Wir hätten durchaus länger bleiben können :)

Wir waren eine Nacht im Village Hotel Katong und konnten uns einen kleinen Einblick verschaffen. Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit weg vom Flughafen und dadurch schnell mit einem Taxi zu erreichen. Der Check in lief zügig ab und wir konnten auch etwas früher ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer war wirklich groß und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Hotel liegt direkt über einer kleinen Mallorca mit Supermarkt und Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Außenpool der Unterkunft. Auch ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio konnte man mitbenutzen. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet wirklich viel an für einen guten Start. Es gab sehr viele frische und warme Gerichte sowie Obst, Müsli und vieles mehr. :)

Die Übernachtung war schon etwas teurer jedoch für Singapur wohl normal :)

Great friendly service, delicious breakfast options for Europeans and Asians alike😋

We’d booked two Club Rooms and were therefore entitled to free drinks and nibbles in Club Lounge. The waiter was a charming friendly old gentleman who couldn’t do enough for us. I think he was called George. Thankyou!😁 I love visiting Singapore but due to the high humidity it’s often difficult to find accommodation that’s mold free. In this hotel we didn’t experience ANY such issues at all!☺️👊🏼 We always book ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotels for this reason and 90 % of the time we have perfect sleeping environments and clean bathrooms. We wanted to experience the “old” part of Singapore on our return visit to Switzerland and weren’t disappointed. The area of Katong had the most amazing old style buildings and the best local food localities. 😋

I was surprised to find the shower are with scum issues built up around the shower fittings. A really strong bleach would remove signs of other peoples showering ablutions.

交通方便，近馬林百列地鐵(TE26),搭計程車到機場或動物園的計程車費用折算台幣平均約400-600元。雖然地鐵跟公車更省錢，但是一家四口又有小孩，有時候計程車是很方便的選擇。早餐多元豐富滿意房間為塑膠木地板踩起來算乾淨床軟硬剛好房間窗景看得到海孩子很愛飯店泳池飯店樓下就是新加坡連鎖的fair price 超市，採買紀念品回台灣方便。鄰近有馬林百列熟食中心（滿多在地人在這裡覓食、海南雞、laksa ,豆花、Kaya toast、kopitiam. Subway,麥當勞）另一邊馬路有加東熟食中心、328加東laksa 暑假時段四人房一晚台幣約6000-6500左右，我們覺得價格算實惠。

因為忘了從台灣帶泳圈，泳池附近沒有救生員。可惜樓下購物商場沒有賣泳圈，跑到好遠地方去買

A very convenient place to stay for an overnight stop in Singapore.

The king room was very spacious and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Close proximity to east coast, the airport and the new MRT.

A great stay, my top choice for my next stay in Singapore

Everything was good about this property - cleanliness, comfort, location, staff, value for money

The tiled floors are a great idea towards cleanliness, but I think a mat on either side of the bed would be good to avoid cold feet in the mornings!

Great. If I’ll return to Singapore, I’ll choose the same hotel.

Very nice, would recommend to others!!

As with a lot of hotels in a Singapore, they recognise the importance of customer service and the hotel has excellent staff. The decor is plush, modern and user-friendly. The location was fine for where we needed to go, and the room itself was suitably quiet and a decent size. There were no issues, and we would stay there again, especially with the late checkout.

It was a shame not to be able to go out on the balcony, and open the door for a bit of fresh air as it felt a little bit stuffy! A dehumidifier would have helped get rid of some of the dampness… it wasn’t a major issue, just worth mentioning. We didn’t test the food so can’t comment on breakfast unfortunately…

Good value in Singapore

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel common areas need some updating with signs of wear showing. Overall it was a great stay and we’d recommend it .

Comfy, spacious rooms

Large rooms, comfy beds, spacious bathroom and toilet. Lots of storage. Easy walk to shopping centres, local food court.

Due to current roadworks, bit difficult to navigate and walk to Parkway Parade shopping centre.

Tolles Hotel mit netten Personal in Katong.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage, bequeme Betten, schöner Pool. Direkt über einem Supermarkt, Restaurants auf der anderen Straßenseite, nah zum Flughafen, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.

this is the second time we've stayed here and it didn't disappoint.

we had club rooms and so access to the small lounge.... cocktails were served in the evenings and canapés. it was all good.

Comfortable hotel for money.

Checkin / checkout was fast and smooth. Hotel is connnected to a small shopping mall, so you could do grocery shopping there. Location between airport and center (cab costs 10sgd to central locations and takes only 8-10mins). Breakfast was good! Value for money is good.

Rooms are old, noisy aircondition, very high humidity in a rooms (never had this problem with orher hotels in Singapore), pool was cold (strange taking in mind temperature in Singapore). Family room for four was small and especially bathroom (tiny).

Good for transit to ferry port

Good location for quick access to the ferry port and also to the lights of Singapore centre. Polite staff and rooms were clean and comfy. Bathroom and shower were impressive.

Better signage would have been appreciated if we stayed longer in order to find bar/restaurant

Very short one night stay, arriving late afternoon, no complaints

My sister and I were upgraded from a club room. A quick overnight stay after long haul flight from Paris, and European holiday, so didn’t have time to enjoy much unfortunately

Overall the hotel experience is good, I will consider to come here again.

The room clean & neat with a good balcony view make me feel comfortable. Good hotel location that shopping area just down there by walking in the minutes.

Friendly staff and comfortable stay

Staff was very helpful allowing us to leave the luggage with them. Location was great with a variety of eateries nearby, near the airport and shopping mall. There is also a supermarket in the same building as the hotel. Room was much bigger than most typical hotel rooms and bed was comfortable.
