Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. The town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Be sure to experience the great restaurants in the area like Aloha-to-Go, Indian Shores Coffee Company, Mickey Quinn's Pub and Beach Grill and the renown Salt Rock Grill. This property was as gorgeous as the description. I dont like to repeat vacations, but I would in a heartbeat on this one. Location was fantastic, condo was very clean and beautiful. Just a walk down to the beach. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. And the owner was very responsive.

This home is truly great and true to the pictures. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfy and spacious - we had a fabulous trip. The beach views from the large balcony cannot be beat. We would love to come back!

The condo was better than the pictures. There were a couple of items that needed attention, but the owner was quick to respond. This was our fourth stay in the area and this condo was the best. We especially loved the peacefulness and quiet! We loved it so much that we would consider buying it, if it were ever for sale!

We had a great time in this condo. It is beautiful like on the pictures, newer furniture. The view is awesome, couldn't be closer to the beach and the access is fast and easy. Owner was super nice and responded right away when we had a couple questions.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Indian Shores property. The condo was easy to get to. The instructions for parking and the building were simple. The fish smell from the bird sanctuary takes a bit to get used to, but was ok. The condo itself was very clean. It has the best view of the beach and is just steps away from it! My family had an amazing time! We would very highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing. The property was beautiful and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Walking down to the beach was so fast and location could not of been better. Beautiful terrace to watch the amazing sunset.Look forward to going to IRS again and staying here....Love this location so many restaurants/bars. Thank you!

This was our first time staying in the Indian Shores area and we LOVED it! The condo was one of the absolute best we have stayed at in Florida. It has a phenomenal view with a good size balcony! The condo was very clean and had a plenty of supplies to include beach chairs/toys/floats. Dania was quick to reply to questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay at this condo again!!

This location was perfect for our family with plenty of space. It is in nicely maintained complex with great amenities, the location is convenient and was directly next to the SunCoast shuttle that made it easy to visit other areas like John's Pass. Our host was responsive and helpful.

This condo exceeded my expectations. It is a huge 3 bedroom 2 bath all completely upgraded. The balcony was where we spent the most time enjoying the ocean views and at night we watched the gorgeous sunset! Everything was exceptionally clean and our condo was ready 4 hours before check in! I couldn't have asked for a better trip. There are tons of places to eat and shop but who needs that when you are steps from the ocean! Dania was super helpful with all the details we needed and was responsive every step of the way. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing vacation!

Traveling with my mom and dad who have had serious health problems in the past few years, this unit made them feel comfortable and they were able to relax and enjoy the amazing view and amenities that this property offers. Dania was easy to contact and very responsive. I have been vacationing in this area for the past 35 years and this is by far the nicest rental we have had!

Our main reason for choosing this place was the view-and it did not disappoint! We loved looking out over the Gulf of Mexico from sunrise to sunset. We also were thrilled with the place as well! Very well stocked and clean. I loved being in the pretty kitchen and looking out at the water. We enjoyed hearing the waves as they lulled us to sleep. The large white sand beach and pool were a bonus. We loved every day there!

Who doesn’t love waking up to the sound of the waves? This condo is beautiful…exactly as shown in the pictures. The furnishings were much better than a typical rental-beds and couches were very comfortable. I spent many hours on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the dolphins. Just a slight problem checking in as the battery for the lock was dead, but Dania was easy to get in touch with and came out early the next morning to resolve the issue. It was a great place to stay and hope to come back again some day.

The condo was beautiful and location was spot on! Quiet area on the beach overlooking the gulf.. sunsets were different colors each night… pretty peaceful area. Enjoyed the beach on a daily basis … beach chairs, umbrellas and color were provided… a beach cart would have been a nice addition but definitely not an issue !! Enjoy !!

This is a beautiful condo in a quiet and peaceful location in Indian Shores. Beautiful views of the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. Relaxing living room, well-appointed kitchen and great bedrooms and more. We were concerned that we would have to cancel or reschedule due to Hurricane Ian and Dania kept in touch as we all monitored the situation and she advised us all was well as soon as the Hurricane passed. We were able to keep our dates and had a great and relaxing time. I would definitely rent this unit from Dania again and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful and clean space.

This condo is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean and well-stocked. Property owner was great to work with. Wonderful view of the beach, and one of the best stocked storage closets we’ve ever seen full of beach chairs and pool toys. Parking was easy and covered, and it had everything we needed for a great week at the beach for a family of four. Highly recommend.

We booked this condo for a double graduation celebration and it did not disappoint! We loved every minute of our stay at this gorgeous condo. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and well appointed. Communication was great, and we had everything we needed for cooking or enjoying the beach. The views from the condo are amazing! There is also a trolley stop right outside the condo which was really easy for getting around if we needed to split up. We were with teens and it was easy for them to go do some fun things on their own. I highly recommend this listing, and we hope to be back!

White sand and clear water on a beach you want to simply relax and enjoy. The condo was like a home away from home and so nicely decorated. Everything you need was available. Only things you will need to buy are groceries and cocktails. We were blessed to have a week in this condo. Dania was great to work on the rental details.

This was our first visit to the area. The condo was better than what we expected! It was more spacious than what it appeared online and the view was amazing. The accommodations made it so easy for our family that was flying (rather than driving) because the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were there for us to use. The washing machine and dryer are top notch. The couches made for very relaxing evenings. We did not rent a car so the trolley system allowed us to easily explore the area. Download the transit and flamingo apps to help navigate the trolley. We appreciated having the large pool area on the days that were too windy to sit on the beach. Highly recommended!!
