Senza ascensore è dura!!!!

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Doccia e bagno spaziosi. Ambiente ben ristrutturato.

Purtroppo sono stata collocata nella stanza Reggia al terzo piano e senza ascensore ho dovuto fare tre piani di scale ingombra di tutti i bagagli e questo è stato molto faticoso x me. Non sono stata avvertita che ero stata collocata al terzo piano e soprattutto che l'ascensore non c'era. Purtroppo quando ho cercato aiuto x i bagagli nessuno mi ha risposto al telefono.

Schönes modernes Zimmer in sehr zentraler Lage.

Es war sauber. Auf Anfragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Wir konnten eher ins Zimmer, als ursprünglich angegeben wurde. Es gibt in der Nähe sehr gute kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Zinner liegt sehr zentral und man braucht nur wenige Gehminuten bis in das Zentrum.

Klimaanlage hat nur bis auf 26°C gekühlt. Da wir eine Dachgeschosswohnung hatten war es sehr stickig und wir konnten auch nur schlecht lüften. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns schnell geholfen, das Problem konnte aber nicht behoben werden.

Ok for a brief stopover.

The location was in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Access to an outdoor shared garden area Nice that the windows open for fresh air

Our room on the ground floor had stairs to the next apartment which was occupied- it sounded like they were sharing the room with us - very close and can hear everything they were doing. You could charge more and sell the two units as one (living room downstairs and bedroom upstairs) for more comfort. Room was very small, bed was small and pillows in poor condition.

Rundum Paket perfekt

Die Struktur ist mit Self-Check-in bestattet. Wir wurden frühzeitig und detailliert über die Formalitäten informiert, sehr professionell. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet und die Dusche bodeneben und modern, sehr schön. Francesca hat uns für das Abendessen die zur Struktur gehörende Bar-Lounge-Restaurant ‘Dolcevita’ empfohlen, mit sehr guter und traditioneller und innovativer Küche aus Parma. Auch das Servicepersonal war sehr zuvorkommend. Empfehlen wir sehr. Nicht zuletzt hat uns Francesca persönlich begrüsst und bedankt. Fanden wir auch noch eine schöne Geste. Rundum hat uns alles gefallen und die Gastgeberin Francesca war sehr professionell. Weiter so.

La struttura si trova in una zona molto comoda e tranquilla. È facile raggiungere il centro a piedi da lì ed è comunque una zona viva anche di sera tarda. La parte più bella della stanza è il bagno ma attenzione a specificare che siete una coppia o comunque che non ve ne frega perché la doccia è completamente trasparente ed "affaccia" sulla stanza. Non ci sono tende per coprire i vetri, quindi dalla stanza si vede tutto.

La stanza che ci è stata data, la Reggia, ha un soffitto che diventa sempre più basso ed è facile (e quindi non normale) andarci a sbattere con la testa. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. C'erano diverse macchie non ben identificate sul pavimento e sulle lenzuola.

La posizione e la pulizia della struttura. Segno di attenzione: acqua in frigo sia naturale che gassata a disposizione.

Considerato che non c'è reception consiglierei una lettera di benvenuto con qualche consiglio utile per il cliente (anche in relazione alla Ztl)

Perfektes Kleines Appartement für den Städtetrip

Tolle Lage im Herzen von Parma in sehr gepflegter Nachbarschaft und Ruhig gelegen. Alles super Sauber. Sehr Schöner Garten mit Terrasse. Moderne und hochwertige Ausstattung. Unkomplizierter Check in.

Das Apartment Il Theatro war etwas kleiner als anhand der Fotos erwartet. Kaum Platz die Jacken anzuhängen.

Wirklich nur zum Übernachten und nicht auch zum kurzen Ausruhen bei der Stadtbesichtigung.

Automatischer Check-in klappt gut, ist aber auch unpersönlich und anonym. Lage am Rand des Zentrums ist okay, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt. Mit dem Zug auf der gegenüberliegenden Stadtseite vom Bahnhof.

Steiles und enges Treppenhaus. Schwierig, wenn man mit grösserem Gepäck unterwegs ist und für ältere Personen. Kein Lift vorhanden. Wir haben uns auf das Zimmer im 3. Stock und die entspr. Aussicht gefreut. Es hat sich dann jedoch gezeigt, dass das Zimmer im hohen Dachstock war. Nur 2 ganz kleine Fensterschlitze auf Kniehöhe und 3 kleine Dachfenster auf mind. 3 Meter Höhe., also null Aussicht. Wobei das tiefst gelegene Dachfenster kaputt war und nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Da die Fenster verdreckt waren, keine Chance das Wetter zu bestimmen. Zudem war der Akku der Fensterfernbedienung leer. Mit eigenen USB-Mini konnten wir wenigstens 2 Fenster zum Lüften öffnen. Wir fühlten uns wie in einem Gefängnis zumal das Zimmer übermöbliert war. Wir buchten einen Raum für 2 Personen, es stand dann noch ein 3 Bett darin rum. Für die Kaffeemaschine lagen 2 Kaffeekapseln bereit. Wir waren zu 2. und für 2 Nächte dort. Also entweder täglich einen Kaffee teilen oder nur an einem Morgen Kaffeetrinken. Keine Infos über die Stadt (Flyer, Karte etc.) vorhanden, kein Personal, das man fragen könnte anwesend.

Nice apartment room. Bed was comfortable. Was pretty easy to check in and check out. Good location - only around 10 minutes from the centre.

Bathroom, in particular the shower, was very strange with see through glass and a raised platform. Definitely one of the strangest bathroom lay-outs I have come across. Lots of stairs so ask for a ground floor room if you have any mobility issues.

After a good clean, this is a great place to stay to visit Parme.

Ideal location only a few minutes walk into the historic district. Quiet side street just off main access road. Big room with great facilities. Easy but safe self check in and out. Comfortable beds. Good communication with host.

It wasn’t clean. More attention to the cleaning is required. There is no parking and you cannot even park temporarily outside the building to drop luggage, however there are parking spaces on adjacent street 1€50 per hour

Lovely stay close to city center.

Lovely appartment / room that we got in Parma. 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Nothing we‘ve missed for our one night stay.

Nothing to complain but some tips/mentions. May check the bed, as it makes some squeaky noises when turning around at night. May check for a water block / water proof for the shower, as if you open water sometimes it splashes around the bathroom were no drain was built in. Just a tip, if you have customers that dont care much.

Great location with only a short 5 mins walk to the centre. Not many apartments were occupied when we were there,so the place was quiet. I loved the early morning birdsong and church bells to wake to. Lovely place.
