Bastante bueno en general

La cena estuvo muy bien, platos buenos, y el desayuno muy rico, no mucha cantidad de comida, pero de buena calidad.

La habitación estaba un poco sucia y el mobiliario descuidado, quizás no llega a ser un 4 estrellas.

Mon mari et moi nous avons apprécie la chambre qui était spacieuse et confortable.

Il y avait des lampadaires qui se trouvait en face des baies vitrées cela m’a beaucoup gêné pour dormir. la carte pour le repas du soir n’était pas assez variés.

TB emplacement pour shopping et TB petit déj , près Caldea mais parking difficile

bonne situation au centre d’escaldes et des rues commerçantes , tres proche Caldea , grande chambre pour 3 avec 2 salle bain chambre parentale et petite chambre 2 lits superposés avec sa salle d’eau , frigo et petit salon , Tres bon petit déjeuner sucré ou salé très copieux en forme buffet avec large choix 10/10

Séjour de 2 nuits avec aucune vue juste sur mur et impasse mais bon c’est Andorre on ne reste pas dans la chambre on y dort juste on ouvre pas les rideaux . Parking réservé ( 20€ par jour ) mais impossible d’acces si gros véhicule donc parking extérieur à trouver et à garer ( trop cher 32 € par jour ! ) mais pas le choix . Lumiére de chevet en panne ,pas de brosse toilette signalées mais non remplacées , la partie 2 lits est placée à l’entrée et la nuit beaucoup de bruit avec les clients non respectueux des gens qui dorment .

La habitación muy amplia para 4 personas, con cama doble, 2 literas y 2 baños.

Plazas de aparcamiento justas para los coches de hoy en día y sin control de acceso. La plaza de aparcamiento que teníamos asignada y pagada la ocupó sin permiso otra persona, y al exponer nuestro malestar por esa situación, una de las chicas de recepción se mostró altiva. La única alternativa fue o quedarnos con otra plaza de peores características o que nos buscaremos otro sitio fuera en la calle.

Excelente ubicacion para ir de compras, habitaciones muy amplias, camas comodisimas y un trato al cliente fabuloso, me he alojado varias ocaciones en el y a cual mejor

Good but rough around the edges

Very clean and good comfortable bed

Wi-Fi spotty. Shower randomly changes temperature to extremely hot for several seconds. Gym was not available.

Good place to stay, particularly for the price

Hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean. The room we had was huge, the bed was nice, the bedroom in general was very nicely laid out and the storage space was good. Place was great value for money.

We couldn't get Netflix or any streaming service to work on the TV. The bathroom was reasonable, but not as nicely done out as the bedroom.

Easy access to all the duty free products you want!

Good location, easy parking (for a SMALL car) in the basement. Cost 20 Euros per night.

The people kept telling us that they had put on the A/C (25C in the room) but it never changed. Never even felt a fan in action. Very uncomfortable. They did change our room to a huge suite but it was just as warm. The hotel also accepts huge groups - they flooded the whole hotel.

Excellent Location in Andorra

The location is fantastic - near the main city walkway where you can easily find lots of shops and restaurants. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a large family room that was fantastic. The bed is comfortable. The A/C works well. The showers have hot water with plenty of pressure. The WiFi works well. And the price is excellent as long as you avoid the busy seasons (in August and around the winter holidays).

Parking is expensive with tight places, but that is normal given the location. On a weekday outside the busy season, there is no issue finding a parking spot.

Una habitación muy amplia y cómoda.

Lo escogimos por estar ubicado de paso para ver la Cabalgata de los Reyes Magos, que ya hace unos años que viajamos a Andorra porque nos gusta. Habitualmente íbamos a otro hotel pero casi duplicó su precio, así que escogimos este por su ubicación y precio pero a la aventura. Nos hemos llevado una muy buena sorpresa, porque la habitación era muy grande, con una buena litera y todo fenomenal. El personal muy atento y simpático. El año que viene volveremos a este mismo hotel y por supuesto que no volveremos al que habitualmente visitábamos.

En una noche no dio tiempo a observar nada negativo. Por mencionar algo, llegamos por la tarde y nos fuimos a primera hora de la mañana y tuvimos que pagar 20 euros de parquing, quizás excesivo para tan poco tiempo.

Genial. Molt bona relació qualitat-preu.

Genial. L'habitació familiar és una passada, amb les habitacions separades amb el seu propi lavabo. Estava tot molt net i amb la calefacció a tope.

No els culpo, però el parquing és una mica estret i s'ha de fer unes quantes maniobres per entrar amb places petites.

A very pleasant city hotel.

Great breakfast and spacious rooms (two bath rooms in the family room!).

The parking garage is exceptionally small, it takes some serious skills to get in and out with a larger car (but we managed to do so 3 times without damage).

Good location, Reception staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast - donuts and honey were a fine addition for the kids, although vegetables are missing (but that was to be expected - a regional problem) Parking is very difficult for large vehicles (it is recommended to park in a public parking lot close to the hotel).

Lovely hotel

Very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The family room was big, comfortable, and clean, location central. Really good restaurant. The only negative thing was that the parking was full and we had a bit of difficulty finding parking in the town.
