Especial noche de San Juan

La ubicación, cerca del hotel teníamos la cala del Capellans, aguas cristalinas y bonito paisaje, la habitación con terraza, mini bar con tres bebidas de cortesía, piscina confortable, Bar con billares y zona llena de ambiente y comercios, en general estancia grata.

Las camas, pequeñas y no muy cómodas, el buffet un poco flojo.

La ubicación. Lo tranquilo que se estaba en la piscina. Las habitaciones. Creo que todo me gustó.

La poca luz del lavabo. Las almohadas. Tendría que haber un intermedio en almohadas, ni muy dura, ni muy blanda.

It was nice and we had a nice time.

Clean and super nice rooms! Big beds and spacious shower.

The WiFi does not work at all and there was nothing to do about it so I had to pay for a mobile data card from a phone company to be able to have internet connection.

La musique de dingue par un jeune animateur ne tenant pas compte des vacanciers malgré nos demandes de baisser le son !! Donc pas de repos possible autour de la piscine !!!!!

Not worth it, you can find better at Salou

Position and big beds

The staff was not particularly welcoming. When we requested a parking spot, they initially claimed it was full. After some negotiation, they eventually provided one. We were charged 15 euros per night for parking, but the parking gate wouldn't open due to a malfunctioning sensor. We informed the reception, but they showed little concern. We received a new card and recorded evidence of the gate not opening. Upon returning to the reception, they insisted it was working for others and couldn't assist further. The hotel meals are terrible. We opted for the breakfast package, but we couldn't find anything edible. Everything is processed and tasteless. I almost had food poisoning because of the eggs. We ended up eating only yogurt and fruits. The hotel was overbooked, with a crowded pool area filled with many children and guests. We paid nearly 700 euros for a four-night stay, but it didn't seem justified, even for a four-star hotel.

Great value and a comfy room

Very friendly and accommodating reception staff. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Aircon worked well. The hotel was quiet at night. Didn't try the pool but it looked lovely.

The buffet restaurant was ok but the selection of food was a bit limited. I think you would get bored pretty quickly! But for what they charge on top of the room rate it's good value. I think If I was staying for more than 2 nights I would just get room only and try out some of the many restaurants nearby.

Pleasant holiday at a reasonable price

The staff were both friendly and helpful The food was excellent. There was plenty of choice at all meals and bothe the quantity and quality were great.

There was very little space around the pool and the sun loungers were all booked early in the day The bedrooms were also small but this was probably because they contained two double beds.

Bad air conditioning, the beds were really hard, the pool is super small, bad music in the common areas. You have to pay €20 deposit to use the iron

Parking was misleading and bad. Food was substandard. Pool was small. Only positive was location.

Rooms were clean and location was central, easy to walk anywhere.

They mislead in the booking about parking availability. They have only few parking spots in their garage and naturally full. Finding parking is nearly impossible in that town, and reception was not helpful at all. They said "go find parking on the street or wherever" despite I had written in notes in my booking that I need parking when I arrived.

Don't bother

The range of stodgy, luke warm food in the buffet was impressive and often it seemed like the left overs from dinner were put out for breakfast. The pool was good small kids but so many other people it definitely wasn't relaxing!

This place felt like I was in a dystopian storyline of human farm animals packed amongst hundreds of others at the feeding trough. I know it's a privilege to come from a sparsely populated country but I don't understand how this is a holiday for anyone. Besides this the Aircon didn't work. There was blood on the stairway. There was nowhere to park within 10 min walk despite requesting onsite parking days earlier and most of the staff at the counter were just really rude.

Pleasant enough, but simple improvements could be made.

There was good a variety of food available at breakfast. The room was clean and A/C worked well to keep it cool.

There were queues to check-in and check-out and it took a long time for reception staff to manage each person’s enquiry. The pool opening times were too restricted - we had hoped to use the pool in the mornings before going out for the day but it didn’t open until 10am. We had a few issues with ordering drinks at the bar - it was rectified but this took time out of our evening.
