A good and welcoming stay

Staff were great and the person who checked us in spoke great English, good amenities available in the lobby and excellent location near one of the north exits of the train station. Wifi worked well.

The room was a little smaller and not as nicely furnished compared to the pictures, but it was still a good, clean, functional room. Value for money was a little lower than a similar hotel we stayed at in Sapporo a few weeks later but overall a good stay.

Good location, small room

The location is near the train station and many restaurants, the breakfast buffet was okay, the view from our room was nice. The provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash all smell nice. The tub is big enough to have a nice ofuro/hot bath.

The room was too small (not easy to have even just 1 big luggage) and the size of the pajamas provided were too small (we weren't able to use them).

Overall a very pleasant stay

Very close to the train station. Lots of free toiletries. Wide breakfast assortment.

Excellent neck pillow and spacious bed! There is a USB charging point at the head of the bed. The staff speaks clear English and are friendly. They have a good luggage storage system that allows us to store our luggage at the reception before and after check-in.

It would be good if the TV remote can have some instructions on how to use and where the sensor is located for the TV. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Great stary in Twin Room BUT not so in the Family Room

Location was very good. Amenties like DHC facial cleansers etc were made available at the lobby.

We had 2 rooms. The Superior Twin was comfortable for 2. BUT The Family Room was too squeezed!!! Compared to the big wardrobe in the Twin room, the Family room had one that is one-third the size - means barely could hang 5 hangers! Our young adults couldn't hang their used towels, jackets etc. So everything had to be thrown on the 1 chair in the room. There was also limited table space. It was an uncomfortable 3 night stay for our young adults. Also, the aircon gets kinda "switched-off". We were wondering how come it wasn't cold. After calling the front desk, was told they control the temperature. They turned it on within minutes and all was good.

Nice location & comfortable room.

Great location - just a short stroll to JR station. Out room was big and comfortable, and have good & unblocked view. Very nice and pleasant staff.

The room looked dated but it was good enough for our stay. It had the basics plus a coin laundry and vending machines. It was close enough to the Sapporo Station and accessible to major commercial centers.

I would have wanted a more choices for a western breakfast. The buffet portions were small so we had to wait for refills most of the time.
