Nöjd, skön säng. Vill tillbaka till London!

Earl’s court nära, det är 6 stopp in till centrala London. Såklart en bit men funkade bra. Hotellet har mikro om det skulle behövas. Den finns i receptionen. Trevlig personal, bra bemötande. Skön säng. Många bra caféer och restauranger nära Earl’s court. Leon har bra frukost. Tesco superstore ligger 5 minuters promenad härifrån.

Lite lyhört, men funkar för tre dagar.

Horrible.

Had bed bugs and informed the hotel immediately as well as during checkout. Receptionist told me to seek refund via booking.com but now am told they refused to refund. Ridiculous.

Au vu de la promo que j'ai eu : géniale

C'etait très propre. Micro-onde et frigo dans la chambre. Assiettes et couverts en plastique disponibles Bouilloire avec thé et café. Réapprovisionnement de serviettes et de café en libre accès à différents étages. Personnel très gentil. Ils m'ont laissé choisir l'étage de ma chambre. La station de métro et pleins d'endroits pour manger à coté. Lit très confortable.

J'ai fait une super promo alors à ce prix là : j'ai eu l'impression d'avoir gagné au loto. Maintenant si j'avais payé au prix normal : des lampes de chevet ne serraient pas un luxe, des portes manteaux non plus. Les murs sont fins comme du papier. J'entendais chez le voisin et tout ce qui se passait dans la rue. Les chambres sur 4 étages sans ascenseur. Les escaliers sur le 3 ème et le 4ème ne sont vraiment pas larges. Ca peut être compliquer avec une grosse valise. L'immeuble en face est en travaux. Ils attaquent à 7h30 (gros dormeurs passer votre chemin). Pas de wifi dans les étages

Perfect for a one night stay!

This property was ideal for one night, particularly if you are going to be spending little time in your hotel room. We went to see Pink and Hyde Park and this was perfect for us. We dropped our bags off in the morning and we’re given our room cards for when we arrived back late at night. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was new and spotless. Great value for money.

It was very hot weather and there is no air conditioning. There is a fan but it doesn’t do much, however for one night this wasn’t an issue.

Friendly receptionist, and great location, near to places to eat and drink, also close to tube station

Good little gem

Great location and facilities, fab having access to a microwave, wish I'd realised earlier. Great value for money.

Half Term London Visit

Lovely and superbly clean, fantastic shower, had all we needed, really good location near the tube, quiet and peaceful, fridge and microwave a bonus but no plates or cutlery.

Heating was on, rooms are small so it made the room so hot I had to open window even when switching off the radiator. There were no bowls, plates or cutlery for us to eat we had to purchase as had bought microwave meals. Any paper cups provided. Bed uncomfortable kept falling off the base but can't complain for the price.

exactly how we thought it would be

easy to find, nice a cheap as we just wanted to find a quick place to stay for the night

for the price we paid for we really can’t complain but personally, I didn’t feel like it was clean to my standards. but again it was really cheap so.. :)

Black mildew is everywhere on the ceiling in the room B6. It was a sharp contrast with other rooms where I stayed earlier. Otherwise, the hotel is fine, the staff is lovely, it’s clean there.

Good location and cheap

Very small bed for two person and very very smal l room. Didn't even have space for our bags. It was basement and stairway was very narrow Had to take my bad sideway

Big shower, iron, hairdryer

Room was a single not a double, nothing in room but small double bed and tiny wardrobe no where to put anything down and tea and coffee 2 floors down, no chair or anything, should have stayed with travelodge. It was clean though.

Poor

Location was great, but the hotel itself could be better.

The room provided was not that I have booked. It was on basement level, without window. Cold floors, no carpets. Not a single shelf in the bathroom! Also I heard clearly when somebody upstairs walked or flushed the toilet. During my two-night stay there was no room service, but I was warned about it by my arrival. But the final disappointment was during check-out. There was nobody at the reception desk, and I had to browse the area with my luggage hoping to find a place to leave it for several hours storage. Definitely not worth the money!
