Very clean and well kept guest house
No complaints

Sparking clean, sheets were smelling so good! Good shower. More spacious than most hotel rooms 2-3x this price range.
Location might be a problem as it's a bit far from city centre and closest station is a 10 min walk.

The place was cozy and clean, welcoming and attention to detail. The bedroom warm and very well organised and all the facilities tv,etc all working perfectly well it's an excellent location as it is close to amenities. The owner spent money to make the place home away from home which is good and why business will come and that is why I will keep using the facility. But please try and keep your price as reasonable as it is cos if you become greedy and sky rocked your price,no one will come there.
Nothing actually

Guesthouse is very nice and convenient. Rooms are not big, but have all the necessary. There are several pubs nearby, as well as grocery store.
Thr property is located quite far from the center, so the trip to the city center takes approx 40 minutes, if using underground.

Chatsworth guest house exceeded expectations. The room was very cozy and had all amenities. It was clean to a very good standard. The staff were super helpful in letter me store my luggage once i had checked out, gave me detailed and precise self check in info upon late arrival. Extremely good value for money right in the heart of london. I can actually go on and on about how comfortable it was. Found halal food options nearby and literally 10 min walk to underground. Will definitely stay again
The area was a wee bit noisy at night, just some drunk people shouting outside on road but that’s not on the guest house. The residents were quiet and friendly

Very good value for money for a London stay. A nice place to stay. The room was comfortable modern, clean, spacious and in good condition, just like on the photos. The host contacted me before arrival and check in was very easy. He was friendly, helpful and kind. We were able use the shared kitchen. Plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Good public transport. Short distance from the Acton Town underground station (District and Piccadilly lines) - 25 mins from Heathrow, 25 mins to West End. Buses and overground railway close by.
Nothing really.

The host contacted me before arrival and check in was very easy. There were many dinning options around and a grocery close by. An Underground wasn’t far away. The room was very clean. I would stay again if ever in the area.

Great place, close to Heathrow and the city center, you only have to use Piccadily line service. The apartment was modern and clean, just like on the pictures. The owner was really nice and hospitable, checking in was very simple, I didn't have to worry about getting there on time, if our plane was delayed. All in all, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The property is located approximately 45 mins from London Town in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of food and drink options and a tube station within walking distance. Harry, the host was super friendly and helpful with check-in and getting around.
My room was a bit tight but I had everything I needed including a desk to get work done.

Everything was spot on, nice and very clean and quiet just the way I like it, I highly recommend this place absolutely brilliant, and if you like a pint or maybe too Witherspoon is just over the road 😁.
What's not to like.

The double bed was very small

location is very good, easy to access to central london by Picadilly line. walk to high street within 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful host and staff. nice kitchen for cooking and washing machine is available
the shower is small and water spill out easily
4.5
Immaculately clean accommodation with all amenities provided. Host was very nice and location excellent and quiet.
Room was a little small. Maybe a double bed pushed against the wall rather than 2 single beds could provide additional space?

Having 24 hr use of a fully kitted out kitchen was a massive plus for me. Two fridge freezers to store my food and acres of space to move around in, with a table and chairs in the middle to eat on. It wasn’t used much by other guests during the 7 nts I was there so it felt like my own kitchen. I was between apartments so was on a budget and not having to eat out or get takeaways was a real benefit.
The quality of the bathroom fittings was very good with plenty of hot water and a fixed “rain” shower with an additional shower on a flexible hose. They have thought of everything.
I had a bike with me and Harry (proprietor) immediately confirmed there would be no problem keeping it in the back garden where it was secure.
The location is superb. Set back from the main drag, it has bus stops aplenty within a minute’s walk. Acton Town tube stn within 10 mins walk (Piccadilly line is 20 mins to the West End or 20 mins to Heathrow). Plus Acton High St is on the doorstep with Morrisons supermarket and a large number of independent fruit and veg shops. Perfect for me.
I was very impressed by Harry throughout my stay. He was always approachable, easy going and, if there was a request or a small issue that needed addressing, amenable and solution focused.
A very different mindset to many others in the trade and it added considerably to the enjoyment of the week so thank you Harry.
Very little.
If I am being picky, my double bed fitted into a sort of alcove meaning there was no bedside table adjacent to me, it was 3 feet further down where the room opened up.
However, I solved it by moving the bed out at night so not really a problem.
A bedside table light would have been a good addition, to save getting out of bed when the book is finally put down.
The bathroom is quite small and whilst it has everything one would need, I guess that some more elderly guests may struggle a bit given that it is such a small space.
However, and I would stress this point, the above niggles are just that. Niggles. They did not materially detract from what was a very comfortable week.

Under 10 mins stroll from Acton tube and we’ll located in Acton - adjacent but not on the high st so pretty quiet but close to local facilities. Rooms are freshly decorated WiFi fast and free. Kitchen facilities available, well equipped and spotless. My only tiny bit of feedback to the excellent owner Harry was that the bath towels could be a little larger but this is such a minor suggestion I mention it more in jest. I’ll certainly be back.
