Good location for motorway and access to Leeds
Very Good breakfast included.
Nearby restaurant was a carvery with few real options.

Room was a good size, very modern, a couple of points let it down but everything else was spot on.
shower floor was dirty, there were no nets on window so had to keep the curtains closed but
2.0
The breakfast was great.
The floor was a bit dirty in terms of the carpet, there was a fair few stains, including a big coffee/red wine stain near the window. Probably wouldn't stay again. Didn't also realize it was two single beds when booking, but probably more my fault.
4.0
all.
No USB ports to charge watches, i-pads or phones. "Really" in this day and age.

Booked 3 rooms in august, travelled from wales and then was told my booking wasn’t there as not allowing general public to stay
5.0
- Small, modernised, clean and quite room.
- Hand wash and shampoo available.
- Enough spare plugs.
- Free parking.
- Free breakfast.
- Shower curtain long and big enough.
- One way system on stairs (you have to wait at the top or bottom of the staircase).
- If the rooms have been cleaned and sanitised, a sticker is left on the door. This is something new for Covid-19.
- Dirty office chair.
- No toilet brush.
3.1
Not very good space wise because of the virus. Not easy to keep a safe distance away from other quests.
3.1
Location
Bed was uncomfortable.
Breakfast was like a free for all
