Our multigenerational family group fit well in this home. Everything was comfortable. Nice yard space, lovely veranda, and comfortable beds added to the enjoyment of our stay. One suggestion—please provide fans for the upstairs bedrooms and make sure all the windows have screen so they can remain open. Other than that, a great time was had by all.

My friends and I were in town for our annual volleyball tournament, and everyone enjoyed our stay! No complaints

Amazing older house, plenty of room. Firework show was crazy but fun! The front deck was so relaxing and cute. Beach toys for the kids, backyard with bbq, walking distance to the beach and shopping, large dining table which we didnt use but would have been perfect for game night! Kitchen was fully stocked. Bring extra toilet paper and food storage for left overs though! The neighborhood felt safe, neighbors seemed friendly. It was such a great stay. Also the customer servoce was outstanding when I spoke with them during booking, the sweetest people ever! Would rent again and return to seaside.

The details and pictures are true to the property. This is an older home that has tons of charm and plenty of amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen is the best stocked of any vacation home I have visited. Plenty of plates, utencils, and even a properly seasoned cast iron skillet. Our group of 6 was in town for a convention and with the convention center 2 blocks away we were able to walk and not have to bother with finding parking. We managed to get all 4 of our cars in the driveway with no issues. We will be looking forward to coming back and staying here again next year!

This property has been updated and the current photos do not represent this beautiful house properly. The home is very well kept, the kitchen has been updated with a gas stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. The bedroom options were amazing and everyone had their own space. There is plenty of space to eat and play games at the eight seat dining room table. The front porch was awesome with a wind break area and plenty of seating. The home is a short to beach and promenade, shopping and restaurants. We will stay here again, and would recommend this home to friends.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were able to walk to the Christmas parade, all the shops and the beach. Overall we had a really good time. The street was real narrow and hard to back out of the driveway, but besides that we enjoyed the house and all Seaside had to offer.

Loved the old charm and character of this old home. Loved reading about the history. It had everything we needed and was jus overall all a great experience. Loved the big table that we shared meals at and the back porch😊
Side note, most of the DVD’s are empty.
Thank you for making this available.

A great place to stay if you have a large group. We wished there was a little more seating in the living room area. The house is an old home with a lot of charm.

We absolutely loved the house it has so much character. I would highly recommend car pooling if it’s a large group as parking is limited. We plan on renting that house annually it was perfect for our group. They were incredibly easy to work with and I appreciate how accommodating they are. We really loved the house

Great location to beach and shops.
Only complaint was no screens in most windows.

Nice family getaway
The stove in the kitchen is very old gas stove that had 2 non-working burners. The burners were funky and would shoot flames up, which is a fire hazard. This is my only complaint about the home.

Old smelly spiderwebbed house
This old smelly house full of spiderwebs. Old furniture, dirty floor. The house needs some maintenance and cleaning. Upstairs rooms separated by the thin walls that we could hear each other. Toilet seat cover upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. Rooms have no closets. Homeless people came to our driveway and messed with garbage bags, threw it in recycle bin. The good part was the price we paid . Location was good too, couple blocks from the ocean.

Very Nice Place
Great old home, lots of character and history. Two sets of parents, and five children ages 5-13 fit very nicely.

Termites-no screens-security locks missing-floors and rugs dirty-cheap mattresses-won’t tent again
Cool historic house. Cleaning and maintenance needed. Could be an awesome house. Upstairs bath and plastic shower curtains is frustrating. Upstairs bathroom floor needs to be replaced. Housekeeper needs to clean floors. Corners have dirt and dust.
House has everything you could need. Slide slide locks for security and window screen very needed. Working back porch or yard light needed.
Termites in downstairs bedroom are crawling in ceiling. Comforters and blankets should be cleaned between renting. Especially with Covid.
Homeless people walking around neighborhood. Nothing stolen but could not secure belongings with no gate.

Thanksgiving get away!
Very well maintained turn of the century home with a lot of history. Enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Making wonderful memories with our kids and grandchildren. Location was very convenient to shops and the beach.
Loved our stay and would recommend to stay there to any our family and friends,
