This cozy house is situated on a quiet wooded property with several other rustic cabins. It comfortably sleeps eight with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The house has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, internet and TV with 120 stations.
We are conveniently located 1/10th of a mile off the Parks Highway for easy access and ample parking. We are also within walking distance to some great restaurants and even a brewery.

We really appreciated how well stocked this home was. Had all your basic amenities- hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Really appreciated having laundry detergent available. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. Loved that we were just able to check out and leave with completing a long list of items first. Location is perfect for accessing Denali National park

My siblings and I have been planning a trip to Alaska (Covid side railed us), with plans of staying near Denali as part of the trip. This place was perfect for us. Plenty of room, super clean, and it had everything we needed plus. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property and our overall trip to Alaska. This place is nestled conveniently and is easy to get to. It also has close access to Denali National Park. We were very pleased with the property. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was clean. We'd stay here again!

We were glad to have found this place to stay for trip. It lived up to it's claims. Nice,clean, easy to put 6 adults in beds. Living Room and kitchen were great. We only stayed one night and it worked wonderfully. This place is perfect for longer stays.

We really enjoyed our stay in Healy. It is close to the park, 49th State Brewery and the grocery. This house was great for our family with plenty of space. Jeff was excellent and answered all of my questions pretty quickly.

This was a great place for our family of 4. Plenty of room, everything we needed. Not far from Denali Park and yet we weren’t surrounded by other people. Groceries nearby and had a moose visit one night too. Highly recommend!

Great little cabin

We had a great experience at this property. We were there for just a single night while we were exploring Denali National Park, and it worked perfectly for that purpose. There was a small hiccup when checking in as our code didn't work, but we contacted the host and they had it resolved in a couple of minutes, so I call that a win more than a fail! Thanks for the great stay!

Our family of 7 stayed here for 4 nights in July. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. The manager was quick to respond to our needs, too. We would definitely recommend this house for a family traveling to Denali!

We stayed for 3 nights (4 adults, 2 kids (11 yrs)). Very spacious overall. 1 M.Bed with King bed & attached bath, 2nd full bath serves 2nd & 3rd bedroom. 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Open kitchen with living room and separate laundry room. Patio in front entrance for enjoying outdoors. Its part of Tri-valley cabins. But very much independent unit. 12 miles frm denali park. There is a big grocery store and gas station within a mile. Approx 0.3 miles away from main Hwy (excellent location). Had a grill as well (we didn't used it though) Overall very comfortable stay.

This property was in the perfect location from Denali. Jeff was extremely responsive from the beginning and flexible when I accidentally booked one night instead of wanting two. He was able to quickly work with me and without any complaints. When we booked, he gave us detailed instructions on checking-in. When we got there, the property was comfortable, clean and had all the appropriate linens. Lastly, having a house was nice with kids because we were able to relax, cook and hang out as a family. Highly recommend this house if you're making a trip to Denali.

A great experience

The house was clean and well cared for with a well stocked kitchen and a full washer and dryer. It was very comfortable for the 8 of us like being at home. We made breakfast before heading out for the day and we loved staying away from the crowds and relaxing after a long day. It is only 10-12 miles from the Denali entrance an easy drive. We found good places for food in Healy. One night we had Thai food at "home" from a food truck and the next night we ate at 49th State Brewing Company. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Denali

The house was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Our luggage arrived late from the airline and the manager was able to receive the luggage while we were out and make sure it was placed in the house. We were so thankful for that and loved Denali!

This house is just a short 10 minute drive to Denali National Park, making it a great home base while you explore the many activities the park has to offer. I was cautious about making arrangements to the middle-of-nowhere, AK, but It was all very good! The house was clean and we were surprised to find that there is a housekeeper who comes in to make beds, take out the trash, and replenish towels when we were out enjoying Denali. The location is very easy to find and in a quiet, peaceful area. It's 12 easy miles to the Denali entrance, and close (a mile or so) to a good grocery store. The kitchen is adequately stocked, and the washer and dryer and dishwasher work fine. You can drink the tap water - it's really good! Thanks to the owner for making it available and keeping it so welcoming an nice for weary travelers. Only one thing - we were wondering if they recycled in the area? When you stay in such a beautiful place it's not comfortable to throw all the waste in the trash.

Park entrance is about 10 minute drive away, which makes this a very convenient & very quiet rental in Healy. House & furnishings are in excellent condition. VERY CLEAN! Good for short stay or extended period, this 3 bedroom/2 bath house easily has enough space for 6 . Two queen rooms & 1 room with 2 twins. All beds were very comfortable, with good linens & blankets. Kitchen was laid out very well & had all the dishes, pans & utensils needed. BBQ out backdoor, but we didn't use it. Living rooms has 2 very nice sofa's, & one was an exceptional futon, with wood arms & really good cushion; large, flat screen TV w/Sat. Kitchen table good for 4 but we squeezed in a few more & it worked. Both bathrooms were normal sized, functional - nothing fancy, with bath/shower combos; nice towels. Full washer/dryer in laundry room off back entrance. Good lighting throughout. Owner is expanding property & has several, really nice log cabin rentals too. Lane in was easy drive (no pot holes) & convenient parking. Small complaint & it certainly did not detract from our stay: immediate views aren't so good. Easy remedy: plant some bushes/trees to hide neighbors trucks/cars & as soon as rest of construction is complete, add more greenery to property. Except for that tiny whine, excellent property & highly recommend.

Great house with full kitchen and washee dryer just 15 minutes for Denali NP entrance. Host was very quick and responsive with all queries. Just a note, due to the locatiion best to stock up on fresh food and vegetables if you want to make full ise of the excellent kitchen facilities. Healy has a small shop for goods but its best avoided. There a decent shops in Denali.

Good place to stay with family of 6. Close to several restaurants, and gas station. Clean and comfortable. Glad had washer and drier, needed to wash stuff after ATV adventure. Catch shuttle at visitors center 20 minutes away to Denali and meet sled dog rangers. Can walk to stuff , but may want to have vehicle 20 min drive to train depot. No grocery near by.

Finding a house in the Denali region for a large group is not easy. The house was very clean, sufficiently spacious, well furnished with a full kitchen & laundry. The owner/manager was very responsive and the reservation/transaction/checkin processes were smooth. Side note: The entire Denali region (McKinley Park, Cantwell, Healy, etc) are all very sparsely populated and there aren't many options for food and supplies. Please stock them up at a big city when you have the chance.

This was a great location for getting to Denali National Park. We found the home to be clean and in great shape. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed 3 nights here last week. Located just down the road is Rose's Cafe which served amazingly good food at very reasonable prices compared to other places in the area. This house was priced less than the cabins in the area, and provided so much more than a cabin would. Thank you for renting it to us. C. Maria Manges
