommodation isn't good for wheelchair access.

The host was very welcoming. The room was beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable. We had an amazing sleep. We loved the help yourself continental breakfast. There was lots of choice.
We were sad to hear the trust bar was no longer available.

stay was fine, room was clean and warm. The only issue i had was due to my own fault. From the photos i assumed it was a pub and could get an evening meal. Next time i need to pay more attention. That said, Jackie recommended a pub up the road which was good.

owner seemed friendly despite being poorly
sadly for us this guesthouse didn’t meet expectations.
very cold and damp, the heater was put on in our room but bedding and towels smelt damp (had to put our own clothing over pillows to avoid the smell). admittedly we didn’t didn’t have a chance to discuss this with the owners as we went out to visit family shortly after checking in and didn’t arrive back until late. The room did appear clean.
inside of the windows were wet in the morning.
owners dog barking from early hours.
can’t comment on breakfast as we decided to leave as soon as we woke up to get warm.
I’m sure I’m the warmer weather you wouldn’t experience these problems but be cautious in winter.
