Superb

Excellent location close to town. Secure parking facility (charged separately) a must in Figueres. Clean and sufficiently equipped. Friendly host.

There aren't great views from the apartments but they are well located near town and amenities. If there are people staying in the other apartments there is some sound transfer.

Bit below expectations

Location. Quietness.

Only 1 dishwasher tablet (very few plates and kitchenware suggest often dishwasher usage) and 1 toilet paper. 4 matches for the gas kitchen. 1 garbage bag. Owner can be more generous - I don't want spending my vacations asking for things there should be there.

The host wouldn't do anything to accommodate a late check in even though we had a problem with our car rental so we had to reserve another place for the first night. As for the studio itself, simply not worth it for a group of 4. There is a sofa bed in the kitchen and two single beds in the room. Very cramped and uncomfortable. We stayed instead at the 4* Sercotel (Hotel President) around the corner and got two double rooms for more or less the same price as the studio, with breakfast. I can't really imagine a situation where this would be a better option.

A very pleasant staycation

Definitely not a new/modern apartement hotel, but everything is very well taken care and maintained. The neigbourhood was pretty quiet even though the location is on walking distance to the center of the city (la Rambla). The whole room/apartment and all the furniture and kitchen utensils were very clean. The size was quite spacious if you have one or two young kids. We got a room with a balcony but there's also some with terrace. The receptionist was very friendly too. We booked it just for a 'staycation' but it was a very pleasant experience. My young daughter loved it too. If only we got the room with terrace as we ordered (the owner said it was already occupied), then I would definitely give a 10/10. Still I highly recommend this aparthotel if you're visiting Figueres.🤩

The apartment was good. the pictures was not exactly the same, but it was good enough

Superb

The host is very nice and friendly. The apartment is clean and just around the corner of the Ramblas. Here you can find anything from culture, to shopping, to outside terraces. Definitely recommended!

a great apartment well fitted and very comfortable

The parking was directly opposite. The apartment is served by a lift which is large enough for four people comfortably. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean and has a small courtyard terrace. We only stayed for one night but the apartment is equipped for longer stays and would make a great base for exploring the area

Location, Ease of Communication

Communication. Ease of access to the parking. The host was just right in terms of interaction with us. Very well located in terms of getting to the centre......just a few minutes walk. My wife had just had an bike accident so was on crutches but there was a lift to get to our floor. A large interior terrace. Also, the host had even laid out plates and wine glasses with serviettes which were most conducive should we have decided to dine in (well equipped kitchen).

In our case, I do not think that holding on to a 100 euro damage deposit was really necessary. In principle, I have no problems with this but, honestly, what are we going to do - especially in one night? I could understand it if there was a family staying for a few days with kids. Just a question of sales and trust. I feel the host could have assessed us and just waived the deposit.

Very nice apartment at reasonable price - would recommend and will go there again.

Apartment so no breakfast. Host very efficient and helpful. All very clean and Covid aware. Good location. Very reasonable price for quality of accommodation.

Apartment lovely but bed could have been a bit bigger and more comfortable. Wasn't prepared for €100 deposit but seem to have got refund easily.

Exceptional

Place was nice and clean, owner very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was there. Place is close to center, just two minutes of walking.

It is impossible to find a parking spot in the area, only way is to pay for parking at the hotel. Price is reasonable, 10€.
