Introducing THE PEARL, one of our premier properties on the Isle of Palms! This spacious Charleston-style home was updated in early 2024 with hardwood flooring throughout, renovated first-floor kitchen space, upgraded bathrooms, as well as unbelievable outdoor spaces like a new pool with light-up water feature, hot tub with high-pressure jets, new outdoor kitchen with grill, outdoor TV, new decking and even a 7-hole golf putting course!
With 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths & 2 half baths, 3 floors of living area, dual kitchens, incredible outdoor spaces, and 2,000 square feet of porches, it is the perfect spot to spend a getaway by the beach. It was even featured on Bravo's "Top Chef" Season 14! Step out back to enjoy the private saltwater pool or take the elevator up to the third floor rooftop deck for a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool can now be heated in the colder months or chilled in the warm summers, making it a true year-round oasis! Centrally located on Isle of Palms, across the street from the 29th Street beach access, one block from the IOP Recreation Center & playground, and just 20 minutes from Downtown Historic Charleston, you can't beat this location! The Recreation Center offers popular new pickle ball courts, and the owner keeps a few paddles at the house for you to use!
When you enter this charming home on the first floor, you will find four out of the seven bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms (Bedroom #1: King, Bedroom #2: Two Queen Beds, Bedroom #3: King, and Bedroom #4: King). You can take advantage of a bonus kitchen and comfortable sitting room with TV (note: all bedrooms and living areas have Smart TVs with YouTube TV available!) & wide sliding doors leading out to the covered porch. A laundry area with washer/dryer are also on this level.
Going up to the main living area on the second floor, you will be greeted by natural light from the surrounding balconies and beachy vibes. This level of the home features an open room floor plan with abundant seating for all, new furniture (with extra-deep cushions!), and a breakfast nook. The primary kitchen, which has upgraded appliances, a gas range, and lots of counter space, is an ideal spot to cook and entertain large groups. Enjoy memorable meals at the massive dining table (seats 14+) or gather in the main living room, highlighted by comfortable seating and lots of natural light. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation at your property. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and generously sized to accommodate our large group of 10 adults and 8 children. We were particularly impressed by the home's exceptional level of preparedness-loads of pool and beach toys available to use as well as a baby high chair. The coffee nook in the pantry and the flat top grill in the garage were unexpected yet delightful touches. The detached garage/kitchen arrangement was convenient, and the short five-minute walk to the beach was ideal. Returning to the property each day to relax by the wonderful pool was the perfect end to our beach outings. The hosts were communicative and accommodating, even granting us an extra hour to check out due to the challenges of packing with young children. The only minor suggestion would be to increase the supply of kitchen towels. We would not hesitate to book the White Pearl again for a unforgettable beach holiday. Thank you!

The stay at this property was perfect except for one detail - the next door neighbor is a lunatic. Acts like he was the mayor of Isle of Palms, called the police on us for playing music (it was not very loud) outside by the pool around 5pm. The police said they get endless calls from him and he is just a crazy guy. We even talked to him with the police officer so we could establish a connection if we are ever being to loud and he quote said “I don’t care about your stay, if I hear ANYTHING I’m calling the police”. Fortunately, the police told him they would cite him for wasting their time with the endless calls and we’re on our side. This being said the property was amazing - I just would not rent this property unless you are with a quiet family that doesn’t mind being silent.

Great property with plenty of room to house three related families such that everyone could have their own space if needed. Plenty of bedrooms almost all with separate bathrooms. Porches and the pool were great amenities. An easy block to the beach. Property manager was attentive to our needs. Only negative, very minor, were ripped screens to the porches on the second level and the front porch needs a new paint job and staining. Did not detract from the vacation at all. Would highly recommend the place.

Overall great experience. Little things would help the overall experience. furniture was a bit beat up. Windows are dirty. Deck needs painting. Could use more and better quality towels. upstairs dryer broken. no trash cans on third floor. need to upgrade pillows. bath mats outside master bath because of slippery floor when wet. kitchen needs recycle bin and cutting boards and covered pyrex casserole dishes. Some beds are missing mattress pads

Amazing time at the Yellow Pearl!!
Visited the Isle of Palms for Labor Day Weekend with some friends. We had an amazing time. The check-in process was easy, all of the information was in an email. The house was clean and beautiful. Such a fun environment for a long weekend. Couldn't recommend more.

The best part about the house is the location to Isle of Palms beach. Overall, the house is in pretty good shape. There's plenty of space with a living area and porch plus bedrooms on each floor. The furniture throughout is generally fine. Beds are comfortable. The property management was very helpful. The outdoor pool is average; that area needs better furniture.

We were all amazed at the size and capabilities of the property, and could not imagine a more perfect house for our seven adults and grandson. The house was immaculate upon our arrival, and the location in Isle of Palms was perfect. The bedrooms layout made all four families/ couples very comfortable and allowed the space and privacy which is priceless in family gatherings. Our children have already informed us that we will be returning to the Yellow Pearl quite often in the future. We feel very lucky to have found this exceptional beach property
