Erittäin ystävällinen ja asiakasta huomioon ottava palvelu. Tuhannet kiitokset siitä, että saapuessani vastaanotossa asiaani kuunneltiin ja korjattiin "vahingossa tekemäni" virhe Booking.com:n kanssa. Olin tilannut yhden ylimääräisen huoneen, jota ei voinut enää peruuttaa, koska varaus oli tehty samana päivä. En tarvinnut maksaa ylimääräistä huonetta. Kiitos tästä!

Täydellinen viikonloppuloma hyvässä säässä ja tapahtumissa. Lepo hyvässä hotellihuoneessa.

Monipuolinen aamupala. Respan henkilökunnan ystävällisyys ja palvelu. Sijainti (koulutus Lapinlahden Lähteen tiloissa). Metro lähellä.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Die Lage an der U-Bahn ist gut. Die Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt ist minimal. Das Frühstück ist gut, das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist ausreichend. Das Zimmer war groß und angemessen eingerichtet.

Trifft der Gast vor 15.00 Uhr ein, wird ein Entgelt von 15,00 EUR erhoben, wenn er das bereits fertige Zimmer beziehen möchte.

Great hotel near the port.

The hotel's location is excellent, especially if you have to go to the ship the next morning. Breakfast deserves special attention - very good!

The hotel parking option is a bit strange. You can buy a parking spot for €25, but if you want to leave during the day and come back later, you are not guaranteed a place.

Beklentiyi karşılayan hotel.

Konumu güzeldi, metro ve tramvay yanıydı. Merkeze 2 durak uzaklıktaydı. Oda ve kahvaltı da güzeldi.

Kahvaltıda omlet yapmıyorlardı. Ortadaki yumurtadan alın dediler. Halbuki bu standartta hotelde isteyene ayrıca içeriğini kendimiz seçebileceğimiz omlet yapılmalıydı.

Er kon een bed bij op de kamer om af en toe onze kleinzoon te laten logeren bij ons. En hij mocht gratis mee-eten. Beneden is een leuke speelhoek voor kinderen. Er is zelfs een tafelvoetbal! Prachtig uitzicht (8e verdieping) met uitzicht op de zee en overkant. Mooi park vlakbij om te wandelen.

The nice feeling I felt when I enter the room. The bed, pillows are so comfy. The water pressure was good.

Loved it!

Staff was super friendly and facilities were clean. You had option to use gym and sauna every day, no additional costs. My room had a lovely view.

Rummet var tyst; mycket bra! Kunder var högljudda 02.30 men det är ju inte hotellets fel.

Saknade övergångsställen framför hotellet. Svårt veta hur det är tänkt att man ska röra sig då man är till fots.

Very nice hotel, great staff, comfortable rooms

The hotel was squeaky clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, very enthusiastic and general great service. The room was as advertised, beds were nice and comfortable and there were several pillows. A little kettle was nice to make our own tea! Very nice hotel, good value for money.

Brandlarm!

Fick bra betjäning på svenska när vi checka in av en manlig arbetare.

Då vi blev väckta av brand alarmet och fråga städerskan i korridoren vad det var fråga om svarade hon oartigt : en minä vaan tiedä, soitta respaan.. borde ha bättre skolning i hur man svarar i sådana fall. Och hotellet kunde åtminstone bjudit på frukost för att man blivit väckt, morgonen blev ju lite förstörd ..fast jo man Jan ju inte göra något åt det.

Очень понравилось, в следующее посещение наверняка выберу снова!

Номер предоставили согласно моему пожеланию - с ванной! Но плюсом к этому получил высокий этаж и, следовательно, прекрасный вид! Номер очень чистый и ухоженный! Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный, широкий выбор блюд, для всех предпочтений! Персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый, всегда готовый помочь, просто выше всяких похвал! Расположение очень удачное - в шаговой доступности станция метро, которая через 2 остановки доставит вас в центр! Есть трамваи, автобусы, а можно и пешком дойти за 20-25 минут до того же центра!! Так же напротив огромный супермаркет, с выбором всего, что только можно пожелать - от готовой еды, до иголок с нитками! Также хочу отметить комфорт - и в лобби отеля, и в ресторане, и в номере можно с удобством расположиться и пользоваться бесплатным, скоростным, хорошего качества интернетом!

Верхом желаний был бы бассейн, хотя бы небольшой! Ну и неплохо было бы, чтобы на рецепшене, были мелочи, иногда срочно потребовавшиеся постояльцу, к примеру, небольшой наборчик ниток с иголкой.

Kort weekje Helsinki

Goed ontbijt met veel keus. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima bedden. De locatie is op loopafstand van een metrostation en een paar bushaltes.

De incheckprocedure duurt veel te lang. Bovendien kun je alleen inchecken met je paspoort, ook als je uit een Schengen-land komt. Een rijbewijs bijvoorbeeld wordt niet geaccepteerd. Ook je partner moet zich identificeren met een paspoort. Van de paspoorten worden gegevens overgetikt in een systeem. Wat wordt er over getikt en wat gebeurt er met deze gegevens? Zijn deze gegevens niet door Booking.com aan het hotel verstrekt? Het verblijf is al betaald, maar toch moet een creditkaart worden gecontroleerd. Waarom en wat gebeurt daar mee? Vervolgens wordt er een formulier geprint, waar mijn gegevens wel op staan, maar van de partner niet. Die gegevens waren toch ook overgetikt in het systeem? Die gegevens moeten dan weer handmatig ingevuld worden. Dan eindelijk is de procedure afgerond. Als je net een vermoeiende trip achter de rug hebt dan is dat behoorlijk irritant. Deze procedure zorgt ook voor flinke wachtrijen merken we bij het in- of uitlopen van het hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here - good location, excellent breakfast

The hotel is in a good location, close to the bus and metro station (two stops away from the city center). The breakfast was excellent, with many food options. The room was big enough for two persons and it was very clean.

A minus was the A/C that functioned all the time on. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off

I was really impressed, a lot of small things, that you don't meet in other hotels.

Very comfortable and clean room, friendly staff at the reception, they changed my room for one big bed instead two beds without any please and request.

The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The shower and the bathrooms were 100%, the breakfast varied and tasty, and the pancakes were delicious, coffee, juices, salad, fruits, yoghurt, bread, eggs, pastries, etc.. and there is a tram stop and metro stop, and buses stop within 5 min. walking distance, less than 1 hour to reach the airport using public transport

Stay here, and you will love it. Lots of restaurant and food shopping nearby.

Breakfast was great, however same everyday. Wonderful staff and chef! The COFFEE WAS TERRIBLE. 🤪🙏🏻although i think the decision to use “whatever it was”, was beyond the chef, as they were offering decent coffee for 3.50 EURO……corporate upselling in a very hip hybrid hotel with great areas to meet and work in…loved that, i didnt use it this time, however, i am going back for a week stay in a week or so. Helsinki is wonderful. Rent a bike from Bicyclean and take the metro right to your hotel easy easy.

Coffee was really terrible.🥴. I wish the sauna wasopen in the morning. The sauna is REALLY GREAT!

Generally I like this hotel, staff and location are excellent.

I've stayed in this hotel before; it formerly used to have more services like a sewing set, slippers, earbuds, and stuff like that. I could not see any of them this time.

A late checkout that could be free for one hour is an excellent option, but unfortunately, you'll be charged equal to 10 Euros for every hour.
