Enjoyed our stay at Tai Hoe Hotel, will likely book again if we visit Singapore.

The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, shopping and mall. Rooms were not large but served its purpose, they were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Could have had more toiletries, but apart from that everything else were sufficient for our stay.

Superb

For only night-stay it was a good choice for a Family of 5, good value for money in the centre.

No window, little bit used and less shiny as in the pictures but clean and equipped.

There were a lot of worms in the bathroom and bed bugs . My daughter sat on the bed for got bitten all over her legs . Had to check out of the hotel without even staying for a single night .

Great budget accommodation in a very convenient location with super friendly and helpful staff.

The location was excellent and the staff went above and beyond and were very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for having us 😊

The place was a little outdated and the rooms not as fancy as they looked in the pictures. But the overall experience and the staff made it a very comfortable place to be.

It was overall good except for some issues but will recommend to others.

It was close to the train and mall.

It had small cockroaches and the heater in the other bathroom is not working. There are also faulty wires that caused power outage in one room.

excellent location hotel with good c/p ratio

excellent location, shopping center is across the street, Subway station is five minutes away on foot. The counter desk staff used her personal app asking for a taxi and kindly waiting with us until its arrival, much appreciated.

it is an old hotel, facility improvement is needed.

You get what you pay for, considering the price in such an expensive city

Only a few minute drive from the main bay were practically all attractions of the city are located.

Bathroom very compact to the extent where the shower is almost directly spraying into the toilet.

Good location. Almost, everythings are available arround the Hotel. Room space is tight. Compared to daily fare, facilities are limited. Desk staff was not available at the times of requirements.

Windowless room and sometimes friendly staff. Not much advice for the area. Location however was helpful directly opposite the Mall which connects to a train station and multiple bus lines servicing the area. Plenty of food places within less than 5 minutes walk.

Location was great and was very close to all amenities.

Bed sheet was not changed during my 4 nights stay not even once. No windows, tried to swap room with windows but was not available. Bathroom was full of mould and full of little flies. My kids were not happy with the condition of bathroom.

Probably the worst place I’ve stayed in (including hostels). Bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, mattresses were extremely old and collapsed and the air con leaked into the room. Bed linen was horrible. 1 bottom sheet that didn’t fit the sagged mattress and one very thin blanket. That’s it. Staff were not helpful at all. Even the cheapest of hotels should meet basic world health regulations.

the room i stayed in was perfect for a friend group (4-5 people). comfortable beds and free water are provided. security is 10/10. the location was nice, there is a mall right in front of the hotel where you can shop and have fun.

the water boiler can’t be used since it got no cable. gnats can be seen flying in the bathroom drains and laying motionless on the ground.

Location is convenient just opposite Shopping mall.

Receiption was using her phone while the time i wanted to check in and ring the bell twice, she still didn't hear it, until i say : HELLO !!! then only she answer YES ? facilities in room was old and toilet is small.overall not recommended!

Budget stay with an amazing reception

Hotel is located at a convenient location and well maintained. Its also close to all the eateries.

The room size is small. With luggage, barely you can move around. Having said that it’s valuable for money. You get what you pay for.
