When I go back to Mysore, this is where I will stay.

The Lobby is well designed and welcoming. The breakfast choice was great! The rooms were big and clean, and had a nice view of Chamundi Hills. We had booked the rooms in business level. The lounge service was great to entertain guests.

Service during breakfast was a bit slow.

Overall good place but something missing expected out of a 5 star stay.

Staff were polite, courteous, rooms were as depicted. Located centrally. Overall pleasant stay.

Had to ask for towels, no welcome drink concept, breakfast spread was uneven - some items good some not so good.

One of the best options in Mysore!

Great location with a beautiful view of the race club and the hills. The restaurants are pretty high quality. The spa was a wonderful experience. And the staff at the restaurants, housekeeping & the front desk were very courteous. Special mention of Mr. Maqsood who helped manage and resolve a few things we needed help on.

One of nicest hotels in Mysore - recommend.

Lovely hotel with great car service and lovely spa. Found me a great guide.

Check in and check out were disasters - took ages ... reception staff took so long to do anything - either their system is so overly complicated that they have to click buttons for 15 minutes to assign a room or print your bill - or they were playing solitaire while I was standing there. I asked for a packed breakfast when I checked in as i was leaving early the next morning. This was forgotten.

Excellent stay. Will revisit.

Excellent infrastructure and maintenance. Very good view of the racecourse and the chaumundi hills from the room alloted to us. Very warm welcome at the reception. Staff at the reception and restaurants, the maintenance staff and the baggage handlers were efficient, professional, courteous, warm and most helpful. The hotel has an ambience that makes you feel very comfortable and welcome.

Good Stay

Staff was very good and helpful. I believe this should be one of the best places to stay in Mysore. Overall food and breakfast spread was average. My husband forgot his wallet in Mysore hotel. The duty Manager was helpful to find the same and courier it to our Mumbai residence. Though we paid 1200 for the courier but that's ok as far as we received everything back in safe condition that was more important.

Food taste and breakfast spread was actually average.. can do better.

Radisson Mysuru - Unbecoming of the Radisson Brand

Front Office Team, Restaurant Service Team absolutely awesome. The two key assets of the property Monisha from Front Office and Ajit from MySouth Restaurant. The field staff were untiringly covering up for the inefficiencies of the managers. Spacious property.

The managers and property management do not seem to have any understanding of customer service. Their interpretation seems to be "customer service" = customer at their service ! I spoke to 4 different "duty managers" from the time of booking and during my stay. One of them outrightly gave misinformation ! One of them kept calling me wanting to meet me, but during 3 days of my stay did not find time to meet me at the hotel !! The entire leadership team at the hotel behaved in a way that is very unbecoming of the Radisson brand. Apart from superficial apologies, the managers did absolutely nothing to understand and address the customer's issues. Not even an attempt at atonement. It is their good luck they have a fantastic junior team that seem to know exactly what leadership is all about !

Hotel Property and Rooms

Customer Service, as I send a message on booking.com and no one came back to me and answered my question and called too many times. I send a message to checkin my partner as i was flying flight was delayed and had no mobile network. Staff denied checkin even when i gave permission with name. End up paying for 1st night. At checkin as well staff look like less trained or knowledgeable. Rest stay was good. Beautiful big rooms.

They dont have Mysore Dosa in cuisine in Mysore Radisson. No coordination among staff members, no body knows what is available in the restaurant and long service time.

Check in and check out, took very long- almost 45 minutes. felt the front desk wasn’t managed properly, people were cutting lines in front of the staff and the staff did nothing.
