From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost care and attention

The hotel is exceptionally well-located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The amenities are top-notch.The rooms are clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost care and attention. The service was impeccable—easily the best I’ve ever experienced. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect (specially Nicoletta), making me feel like a valued guest throughout. Their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking exceptional service!

Fantastic

The rooms were super comfortable and clean. Very modern. The staff were exceptionally, nothing was too much trouble. They made our stay so special. We cannot praise them enough.

Great location, very nice and interesting hotel and lovely staff. I will be back!

Really a nice little hotel. It was much better than I expected. I enjoyed the interior and the room was great. Location couldn't be better and such a friendly staff.' The staff also managed to make a very nice breakfast with small means. I have been to much more bigger hotels which couldn't even do half of whey did at 73.

All was good but to mention something - would be nice if the coffee bar was open all time. Besides that I didn't really miss anything. I really recommend a visit.

Best hotel experience I've ever had

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, being small with only a few rooms is an asset, the staff are wonderful, only had 1 extra request which was done without fuss and they were always checking if everything was ok and happy to chat and provide information about local attractions, restaurants etc, the only thing is that I didn't learn all of their names so I could name check them in this review,if I ever return to Como I will stay here.

A wonderful and memorable visit.

Small, charming and inviting. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Kudos to Nicolette, Natalia, Marco, Angela and Angie!

perfect boutique hotel in the heart of como with great location

Great boutique hotel in the perfect location, short walking distance to lake, lots of restaurants and terraces around. Room very cosy, varied breakfast choices, all the staff was exceptional and helped us with many recommendations/ reservations, definitely reccomend this hotel if you plan a vacation in Como.

The hotel is situated in a great area in the centre but tucked away down a small side street. The room and facilities were all very good, but the best part was how friendly and welcoming the staff were.

Perfect location, within 5-10 mins walk to the ferry, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was one of the better ones we have had recently. Much recommended

Newly refurnished fancy central hotel - hard to park

Newly refurnished Hotel, fancy and comfortable style, centrally located, great breakfast

Location is located in restricted area not accessible to cars, I was informed last minute as I arrived at the street of the hotel and could not access. I had to search 15 minutes around the streets for a parking space, even if in the hotel description was offered a parking, luckily I had not heavy luggage to transport. Between Matrass and sheet there was a plastic protection, very uncomfortable and unusual in other Hotels

Good stay in Como

Room as described on their site : spacious , comfortable bed, big bathroom with new installation. Quiet room in a great location. Great client service provided by their staff.

Very good

The location in a place that is not accessible by car is an issue. I had to park outside of the city center and drag my luggage to the hotel. Not a great experience. Otherwise, everything else was great
