Haven in Jaipur

The spaciousness of the suites and mine had a lovely balcony on the garden where the birds were singing!! The rooms are large and provide a great place to work(home away from home)Loved having a kitchen for small meals or snacks. I requested a gas stove as I need a special diet and that was provided within 48 hours. The kitchen staff and servers are absolutely star quality and delightful. The location is great and quiet within Jaipur. I love the old world beautiful house that is Om NIWAS... The food is well prepared and I appreciate that eggs and filter coffee are available. Could use a little less salt for my taste in the Indian food but really all was delicious. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Amazing caring and professional staff Grateful to have finally stayed here. I will return. The bakery cafe also offers great baked goods, jams and achar pickles as they do in most of the Niwas lovely hotels in Jaipur....

Nothing really... I did ask the reception about a day trip , maybe to the tiger forests as detailed in their hotel brochure and no one seem to know much about it so I gathered it was not available!

very pleasant four days staying at Om Niwas

The neighbohood was quiet. our room was enormous and well equipped. also loved the patio area for afternoon tea We were very well received

A rather dusty dated establish but close to the railway station.

Excellent kitchen room service.

We were supposed to be met at the station. That didn’t happen. We had sent our train arrival details as requested but no auto to meet us. The dirty room. We were asked if we wished our room cleaned but that was the usual tasks — clean towels, bed made but that wasn’t necessary as towels can be reused. If we’d asked for a complete dust that would have sent us sneezing for the rest of our stay.

Just great

It’s a small hotel in a very quiet zone, you feel at home, staff is amazing, ready to help you for any type of requests. Small restaurant, great food and a very good bakery in the garden. This was my 3rd time and I will keep going back.

Beautiful property. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was neat and clean. It was quite spacious with all the necessities. Had a comfortable stay.

The menu at the restaurant should be more diverse. Also, disappointed with the quantity served during dinner.

The hotel is nothing like it is in the pictures. The room was very very basic and it was a total turn off the moment you went into the room.

Location is very nice, walking distance from Jaipur Railway Station.. situated in a clean colony.... Well maintained studio format rooms with living room and kitchen...Overall excellent experience..

Location: Close to most of the main tourist points. Easy to approach and find. Reception: Welcome drink helps you take away the travel fatigue. Nice gesture upfront from reception. Rooms: Maintained well. Breakfast: Light to Heavy all options are offered.

the pick up vehicle did not arrive irritating us right at start. otherwise nothing to bicker about.
