Convenient location, but not so comfy beds.

The room was very spacious and it was very close to the underground which was convenient. Also, we could easily walk to many restaurants, museums, and Hyde Park.

The bed was uncomfortable, the walls were very thin so we could hear the neighbors, and also the street noise was quite loud.

The accommodation was perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The location was great. It is walking distance to many restaurants, Earls Court Train Station, and museums/tourist sights. It was calm and quiet. The room was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything that is needed.

The key code was incorrect when I arrived, but staff were friendly and quick to respond and resolve the issue. I had no other issues during my stay.

Appartement très bien situé car ligne de métro au bout de rue. Quartier calme. Appartement lumineux et bien agencé. Pas de réception physique mais le personnel etait disponible et joignable rapidement par mail ou whatsapp.

Cozy studio.

Small, cute, very cozy clean studio with a veranda if you need to smoke. Coffee tea and sugar available. Nestor was very good with his communication and very responsive. We appreciated very much the 1 hour later check out, which proved very helpful to us! Just 3 minutes walk from Earls tube station gives you the opportunity to commute quickly wherever you want in London. Mini markets and restaurants within walking distance. Value for money. We will visit again when in London!

Well equipped and quiet apartment

Staying at The Knaresborough was perfect! The apartment is well located, close to the subway and groceries but also in a quiet and residential area. The apartment has all that is needed to prepare meals and have breakfast. Is tidy and really clean. The staff are amazing, always available. Two times I needed to call and ask for their help and they were polite and effective in solving my doubts or problems. They even found my glasses and help me recovering them. The terrace makes the place much more bigger!

You need to take care of hot water while you bath.

Faltaba mucha limpieza. Había olores continuamente. Colchón incómodo. La cortina de la ducha se caía constantemente. Faltaba menaje y el que había estaba sucio.

La ubicación solamente y el personal que nos recibió fue amable.

Las fotos vs La realidad es otro hotel. El lugar esta viejo. Sucio. El agua se sale de la regadera. Y no te cambian la toalla ni te hacen la cama. Y si lo solicitas, te cobran extra.

Conveniently located and efficient, but very basic.

I had stayed at the Knaresborough before and chose it again due to its excellent location and convenience. However, the room I had before was much larger and more comfortable. They apparently have a range of room sizes, so I advise checking exactly which room you are ordering. All contact with the staff was entirely virtual. The system works easily and efficiently with no hassle

Unfortunately, I fell sick just before arriving, so I had to stay in the room and do all of my planned work meetings and interactions online. The wifi was not strong enough or stable enough for this. I had originally planned for this to only be a room I sleep in, but it ended up being a room in which I spent almost my entire time. For that purpose, it was too small and cramped.

Amazing place, great for business trips

Very friendly and attentive staff, responded to all my queries and needs straight away The apartment was very clean and in a great state of repair. Very comfortable and nice decor. A great hun to base myself from for future business trips.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger but, it’s London and it’s a studio. The facilities were very clean so that’s the most important thing

London is a beautiful city and our stay at your place was great!

Perfect location to walking around London. Big bonus - near Logan Place in Kensington. Went to see Freddie Mercury's house Garden Lodge and we saw Mary Austin come outside. Loved the kitchenette in the room. Very convenient. Beds were fine.

I think the bathroom needed a shower door. Water got everywhere.

It fehlt like a Home in London. Not the classical stay at a Hotel more like an Insider, but the same comfort as a Hotel.

The Apartment was lovingly furnished. Everything you Need for a Short Trip, as i did, or even for a longer Stay is available. It was clean and nice. It was also cool to meet the other residents within the House. It really felt like a Home with a real neighborhood.

Location, pricing, comfort of bed

The room is billed as small, and it is, but it is laid out in a way that makes it smaller than it needs to be. To have two separate kitchenette areas - one with sink, microwave and plates and the other with fridge and kettle - means that there is no area for a basic set of drawers for guests to put their clothes. There is no wardrobe or closet for hanging clothes. Instead there are hangers above the door of the room to hang clothes but because they are in the doorway, clothes get scuffed whenever the door is opened. This is not ideal if hanging suits or formal-wear which needs to kept clean. In addition, the bathroom does not have an extractor fan, meaning that it can easily get damp and musty, and with the small room, that musty smell seeps into the bedroom and clothes, which are hanging loose as they cannot be stored.

Won't book again. Better quality rooms at a lower price at other chain hotels

Rooms not as described/shown in the property photos. Bed was hard, no sofa in living room...in fact very disappointing when you expect what you see when booking and end up with something completely different. Stains over bedroom walls , rubbish bags at entry of premises.

Terrible night sleep, noisy, uncomfortable

Not like the photos in need of redecorating and things replacing, including the bed. Location good but there was a premier inn near by I wished I was in instead.
