Very bad

Inspite of my several requests, room was not cleaned for all the 3 days I stayed there. I reported this to the Reception also but no action was taken. My room was not cleaned until I checked out. And also the Hotel is very much keen on collecting the payment. Infact, I had booked for 3 days but everyday evening when I returned from my work to the hotel, I was asked to pay the room rent, which I did as I had no other option. I will not recommend this hotel. Very worse in service...

Booking was transfered to far away Yuvraj signature hotel. No call was given in advance for this we lost much time in checkin. Parking place is not good.

Nice stay.

Location, Car parking, Descent room size, Neat and Cleanliness.

Staff approach. They said that the cost went so higher during that time and since I made booking in advance they have agreed to the same cost. However, it's fine, they agreed to the same budget. It's worthy only for the cost (1.1 k) that I have booked, and not worthy for the revised cost that they have mentioned.

Good. I would recommend if your plan is to use hotel for a minimal time. Tourists seldom use hotel.

Hotel location is an advantage if you are planning to visit places like Palace, Dusshera Ground, Chamundeswari Temple, Mall of Mysore, Karanji Lake. Other things are also quite nearby. Room size is better as compared to other hotels in this price range.

The cleanliness and room service could have been better. Elevator sound is sometimes annoying but manageable.

The worst hotel I booked ever on Booking. Com.

Instead of AC room we were given Non- AC room. No electric kettle, no hangers, no toiletries. The bedding was used. Next day it was changed on repeated requests. Instead of free breakfast for three days, we were provided only two days free breakfast and that too at some other property far away. In future I will hesitate to book hotels from Booking.com site. When we checked in were even told that there was no booking for us in their hotel and we booked from some fake site. In the dead of the night we were to seek some other hotel. It was only after request we were given a lower room to stay. I hope booking .com will take strict action against the hotel owners and compensate us suitably.

Already mentioned above. The behave of the receptionist was rude and dictatorial and was in a mood to take advantage of our late check in.
