Breakfast was a Plentiful Buffet nothing exceptional
Location was very convenient
Room was spacious and bathroom was large
breakfast would have preferred more fresh fruits
Room needed a bar fridge
4.1
Great location for museums and a short walk to the Underground: Central London only 10 minutes away.
Nothing I can think of.

The location was perfect, we were going to a shot at Royal Albert hall and my husband left his glasses in the hotel room. The location meant I could go fetch them before the show started.
The air conditioning units need modernising- they were very loud meaning we had to turn off, then there was a loud noise every few minutes so had to get maintenance. It was turned off completely meaning it was very warm and stuffy in the room. Would have expected better coffee brand in the room for the price (Nescafé isn’t a nice brand).
Was under the impression that the pool facilities were included in the price but they were not.

Location
Very rude concierge on checkout. Scott was very rude & racist.

Great location - comfy rooms/ beds and fantastic breakfast!
The additional costs for an hour later check out were very expensive £60.00 for an hour!
House keeping knocked on my door at 8am to ask when I would be checking out - woke me up on my only day off work in months. It is usual for other hotels to knock only (if) the check out time has passed. I did not ask for a wake up call.

Excellent hotel in brilliant location.
Room and service excellent.

Helpful staff. Lovely room. Good food.
Pity there isn’t a ramp at the front as I use a rollator.

Location. Loved the pillows and comfy bed.
Hotel was quiet and peaceful.
Lovely and clean. Room service food was delicious. Concierge was super helpful.
Limited breakfast offering. Would have liked the option of nuts and seeds. Scrambled eggs were strange consistency.
Had to ask staff not to argue publicly and loudly at breakfast.

Excellent location. Classy and well-maintained hotel interior. Beautifully refurbished room with a balcony. Courteous and professional staff. Good breakfast.
We had to reset our card keys on 2 different days.
Would be nice to have a proper cheese selection platter, rather than individually wrapped cheese portions (and reduce on plastic waste).

Location
Room we booked we told we paid for the night and called to inform them we would be arriving in morning. They had someone stay in our room, which we paid for, and needed room ready but it needed to be cleaned upon our arrival. If we paid for the room for that night before, why would they need to clean it?

Location to transport and the Breakfast was plentiful
I was charged three times on my credit card for my accommodation, however was sorted out to my satisfaction in the end - Sharon Coles sorted out the issues and was very supported and helpful.

The location, the facilities and the breakfast included in the price. The staff was very kind.
The room was nice but located at the first floor without any view at the back of the hotel.

great location, large reception and lounge area with lovely restaurant area for breakfast.
the keycards for rooms repeatedly not working. they are extremely sensitive and even keeping them away from mobile phones still deactivated numerous times. a known issue and one that really needs to be reviewed and resolved. the only down side to a great hotel.

Location was fantastic. Room and bed were comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Everything was a very large extra charge - laundry and pool use. The hotel lost all water use for an entire evening and there was little communication about it and no offers for compensation.

The location was perfect, near the underground and the museums. Our room faced the road but was surprisingly quiet. It was my 50th my mums 70th and on arrival there were balloons in the room.
I have coeliac disease and the staff were informed and very helpful around my dietary requirements. Fantastic hotel would highly recommend.

The Bed was very uncomfortable, and the room a little dated needing a refresher. but did not detract too much from our 1 night stay.
