Fantastic guest house

Fantastic location, very close to shops and gunnersbury park. Very friendly staff, willing to help with anything. Small but very cozy room with an ensuite. Perfect for what we were looking for.

At least there’s a roof

The location and the fact that they have 24hr check-in

The mattresses were very old, cheap, and not comfortable that I could feel the springs curving through my body The curtains are ugly The check in process is very complicated and time consuming. Also who charges extra for late checking-IN? Yes in. Also who still takes £50 deposit? That’s almost how much all items in the room worth, collectively!

Ok hotel with ensuite room (complete amenities with tv, toilet, shower) but ideal only for short stays or to sleep at ni

Close to tube (Elizabeth line) - however please note that station is on Zone 3 already and past the 1/2 zones, so there is an extra fare here. Accommodated our request for an early check in and late check out (with minimal fee); also allowed us to leave our luggages for free. Ensuite room and no one to share it with.

The floor space is quite cramped if with luggages. Bed could have been more softer and comforter more thicker.

Ótima localização e excelente atendimento. Vale o custo benefício.

Quarto limpo, próximo a vários supermercados e a estação de metrô! Excelente localização! Porém não era quente! Meu aquecedor não estava funcionando e tiveram que improvisar, mas resolveram meu problema rapidinho. O pessoal da recepção é super atencioso.

Very friendly staff member, 25 minute walk from work, everything clean, solid wifi, easy check-in and check-out.

There is a bit of wear and tear in the furniture and the bedding - but the most important thing is that it was all clean and good value for the area and time of year.

Great place.

The ower was superb, providing a fan when asked and helping with luggage. Location was v good - 10 min walk from Acton Mainline Elizabeth Line station. Several small supermarkets around.

No breakfast and not all rooms had a fan - essential for the temperature during our visit. Top rooms were hot.

Close to train station, spacious room, clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming

Outdated, room wasn’t ready on arrival. Fans didn’t work so room was very hot. 3 mugs for a room of 4 people.

Friendly, clean and has all that’ll basics you need really. In absence of A/C the dan provided was essential!

Great stay for a budget.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was well made and clean. And instructions were placed where you could see them. So it was a very nice stay and for the budget it was super.

The fan on the wall couldnt move much because of the TV which meant you needed to be at certain angle to get all the wind from it. It being a hot day didnt help much. But being hot is a rarety in UK, so its not much of a complaint.

Felt very well taken care of for three days.

Personnel super friendly and helpful. I was there to collect my mother who was arriving at LHR. The first room was on an upper floor and that would have been difficult. The hotel manager changed us to a 1st floor room. Was very clean and very nicely done up. Big television, nice lighting, great shower. Coffee and tea and refrigerator in the room. Location excellent. Very close to tube station and to many restaurants. Many thanks to everyone on the staff.

Long weekend fun with family

OYO exceeded our expectation by many means, especially in the light of the usually crappy other options in London. Go for it guys, you wont be disappointed!

We have been in room 303, a little bit more soundproofing could improve the quality of stay.

economical and friendly

staff very friendly and helpful

my room was noisy because it was next to the office and the central heating pipes ran through my wall - however the staff stooped the office noise and turned off the central heating (this is midnight) when asked.
