Not five star worthy! Sorry! Food was really good and the service at the restaurant was perfect.

Except the food and location

Bathroom needs to change from 2* to 5*. I had booked two rooms and requested second room to have separate beds but they took care of it only after we got there which was a 30 minute wait for us. We didn’t checkin until evening and they had time to get it ready.

Good stay. Parking facilities can be improved

Breakfast, location and Staff co-operation were good. We had a good stay that was hassle free. We preferred a non-smoking and non-alcoholic room. The stay was quiet and comfortable. We did not opt for the swimming pool access. Otherwise, it looked good and tidy

The vehicle parking was not up to the expectation. We were looking for a covered vehicle parking but I think the parking was full and they had to park the car out in the lobby. If not, the covered car parking should be available for all the guests.

Everything is excellent. The location, the breakfast, people, facilities, their kitchen staff, Dinner & quality of food, the temperature

Flooring, ill maintained bathroom, dilapidated mirrors, both the lobby lifts (there is no guarantee that swiping the card will work)

Very good hotel.

The location is great.the room quite good size n free bottles water provided. Breakfast had hood range n tasty.

The electric kettle was cracked n water leaked. However, house keeping brought anotheron immediately so OK.

I would like to mention two employees of the restaurant, Mr. Suvam, and Ms. Ria, who made ita wonderful experience, not least with a wonderful impromptu birthday celebration.

A lot of remodeling is going on upstairs, and it should be easier to book a spa session. The massage session itself was excellent.

Excellent choice for staying in Mysore

Excellent location, high class service, super delicious food. Shout out (for exceptional work) to Roopa, Paltu, Alvin, Vijay/Shruthi and Abhishek.

Nothing major, though during my stay the fitness center was under renovation.

Location was alright, good size room for the pricem

The lock on the room door was broken & the AC vent was falling apart, ac was so cold wasn't able to change the temperature. Room smelled extremely musty.

Outer appearance of the building was fantastic. Lobby looked great. Breakfast was good. Location was accessible.

Timing of the swimming pool doesn't fit our timings. Need to go out before the mentioned timing and while returning evening the pool was closed. Missed swimming. Had been the pool opened after 6pm, would have enjoyed a lot.

Wonderful place to stay at Mysore!

We had a wonderful stay at the Fortune JP Palace, Mysore. The property is aptly located in the city and very close to the major attractions like the Mysore Palace and the Zoo. Also right behind the hotel is a shopping mall if you are looking to go for shopping. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and the food at the restaurant is good. The breakfast buffet spread is also quite decent. The staff is really courteous and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Ramesha, the Head of Security who guided us very well to visit the various attractions of the town and the best timings to visit those attractions!!!

Fun at Fortune JP Palace

We loved the hotel.The view of Chamundi Hills,Palace from our room was very beautiful.Food was delicious in both restaurant and at room service.Employees were very respectful and helpful.The facilities were amazing.Great location.We had so much fun in Fortune JP Palace hotel.

Altogether good value for money. Experience wise Ok Ok

Breakfast and dinner are good. Food is very good and good for tummy also. Swimming pool is good and well maintained. Staff are well behaved and very helpful.

Coffee is not good. Fortune in Tirupathi have very good coffee. Restaurant is too small to handle many guests. Kids play room is NOT well maintained or keep using for different purposes.
