it was like a zoo and how this can be a 4 star hotel I’m astonished

The staff were amazing and the daily and evening entertainment was brilliant. They really know how to make your trip special. The rooms were beautiful and the food was excellent with a wide range of choice at all hours of the day.

The breakfast was fine.
Lunch and dinner were subpar. Fish was served at lunch and dinner and it smelled strongly of fish, indicating that the fish was not fresh. The food quality in general was not great, the pizza was burned all times we tried it for example.

A sea view never disappoints thank goodness for small mercies!
NOISY!!!! Scraping of chairs in preparation for the meals from early in the morning. The sound carries upwards to the tooms. Clattering of plates as staff seem to throw them onto the various trolleys as they clear them. This you can also hear up in the rooms (5th floor). Its canteen style. Rushrush...Dirty plates, dirty cutlery. Even spotted a fingernail in the cutlery tray trying to find clean ones. The non stick "placemats" , if wiped, were with dirty rags. Not geared for English speaking guests (I guess Brexit is our fault). Beds uncomfortable. Felt herded in and herded out.
Too far from airport. Better beaches elsewhere as crowded and sewage pipes appear to run straight into the ocean.
Never again!

The premium area, the views from the room and the hotel was very clean. I felt safe as a female solo traveller. I never struggled to find a sun bed in the premium area.
I was initially given a room that was above the restaurant which was very noisy, but after a few nights I was moved to a room further away which helped a little. However, the walls are so thin, I was woken up many times by people having sex the in rooms nearby. I found beds very uncomfortable. The food was poor and I am not a picky eater.

I liked very much the variety of menus . Every evening had a different menu based on different cultures . I really loved that . I also loved the animation team that did a really great work with their shows and games . The housekeepers and the receptionsts were very pleasant, kind and helpful aswell !
The bed was pretty uncomfortable because it was formed of 2 mattresses and me and my husband always fell in that space between them . We had to sleep on the edges just to try to avoid thins thing .

the premium advances and the clean the hotel and staff were
trouble when trying to get an iron and there was one woman who was unhelpful when doing so which I found very out of place for the hotel as everyone was lovely and helpful apart from one worker who answered phone when I rang down to reception

I stayed one week on the Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia, premium all inclusive.
I liked the food, you had a great selection of meat and fish, also sea food for lunch or dinner. Near the hotel you have also the beautiful Cala Domingos beach ( 2 beds and 1 umbrella cost 12.40 €). Room was also beautiful, with a sea and pool view.
There were a few things I did not like about the hotel.
First thing, I had to buy bottled water, as they only give you one bottle and you should fill it in, which is insane for an all inclusive hotel. Glasses and plates in the restaurant were not properly cleaned, i did find marks of a lipstick on a glass. Second thing the hotel has three pools and it does not have a beach. Third thing, coffee is not good so I recommend to drink the coffee outside the hotel. The last thing is that shows and music are too loud, if you're planning to go there with your family.

Was shouted at by the receptionist on arrival so it wasn’t a good start but I kept an open mind, room was a decent size and the hotel is close to the beach and local shops but the forks in the restaurant were dirty and food sometimes undercooked. It’s okay for a friends holiday if you want all inclusive alcohol and eat elsewhere but as I was with my child it was disappointing.

THE FOOD!

The food was readily available with a good range. Location was ok, beautiful view from my room. The staff were friendly and courteous.
The WiFi was abysmal, the worst I've experienced. There was always a long wait to get into the restaurant for lunch and dinner if you were even 15 minutes late. There was not much information about the facilities. I had to figure out most things myself. English is definitely not the preferred language.

We were given the wrong room. We paid for premium and got a regular one until we asked about it so one da was lost in a significantly cheaper room. The plates, cups and silverware weren’t clean, the food wasn’t good either, so we had to eat out basically the whole trip. The outdoor area was not like the pictures at all everything looked like they hadn’t had guest for years.

Pool views, rooms beautiful
Food was cold, lack of entertainment, no atmosphere at hotel compared to others.

The rooms were amazing!! The view from the suites in the premiere lounge we could not have asked for better!!
The bedding sheets were unclean.
We got asked to not laugh on multiple occasions when sunbathing by the pools.
As we went at the end of the season the food was the same every day and the cooking stations often didn’t cook the meat well enough.

Great pools.
Delicious variety of foods everyday. Cakes!!
Premium and all inclusive package made the experience the best.
Awesome sea view from the room.
Some bar staff serving food with bare hands and in unhygienic manner.

Room, food, staff, animation team, location and wonderful sea view in Premium room. Everybody did all the best, thank you for all.
It is hard to tell what I dislike. May be that the nearest door from premium zone to the seaside was closed and it was necessary to go around all the hotel
