立地条件は良いが、フロントの対応が悪い。

隣りが提携駐車場。

自動チェックイン機に戸惑う人達の対応が遅かった為フロントに人にごった返した。

Very convenient

- biggest room and bathroom we've had in this type of hotel in Japan. - a wide variety of breakfast options - the location is superb, very close to dining options. Ramen alley is literally three minutes away. (Hop on the subway if you're traveling from / to the JR station.) - washers / dryers are available on the third floor

The pillow was very flat. I read in other reviews that people had asked for an addition pillow to solve this problem, so we did that and our second night was much more comfortable. The bed was maybe a little narrow for two people, but we managed.

朝食はおいしかったです。スムージーもヨーグルトもパンもお料理も大変おいしかったです。フロントの方もとても親切でよかったです。枕も快適でした。歯ブラシも使い捨てにはもったいない位快適でした。

Nice hotel in Susukino area

Good free Breakfast (over expectation). Good facilities. Free coffee,drink. Comfortable room. Nice staff. Good location near shopping area and quite close to Airport bus stop.

Pillow is too flat. However, we can ask more pillow from Staff. Hotel Pajama is thin (Long shirt style). It'd be nice if provides as shirt and pant.

立地が良かったテレビ台とベッドの間は少し狭かったけど、窓際にはゆったりしたスペースもあり、椅子も2つあったのでよかった

室内着がほんとにただの洋風浴衣といった感じで残念でした。ズボンがついてたらよかったです

아주 좋은 호텔!

무료치고 괜찮은 조식, 지하철 역 바로 옆, 상대적으로 저렴한 가격. 점자 안내판 등 섬세한 설비. 카운터 매우 친절. 온수가 진짜 빨리 나옴. 면도기는 카운터에 말하면 받을 수 있음. 1층에 흡연실 있음.

객실에서 전화할 때 목소리가 너무 작게 들렸다고 함. 다른 호텔에서는 체크아웃 시간 전 연락을 받았는데 여긴 그렇지 않음.

朝ごはん、スープカレーが美味しかったのでそこは良かった、あとロケーションも。

コロナ前はコンフォートホテル東京清澄白河を定宿にしており、気に入っていたので札幌もこちらを選んだのですがコロナ後は変わったのでしょうか、朝ごはんが大幅グレードダウン。体を洗うウオッシュタオル？がなくてフロントに尋ねたら普通のタオルを使ってくださいと。サニタリーとして良いのか悪いのか。事前に電話でUSB端子のアウトプットが備わっているかを問い合わせたら、「ありませんので、ご用意ください」と（部屋には幾つもしっかり備わっていました）。カタコトのような日本語でしたから、伝わらなかったのかも。なんとも言えませんでした。

Great location, quiet.

My room was very quiet. Security is good. Breakfast is very satisfactory. Staff are nice. Location near Suskino night life is great. The subway station to Fukuzumi is just outside the hotel. It’s a bit of a tramp from the Sapporo station but there are shuttles that you can take.

There didn’t appear to be a drier in the laundry. More coat hangers would’ve been good to dry clothes in the room. A microwave would’ve been nice but not a dealbreaker. I didn’t think it was value for money but I was staying at the beginning of the snow and ice festival so accommodation in high demand. Staff not able to book taxi transport for me.

It was great

The hotel is right next to the metro station, easy to access. The staff was very nice and dedicate. The room was very clean and also comfortable. It is in the central so you could reach many things, restaurants, market, shopping malls easily.

The breakfast was almost the same every morning. stay for 3 days you would get tired of eating the same food.

Location and price is amazing. Breakfast is decent, just maybe a little bit repetitive.

The room is very dusty from the blanket. If it is possible, some basic vacuuming services should be included as part of daily clean up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Comfort Hotel Susukino. The room size exceeded our expectations for Japanese standards and the beds were quite comfortable. The included breakfast was of high quality and we appreciated the availability of unlimited coffee and water throughout the day. The hotel's convenient location near bus stops, including one with direct access to the airport, made our travel experience particularly smooth, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the passage to the train station located just outside the hotel was very convenient. The surrounding area boasts numerous excellent restaurants and convenience stores, and Nijo Market is within walking distance. Overall, Comfort Hotel Susukino is a fantastic choice for accommodation in the Susukino area, and the staff were also exceedingly friendly.

輕鬆便利，超級乾淨，經濟實惠，早餐內容讓長輩很滿意

服務人員全程超級親切以外，入住跟退房都有自助機可以自己操作，對於不懂日語的外國人很友善，感受到札幌滿滿的科技感跟親切感。此外最驚艷的是隔音相當好，除非隔壁或樓上有重擊，否則真的聽不到別的房間的聲音，還貼心準備加濕器，開了加濕器好睡很多。在新千歲機場搭直行便巴士，在薄野南4西1下車就直接在飯店門口，免去初來乍到在雪地滑倒跟難拖行李的問題，位置幽靜卻又離鬧區很近，超級方便的地理位置！

沒有什麼不滿意的地方，唯一比較遺憾的是房間沒有景觀，除了窗戶都是毛玻璃看不到外面以外，窗戶打開也直接看牆壁，剛開始有點失望，但是後來發現那麼冷的天氣，幾乎不會想拉開窗簾，所以就冬天來說，有沒有景觀似乎無所謂
