Located on the 4th floor, everything in the condo has been renovated: bathrooms, kitchen, tile, windows and sliders, A/C unit, ceiling, water heater... and of course all furniture and appliances are brand new! We supply everything that make your stay enjoyable, full kitchen utensils, wine cooler, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys!

Wake up to a stunning view of the gulf and soothing ocean sounds from the master bedroom…. and in the evening, catch a magnificent sunset from the private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

The Kitchen features new modern white cabinets, Marble counter top, stainless appliances, and a bar with wine & beer cooler. The open floor plan of Kitchen, dining room and living room provides a comfortable space for family or entertaining, it has all new ceiling fans and new floor Porcelain tiles throughout. The living room has a fabulous view of the gulf, a new 60-inch wall mounted TV and a modern leather Sofa…. The master bedroom includes a king size bed overlooking the gulf with a Fully Renovated master bath with walk-in shower, the second room has 2 queen beds that sleeps up to 4 persons, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a second completely renovated bathroom with bathtub. Additional amenities include: A flat screen TV in each room, an Interior Laundry room with new washer & dryer, Pack N Play for toddlers ...two assigned parking spaces ..... Internet and Cable are included.

Enjoy the heated pool overlooking the beach, and enjoy a sip of your drink as you watch the sun slowly sinking into the Gulf of Mexico.

The building facilities include: Heated Swimming pool, Elevator, covered parking, outdoor grill and picnic tables, Beach Volley Ball.

Towels & Linen for 8 persons
8 beach towels, 5 chairs, 4 beach mats, 2 beach umbrellas and lots of beach toys ( frisbee, balls, sand toys...) in addition to Pack N Play.

This was our second stay in this condo. Absolutely love everything about it! Our only add would be some reclining furniture. Wouldn’t stop us from renting but would add an additional touch.

Beautiful condo! Beautiful view! We had a wonderful experience. The owners are very friendly and their communication was excellent! Plenty of rooms and space for our family! We didnt use the extras such as beach chairs and beach towels but i really liked how much extra they had to offer their guest! I liked how they seemed to have thought of the little things such as providing some laundry pods for a couple loads making packing and traveling home super easy! They provided more than 1 trashbag which was nice! Access to the condo was very smooth and easy. We enjoyed our stay so much and would absolutely rent again if visiting the area.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! We had a family of 6 staying at this property, and it accommodated everyone perfectly. The unit is very clean and decorated beautifully. All the essentials were provided and the location is great. We look forward to staying at the property again in the future.

We were very impressed with the property and our unit in particular. You can tell the owners really thought of everything you might need on a beach vacation. From cooking utensils to beach toys, beach towels and board games, this place had it all. Right on the water with nice restaurant options within 10 minutes in either direction. We will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed at the Ocean View Condo at Seagate in July 2024. Everything was great! The condo was extremely clean and included all the items needed for a stress free stay - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, board games, etc. The condo is located on a beautiful, quiet street with walking and biking lanes and is walking distance to a very good seafood restaurant. The view from the balcony was priceless! The owners were helpful and just a phone call away if needed. They made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this beautiful condo and hope we can return in the future!

This is a quiet family oriented beach with good restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and has amazing views. The sunsets are gorgeous.

This was one of our best condos that we have ever stayed in. It was spacious and open, so many comforts were already available to make it feel like a home away from home. Everyone we met was so friendly and the condo grounds were beautifully kept. We loved the low key, laid back vibe and it was so family friendly. The beaches were beautiful and not crowded. This was a 10/10 in my book. The owners were wonderful and their son was helpful as well.

My sisters and I enjoyed a week long stay at Hanna and Hass’s place. Plenty of room, absolutely perfect location and we lacked for nothing in the condo. We would recommend this place for anyone!!

We had a great experience with the host during our stay at their lovely condo, right on the beach! The views from the main living area and the master bedroom were phenomenal!! The whole interior was tastefully decorated and the place was clean! Unfortunately, the weather was cooler than normal for this time of year, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the water and beach, but the hosts had plenty of stuff you could use, if the weather is nicer. The week we were there, there was heavy equipment going some work along the beach, but we were able to access the beach a few condos down; and they probably will be done and moved farther down/up the beach for the next guest’s arrival. Either way, weather and construction equipment are out of control of the hosts, of course. Even with our last-minute request to check in early, Hass was able to arrange it, and that was very helpful for our situation. We would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we are in the area!!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the sweet owners! They have thought of literally everything for their guests, including a Christmas tree. We have stayed in the area several times over the last few years, and this is definitely our favorite condo. It was impeccably clean and well-furnished. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and the only thing that could have been better was the weather. Hannah communicated with us right up until check-in (even unexpectedly letting us in early), and Hass contacted us just as we landed at the airport to make sure we didn't need anything. If you're looking for a gem right on the beach, this is it. Just book it and bring your personal items, and you're all set for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back!

I came with my four sisters to celebrate our dad turning 90. The condo was spacious and well decorated. The perfect place to have our family dinner and 90th birthday celebration. Our parents are hard of hearing so a private dinner in a lovely home setting was perfect. Intimate. Quite. Beautiful sunset. During the day we got to relax at the beach and by the pool. Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully decorated condo on the beach! It was perfect! Not only was it very comfortable, it had everything you could ask for in a beach rental! The location was ideal to enjoying walks on the beach, watching the awesome sunsets, as well as convenient to many restaurants! I could definitely see myself returning for Round 2 for another relaxing stay in Indian Shores at this beautiful condo.

This condo by far was one of the best we have stayed in. Very clean, updated and equipped with what we needed. Loved the “beach closet” full of everything you need for the beach. The kids loved crab hunting. Coastal pizza Kitchen was one of our favorites to order in from. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home!

This was a great place to stay, very updated and clean with amazing view of the Ocean from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. The condo was stocked with everything you need, plenty of beach towels, toys for kids, beach chairs and umbrellas and a well stocked kitchen. It was truly hard to leave after one week, we regretted not being there for two. Hannah and Haas were very responsive with questions.

This property was perfect for our recent vacation which included two families with children ages 2, 5, & 6. The condo was larger than expected with a walk-in closet that fit the provided pack-n-play and served as a fourth "bedroom" for our 2-year-old. The location is amazing! Directly on the beach away from the busyness of Clearwater but close enough to also enjoy all that Clearwater offers. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by. When the kids needed a break, the adults were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular ocean views, dolphin sightings, and amazing sunsets. The Condo owners had great communication and provided everything that we needed.

This was a perfect condo for our family vacation over spring break and destination wedding. Couldn’t be located in a more ideal spot on the Gulf. Pictures are exactly like what you’ll see when you get there. The facility is family friendly. Easy trip down the elevator to the beach. Two parking spots just as advertised. The condo has all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy the beach, pool, and is convenient to all that the Tampa area has to offer. Very happy with our stay here!

The condo was fabulous with an amazing, ocean front view. Very clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture and beds. Owners were extremely kind and let us know they were available if needed (although we didn’t need to contact them personally). They had lots of beach amenities and very comfortable deck furniture. We would definitely stay again!
