A good location to explore some of the towns of Apuglia

Beaut stay in beaut town - no frills

The comms pre visit via WhatsApp was great and the staff were very helpful

Nice big hotel close to the center. We had free parking and big rom. Breakfast was nice with selfservice and served.

Staffs were nice and location is good

Not like a 4star hotel. Very old and you don’t even have coffee/tea/kettle in room. Breakfast is bad. Omelette is not included.

Worst stay ever for past 3 years in Italy

Parking

Bad quality room in poor condition not even cleaned well. Upon arrival we were requested by reception to provide our IDs for check in as per standard however after the reception guy checked us in he didnt give our IDs back and instead he kept them. On next day we had a morning breakfast and the reception shift was different and they didnt gave us the IDs too. After breakfast we packs our bags, check out at reception, paid in full (150 euro for a night stay which by the way is expensive compared to the poor room quality and service overall) after which we were told goodbye and that was it. Later that night we arrrived at new location and when we tried to check in noticed our IDs were never given back to us. I called the hotel reception and after 10 minutes call in which the reception could not even understand english the whole time told me "IDs here come get them" . I asked the receptionist from my new accommodation to call back and speak in italian language so we could coordinate and he was told if we dont get our IDs TODAY they will send them to police??? So we had to drive back 2 hours (around 200 kilometers for which i have to pay gasoline price as well by the way) right after i drove those 200 kilometers and i needed rest which was denied because of the issue. We were at Auberobello the whole day of which time we were NEVER EVER contacted by phone or chat by the reception at Olimpo to tell us our IDs are there instead they tell me they will give my IDs to police without even trying to reach me over the phone?? What kind of nonsense is that really. We have been around a lot and i have never ever had that bad of a service. When picking up the IDs there was not even an apology by them!!!

Lovely visit. Will definitely come back!

It was a very nice place, staff were extremely nice. Delicious breakfast and walk distance to the center. Highly recommend it!

Bed a little hard. And winter time very cold.

Awesome Alberobello

Exceptionally friendly staff. Nicely positioned for the Trulli and the breakfast, well we never finished one of the offered treats and not because of taste…..too much!

Comfortable, clean, friendly service and delicious breakfast!

The location was great - close enough to the town centre but quiet and great views nearby! The room was a perfect size for us and our baby, and bathroom was lovely and clean. Very beautifully decorated too! Breakfast had a great variety too.

Excellent location for the old town and good staff

The reception staff were excellent and spoke very good English. The breakfast was good but fairly basic really. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to visit the old town.

We had three rooms booked and we found one of the rooms had not been cleaned. So two of our group had to move to a temporary room while the cleaning was carried out. This was done very quickly so we were not inconvenienced too much and the reception staff dealt with the problem very well and were apologetic.

Unloadibg of heavy luggage not asapted if you cannot park in the internal parking. Airconditionning cannot be adapted to avoid noise

Great location and parking, clean, like a basic conference room in the US.

It was easy to find, reminded us of a nice conference hotel. The little view on the balcony was nice, and it was totally like 10 min from the center of town.

The staff could have been a little more friendly, seemed a little bothered that we would have questions. The hotel should have a better map, and the staff should mark where we would go for the local sites. The bed seemed old, like it should be upgraded (worn). I found it weird that when my husband took the key to go downstairs, not only were the lights and all electricity shut off, but so was the water (sink, toilet)...so definitely get 2 keys for the room.

Exceptional staff, perfectly clean, delightful breakfast and vg parking. Hotel location is v good.

The bedroom was too minimalistic and could have offered some more toiletries and coffee making facilities as is normal I a four star hotel.
