L'hotel très bien situé à Rome, l'accueil et le personnel de l'hotel très aimable et compétent, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la chambre située dans l'annexe de l'hotel car nous sommes restés 7 jours .

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. The location could not have been better. A Taxi stand was directly outside the door! Located right at the Top of the Spanish steps and several great restaurants just outside the door. The room was quiet with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom.
I booked this room because there were 4 of us: me, my partner and my elderly mother and her sister. I could be wrong but I believe it indicated '2 interconnected bedrooms'. The second bedroom was not really a bedroom at all and definitely not a setup that allowed four adults to be comfortable. The 2nd 'room' was not much more than two beds set up in a very small space just inside the door and absolutely zero privacy. Much more appropriate for 2 adults and two children... not 4 adults. I had to scramble to find a different place for my mother. Other than that, everything was just fine and I would stay here again.

O café da manhã era ótimo e com funcionários simpáticos e solícitos, inclusive tem uma funcionária brasileira no café, super gentil.
Sem reclamações.

Location is perfect and it is fantastically clean and comfortable
There’s no real lobby per se, and though it is fresh, breakfast is just okay. This is overcome by a beautiful breakfast space and excellent and attentive staff.

Stayed here on 2 separate occasions. The first stay was in a building located on the bottom of the Spanish Steps opposite Valentino. The room was excellent with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the square below. Up one flight of stairs however there was a lift available. 2 restaurants directly outside the main door and easy walking to everything except the Breakfast Room which was about 100 steps up. Exhausting trying to get there although I did find out later, they will deliver to the room. Second stay was on the top of the Spanish Steps in a building next to reception.. (Not in the same building as Reception) The View was very good looking out over Rome although the room was a basic room with a stupid step right in the middle of the room. Very dangerous. There was also a lift in this building. Breakfast was no problem here as it was an easy 5 minute walk or less and hardly any steps.
Breakfast was a lovely room with a nice view and food for all requirements. The staff at Breakfast were lovely.
Preference without a doubt was the first room and would have no hesitation in booking there again however would never try to climb all those steps again for breakfast. Delivery for me
The Steps to get to the Breakfast Room if staying on the lower lever building.

Breakfast was amazing! (& the bacon was actually crispy, just how I like it! 😀 ) The location can't be beat & the room was lovely. All staff very pleasant especially Riccardo & the breakfast lady (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name). We stayed 6 nights.
Nothing.

Great location. Staff was great. Breakfast was good.
Our room was quite loud all day as well as into the night and early morning hours as it faced the street. We slept ok but a light sleeper would have issues.

I really liked the location of this hotel. It is just a stone's throw away from the Spanish Steps and the fountain of Trevi is just a few minutes walk . The shops are down below so close at Via Condotti, a well known shopping street. Everything about the location is just perfect. Shopping and dining and sightseeing is just within reach. most perfect location for a tourist in Rome. Its very clean and cozy. Even with the renaissance interior of the hotel, it still has a nice and vibrant feel since it was well maintained and the furnishings are not worn. Also they have a nice cozy breakfast area where it gives one a pleasure to dine. Its a small hotel but i really love it.
Well, its just that there was no door to separate the 2 bedroom suite we stayed in. Ideally the room is for a family of 4, mom dad and 2 kids... or maybe friends traveling together. But for couples who wants privacy better get 2 different room with its own toilet.:)
