It had a lift and a spacious room. The bed was comfortable and we liked the breakfast. The hotel was well situated to access restaurants, shops and historical buildings
The room we stayed in was very basic and in need of refurbishing. There was mould between the tiles in the shower and there was a lot of noise coming from the neighbouring streets until quite late at night.

Les espaces communs de la réception sont vintage et élégants.
Notre chambre était peu spacieuse, d'un mobilier sombre et vielllot. On aurait apprécié thé et café dans la chambre.

Breakfast was excellent
Shower dated, but clean

Pretty much everything - a better room and service than we have had at every four star we have stayed at this trip
A bit stiff in terms of presentation and demeanour, but that’s a fairly minor thing!

It was cute. Its right in the old town.
It needs updating, the bathrooms and bedroom furniture particularly.

Pleasant, classic style, centrally located hotel. Walking distance to main city attractions.
Nothing particular to mention.

The location was magnificent. Rooms were comfortable
No fridge in rooms made it difficult on a hot night to have a cold water on hand

The only downside was that the car parking was about 15min walk away

A pleasant little hotel with a good value, comfortable room with efficient bathroom. Location is excellent for the city centre and restaurants. However, see comment below about noise. Breakfast is good but also see comment below about the busy times.
These are only minor niggles: because of the hotel's excellent city centre location, it is also surrounded by bars and restaurants. At weekends particularly, they attract noisy crowds Unfortunately, they can be also be heard in the bedroom and their enjoyment is shared until very late. The breakfast room is small and can get crowded easily so choose breakfast time!

fantastic location. nice well appointed bathroom. nice, helpful staff. cute public decor, handy that there’s an extra bathroom on the floor for guests. The room had an AC unit and a TV. we enjoyed watching Italian TV. they held our luggage for a couple hours on our last day. we got the room for 4 and it worked out well. room had a desk and closets with hangers.
the AC didn’t work that great so we ended up opening the windows. if it’s super hot you may notice it. there might be noise outside at night but that’s the cost of the location. they put out espresso but only at night and remove it at 7 am.

Staff were friendly. The room was clean. In a central location.
Air conditioning did not work, wifi was terrible and kept dropping out and the shower didn't drain properly. Out- dated decor. Breakfast very minimal. In a central location that gets very noisy on the weekend.

I liked that there were several options for breakfast, from fruit to briosce.
Location is ideal because is really in the center of the city and not too noisy.
It is ideal for families, has a beautiful playing area, it was difficult to take the kids out of the hotel :D

The staff could not do enough for us. We explained our flight was delayed and the hotel Whatsapped us to say no problem they would have someone at reception to check us in. We were in Italy for a sports tournament. On one of our days we needed to leave the hotel by 7:00 a.m., breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. our lovely receptionist Valentina had the kitchen staff make up a box of pastries and sandwiches to go. Which they didn't have to. It was just all the little touches the hotel did that made our stay amazing. On the first night our room was above a busy street, we asked if it was no trouble could we move rooms. Valentina also accommodated this, nothing was too much trouble for her. Hotel button always puts the needs of the guest first to ensure you're comfortable, whether it's recommending somewhere locals eat, to helping you find a taxi. I honestly can't praise them enough. We will definitely be back. The hotel was spotless. The beds are really comfortable. The room is equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious. Cold meats and cheeses, fresh croissants filled with a variety of pistachio paste, creme patisserie or chocolate. They cater for all dietary requirements. It is definitely worth a stay when visiting Parma.

Very convenient location in the middle of Parma. About 15 minutes walking from the train station or you can either take a bus that will leave you less than 1 block away.
The breakfast is really really nice with lots of "parmigiano" and "prosciutto di parma".
The building is a bit old, but overall we had a good experience.

Great location
Reception staff friendly and helpful
No recycling in the rooms.
Breakfast staff could have been much more cheerful. The little plastic cups with portions of cereal and cereal toppings was very wasteful!!
