This great house has a beautiful garden and is located in the center of all the action. Short walk to the beach and surf. A safe neighborhood walk to markets, restaurants, and nightlife.
Casa Alvilta, a newly built modern home just a 2 minute walk to the Playa Santa Teresa and the "Selina" beach path. The home features AC throughout: three bedrooms, living room, full eat-in kitchen, one bathroom with hot water, and outside patio with hammock for lounging, and outdoor shower, high speed wifi, cleaning service, and a night security guard.
The space
The house is built behind Don Jon's lodge but also has a private entrance should you prefer it. This configuration gives you access to everything Don Jon's has to offer: on site surf board rental, surf lessons, twice daily onsite yoga, and a concierge to arrange all your activities.
