Stay at Creekside or Backwoods Lodge better area and more customer service oriented more

There was a fire- most of the town was evacuated & there was no power. This establishment wanted NO part in helping with an adjustment to my reservation. The Denali Park was closed due to the fire . There was no place to go-

Stated free wifi only available for 30 mins then payment required. TV signal patchy but that didn’t bother us for a short stay.

It worked!

Location was central, quiet, room was clean.

Housekeeping left the door unlocked two days of our five day stay after servicing the room. Hot water for showers was limited. Satellite TV did not work.

Advertised as a heaven within a park but is just a basic motel surrounded by dirty RVs and run down cabin. A chaotic checkin process. Not a single bottle of water in the room. Very basic facilities.

very conveniently located near boardwalk with many options for coffee, bfast and dinner. 5 mins from national park visitor center. good walking trails within 5 mins.

A great location close to access to Denali Park and Preseve and close to the shops.

The location was right in the village so it was close to food outlets and park shuttles. The bed was very comfortable and the room was roomy.

The noise from people walking up and down the stairs and the slamming of the outer door echoed right through our room. The young ladies in the office were difficult to communicate with. They had trouble understanding us even when we spoke slowly.

It was cute and clean little cabin close to Denali park entrance.

Didn’t serve breakfast until 10 am. We had to catch our tour at 8 :30 am

The staff was very welcoming. Great location to the entrance of Denali park.

The bed was the absolutely worst bed I’ve ever slept on. It was extremely hard and could feel every spring in the mattress.

Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location near to public transport, shuttle buses into park and eating options. Everything in the room worked, the bathroom really well

Quite expensive for what it was (fairly basic) - but I guess they have to cover all their expenses from a short summer sesson

Price far too high. Noise and traffic around the cabin (rafting bus). No free internet included.

location was perfect as did not have a car and this is very central for taking the shuttle to the park. they were also able to shuttle me to the train station.

Not happy with experience

Good location near excursion offices. Very close to park. I stayed in a cabin.

Cabin was functional. Bathroom clean. No AC only ceiling fan. Bed very uncomfortable and sheets smelled bad. Staff actually told me that I couldnt eat anything in room at check in. You have to sign a waiver specifically that you wont eat seafood but girls at check in said no eating and they instructed me to use picnic table. Seriously. Would not recommend as is.
