Verrassend fantastisch

Goed gelegen, je loopt naar het centrum. Zit goed in elkaar, sleutel bij de voordeur, ontbijt prima, kamer mooi!

The minute we walked into the room, I regretted booking there

It was close enough to the center

Location was in a dark area where there was construction going on and a lot of debris all over Outside the window was noisy If you have luggage, it is quite inconvenient to walk to this property

Petit établissement au coeur de Parme

Le Camere di Bsuites est un petit établissement très bien situé à Parme pour tout visiter à pieds. Un stationnement sécuritaire est situé à 5mn de marche et le quartier est agréable. Notre chambre était conforme aux photos, confortable et calme. nous n’avons vu personne, l’enregistrement se fait à distance et il y a un système de récupération des clés mais cela n’a pas été gênant car la communication est efficace et rapide par sms ou mail.

Ottima posizione, nei pressi del centro di Parma. La camera era davvero ampia e confortevole. Colazione essenziale, ma nel complesso soddisfacente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Una notte a Parma

La camera era accogliente e arredata in modo essenziale con tutto l'occorrente. Buono il servizio della colazione che è un plus.

Purtroppo l'acqua calda non veniva, solo appena tiepida. Abbiamo avuto anche un piccolo problema con la tv che non prendeva il segnale.

Coosy stay in Parma

We really enjoyed the hole experience. The quality-price relationship can not be better. The personal covered all our expectations and helped us to keep our luggage safe till our departure hour. Breakfast was good.

Nice place, but host needs to be more accommodating.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to all the sites. Very clean. Breakfast was very nice.

We were told on the day of check in that the air conditioning was out. We asked for a fan and we’re told if it was too hot the next day they would get us one. We did not ask again, even though it was stifling in the room at times. Host never checked in on us again, kind of made us feel like we were demanding and unwelcome.

Comfortable bed and good breakfast and clean facility.

The AC wasn't working, so the room was hot and humid. We were told that the repairmen woudn't fix it until the following day which was our checkout day.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

The photos don't do this place justice. It's a great, well sized apartment in a fantastic location. The bathroom had been newly renovated and felt really luxurious. We weren't able to stay for the breakfast but they had laid everything out and it looked lovely. The tea room is a sweet addition!

Nice Hotel - Great Value!

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were simple but had everything you needed. The rooms had a TV, kettle and was very clean. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was great. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was simple but at least they provided something for you.

the place it’s close to the city center, in a quiet street. The room was super clean and had every facilities that you need. The breakfast was delicious, super well-organised. The owner is available at any time and super kind. I strongly recommended.

BEST stay in Parma.

The best hostess. Francesca is such a wonderful person and assured everything went just amazing. Room is VERY confortable, cozy and relaxing. Great bed, sheets and a nice shower. Complimentary breakfast was also lovely, with a huge variety of choices. Central area, lovely. I would recommend it and looking forward to come back

This place is so lovely. The location is central, it’s clean, comfortable, cute decor and really easy check-in/out. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Good place to stay for work, rest or play

Simple Italian breakfast with a good coffee station, serving excellent hot chocolate. Very close to the main streets. No problem getting taxis for travelling further

All together I would really recommend this place for a visit.

Old town and places of interest are very closed. The breakfast was tasty. The city itself is worth a visit anyway. The owners instructions for the self checkin where perfect.

could be perfect if not for the minor issues with the room

Wonderful cute place with lots of charm and boutique atmosphere. Great location, very peaceful and relaxing. Humble but very satisfying breakfast mainly sweet but has some savoury options like cheese and bread for toast and butter. very tasty cakes. Also good value and feels boutique with lots of character. Good communication and helpful.

Some things didn't work properly or had issues. The kettle to make tea in the room didn't fit any socket in the room so we had to go upstairs and make tea. AC didn't work and couldn't be turned on, but we were lucky not to have had the necessity to use it. The sink in the bathroom didn't open properly to let the water inside to drain down. and the biggest bummer was that I really wanted to take a bath at the end of the day and I couldn't because there was no valve to stop the water in the bathtub from draining.

Location

The host - everything was a problem. She texted me if I had any special request for breakfast. And when I told her that I cannot eat a lot of stuff and asked for veggies and ham she told me sorry not possible and that it’s specified on Booking that it’s a sweet breakfast. When I told her that I saw no such thing on Booking and reminded her that she was the one who asked me if I had any request then in like 10 minutes it was done. So obviously it wasn’t a huge problem but if I let it be after she told me for the first time that it’s not possible I wouldn’t have had any breakfast at all. Also I asked her in the morning of my check out if I could leave my luggage somewhere because I had a tour in the morning. The accommodation is in restricted area where you cannot bring your car in the morning. She just told me I can leave it downstairs but it would not be supervised. So I asked her if I could leave it in the room because I had a laptop there etc. I thought she was gonna offer some room where we could lock it as it usually is in different accommodation but no. She is the kind of host that you don’t even see, not much is expected from her but this was really disappointing and the worst costumer servis I’ve had in Italy so far.

A very nice location, close to the centre of town. Very good breakfast.

A twin bedded room of a reasonable size. A nice upstairs breakfast room/lounge. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options available including hot and cold drinks, cereals, and croissants/bread/muffins. We were given plenty of information prior to our arrival which made the check in process very easy.

The bathroom wasn't fit for purpose. It was very small with a pull out/ collapsible shower cabinet. The shower head would not stay in it's holder, making having a wash very difficult. The whole room needs modernising.

Perfect for a few nights while on a budget.

Very close to the center, easy check in (contactless) and easy check out. Room was very good on the value for money scale.

I would have preferred a later check out time to be honest. 11:00 would seem more appropriate.

Cute place to stay.

Nice property, the host was excellent with communication and helping us book taxis, room was cute and clean. The breakfast area was nice and there was a big selection of options.

Bathroom was a bit small, there's no fridge to store snacks, and the sound carried, but nothing major, it was a nice property.
