Absolutely beautiful vacation home with upscale furnishings throughout! Giant wraparound porch complete with comfy furniture and central air conditioning (Two zones). The kitchen is a chef's dream, unless you prefer walking into town for dinner at your favorite downtown Chatham bistro. The new bike trail is just up the road and Oyster Pond Beach is 1/10 mile walk and includes amenities for the kids. Wrap Around Porch with outside eating area, sun area & backyard deck. Professional landscaping with seashell driveway, two walkways and flowers/plant and bushes. Excellent location! Walkable sidewalks to Downtown Chatham, Oyster Pond as well as Chatham Market & CVS for any last minute provisions. The home is very spacious, you could easily stay with multiple families. We enjoyed the private backyard & making s'mores around the fire pit.

It was a wonderful get together with all three of our kids, plus the three grandkids. We visited other family who have houses in Chatham, and hosted one night of festivities. The house has a wonderful kitchen fully equipped and the bedrooms were great. Could have used a little more living room, but everyone had a great time!

The home is very spacious and set up well for a family vacation of 8 adults. The location is perfect walking distance to a market, downtown area shops/restaurants and a small beach at oyster pond. Only downside was we had 2 small children with us that were playing on the floor in the kitchen and living areas which was very visibly dirty. Otherwise, all amenities were great.

This was the perfect stay for our 2 families (4 kids and 4 adults). We explored Chatham, then had several day trips to Provincetown for whale watching, Boston for all the touristy things, Salem for a history and haunting tour, and ferried to Nantucket to ride bikes to a beach and brewery. It was a busy week! The house was well equipped, clean, and we really loved being able to walk to the grocery store, cvs, the adorable Main Street of Chatham, and Oyster Pond beach for sunsets. The owners were quick to respond. We loved our week in Cape Cod. Thank you!

This was a wonderful property and location in Chatham. The downtown was right around the corner. There are amazing restaurants everywhere. The property had plenty of room, a great wrap around porch and fire pit in the backyard. Our family loved our stay and will book again.

My five friends and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at your beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect, we could not have chosen better. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The outside deck and other areas were beautiful. We all enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time exploring the area. Lighthouses, wine tasting and restaurants kept us busy! Lots of laughs and lots of photos to create memories to last a lifetime!
The listing complete with photos was true and the actual house was better than expected when we arrived. The kitchen was amazing and the beds were all very comfortable.
We would certainly book this house again. It was an exceptional weekend! Thank you both very much for allowing us to stay at your property!

It was very easy to work with and communicate with owners. House is set up well for a large family with plentiful bedrooms and separation between bedrooms and living areas. Walkable to town, grocery store and pond. Very quiet. An enjoyable stay.

A Great Cape Getaway
Cannot say enough good things about this property & the owners- super accessible, lots of great space to relax in, amenities were fantastic, and the location near downtown Chatham and the water couldn't be beat. We spent three nights here in the offseason for a much needed break and would definitely go back!

Family wedding on the Cape
We were very pleased with this property! There was plenty of room for the six of us attending a family wedding. The house was very attractive and comfortable and conveniently located to the town and beaches. It also worked well to visit with other family members the day after the wedding. Much better than staying in a hotel! We highly recommend this property to others!

Fall Wedding
We stayed at this site for a family wedding. The house was comfortable and clean and close to downtown Chatham. It is on a semi busy part of Queen Ann Road but you can safely walk to town.
We were 6 adults and 1 infant in our party. I would stay there again.

Fun, Family Weekend Getaway
The property was exactly as described in the literature. With six adults and 2 children, ages 2+ and 5, the property was perfect. The open kitchen, eating and sitting areas were ideal for everyone to gather and interact without feeling cramped. In addition, the location was ideal. The beach, the town, walking and biking trails were nearby, in addition to there being restaurants, a variety store and CVS close by.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

More than met expectations
Family members are still talking about our reunion at the Cape--which more than met our expectations! We chose the house because of its convenient location to beaches, park, ballfield, restaurants, and shopping (Chatham Main Street's bookstores, restaurants, clothing/gift shops, as well as emergency errands for diapers, vinegar, etc.). The house was lovely--well-equipped, clean and comfortable, . Communication with the Graingers was also prompt and polite. Definitely would return.

fantastic experience
It is a very nice, clean and well maintained house - there is everything inside to spend a few nice days in Chatham, Cape Cod, MA. The rooms are well distributed, a lot of natural light, a large well equipped kitchen. there is enough space to move around - maximum is 10 people.
It is located close to a little shopping area ( walking distance!) with a CVS and a market store also selling wine :) - very convenient -

Lovely Chatham Home
This is the second time that we stayed at this home for a girls weekend in October ... it is a lovely home and in a perfect location so close to town that we could walk. Plenty of bedrooms and outdoor space, but a small inside living space to relax ... but we made do.
Only downside was that I think the humidity got the better of the home and retained all the moisture as the home had a very strong musty smell ... one we opened all the windows it seemed to disappear, but anytime we went out and came back in, it was there again. Maybe (hopefully) just a faulty dehumidifier!!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for all
This beautiful has large rooms and several group areas for all activities. Since the weather was a little cool when we were there, we enjoyed our morning coffee in the cozy sun room just off the kitchen. In warmer weather, the house has an inviting wrap-around porch with a sitting area and a table for eating or family fun. The fully furnished kitchen is large with beautiful décor and all the latest appliances.
We were on a girls' getaway and found the location to be very convenient for enjoying the shops and restaurants of downtown Chatham and accessing the highways to explore other parts of the peninsula. There is a grocery and pharmacy a block away, perfect for stocking the refrigerator when arriving.
The owners, David and Evelyn, were very gracious and attentive to our every need and question. We highly recommend this house for your holiday home in Chatham.

Best Easter Vacation in this charming home in the middle of everything!
Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable we walked almost every where we went. My family all agreed we would do this again. Even the weather was beautiful. David and Evelyn have a comfortable and beautiful home.

Awesome place
We loved everything about this home. It was conveniently located close to the center of town and the house had such a cozy feeling it made you feel right at home.
Evelyn and David also made it super easy to communicate with. They answered all of my questions right from the get go up until we checked out.

The location was perfect for us ..we could walk to town ...we didn't cook a thing ( despite the fully equipped kitchen ) because there were too many great restaurants around for breakfast , lunch and dinner.. a true vacation ! the house itself was spotless and welcoming .

beautiful place, perfect location, fabulous owners
we love staying in chatham, and this house did not disappoint! there were 7 adults and 3 children, and we all had a wonderful time at this gorgeous property (our first time at this house). well stocked, beautiful kitchen with a great stove and two sinks! fabulous bose speakers, DirectTV on the main level and downstairs. bedrooms were cute and tidy, well decorated. upstairs bathroom had an amazing tub which everyone loved. the porches were bright and airy, and each had different characteristics which allowed us each to have our favorite one. also, it is in a perfect location so close to kid-friendly oyster pond beach, local theater, a park for the kids, CVS and downtown (all walkable)! the street it is on is a little busy, especially since there is no sidewalk on this side of the street, but once you cross it is AOK to walk into town (and people are very polite at stopping to let you cross). evelyn and david are VERY responsive, polite and professional. you will enjoy staying at this place! reserve your spot before it is all booked up!

A wonderful stay in beautiful Chatham, MA!
My wife and I, along with 3 grown adult children and 5 grandchildren (ages 4 to 8) just got back from a week long stay at the Queen Anne Road property in beautiful Chatham. The purpose of our visit was to attend my son's wedding at Chatham Bars Inn. The home is located in a very convenient location; well within walking distance of any place you might want to go to while in Chatham (shops, restaurants, groceries, etc.). As for the home itself, we have rented homes in many other destination locations and I must say this is the best we have rented in terms of being well stocked, having just about everything you might need for a week's stay (including some bicycles, beach toys, cooler, plenty of glassware/plates, cleaning supplies, etc.). Finally, I cannot say enough about the owners of this home, David and Evelyn. They are absolutely the best in terms of dealing with and responding to whatever question you might have. Most times, my email questions received a response within minutes of my sending them! As for dining recommendations while in Chatham, I would highly recommend both the Del Mar and the Impudent Oyster.
