Good stay, great location

Nice hotel on a busy main road, close to everything. Staff were lovely and helpful.

I'm a non-smoker and found the reception area smelled off smoke, smoking level on level 4, I think the smell travels down to reception on level 3. That would be the only negative.

Very satisfied during our stay.

Location is excellent to dining and shopping options. Deluxe rooms are big compared to other japanese hotels Breakfast had some variety for each day during our stay

No coffee pods or hot chocolate sachets in room. No complimentary bottled water.

Excellent location - near many restaurants, cafes, bars, and only 2mins from metro station. Room - large, clean, comfortable. Breakfast - Good combination of Japanese, Asian, and Western.

Great value for money, absolutely would return to this hotel if I get to revisit Sapporo.

Room was spacious, compared to most hotels in Japan. Breakfast was incredible never expected such quality from hotel breakfasts. Location is right next to Susukino station, great position to travel in city Sapporo.

Don't think there was anything that I didn't like.

Was okay, but next time I would look for someplace else

Good location, free hot drinks (only during the day), bathroom was relatively warm for Japan.

Beer cans from previous guest still behind chair. Two elevators one to the reception, then another to the rooms, extrem incovinient and cumbersome, especially during "rush hour". Breakfast room too small, long waiting line, we skipped breakfast.

Mercury Sapporo wasnt a great choice

Location is great

Hotel is quite old , staff English is very basic ! In the hotel description says parking but it is not free and not belonging to the hotel ! Should be more clear about it ! The bar is not operating but again nothing about it was mentioned in the description!

it was pleasent over all. location is superb. near convenience stores and train station

i like that the staff are corteous and the location is near everything.

We didn’t like the takeout box for breakfast the day we needed to leave early for an activity. it’s just fruits and a croissant. it would be better to get something like sausages with rice or whatever can give us energy for the whole daq walking. The buffet is good by the way. i hope that takeout boxes would be the guests preference too.

Our winter trip to Sapporo

Comfortable bed, room is big, location is near to railway station, breakfast is good, love the bathroom amenities, w.c with warm heated seats and warm shower water is consistent with bathtub too.

Basically after 10pm most of the shop and restaurants are close. There are two convinent store near by.

Location! Airport bus is just a short distance across the hotel. Helpful staff. 狸小路商店街(Tanukikoji Shopping Street)就在咫尺. Marui Imai (丸井今井) & Mitsukoshi (三越) are within walking distance

Superb

great location. around the corner from ramen alley and many restaurants and shops. the subway is a few minutes walk. breakfast was very good. we stayed in a four bed family room which was very comfortable.
