it is not 3 star hotel

the only good is that they have a big parking

the room is super cold, they dont have additional covers so when we asked for them, the staff had to take it from the unoccupied room (if all room had been occupied, we wouldnt have had an additional cover). the air conditioning didnt warm up the room enough and was too loud (probably it was brocken) so we couldnt have it on during the night. there is no sound isolation of the room at all, the door is super thin, we hear everyone and everyone hears us. the bathtub was broken. the mirror in the bathroom was not only dirty but with huge mark in the middle (kind of snots or glue).

No estuvo mal

Que tenga piscina y la terraza era bastante grande la que nos tocó. Que la bañera tuviera cristal y no cortinas fue lo más! La habitación era grande. Y la comida me sorprendió lo buena que estaba.

No estaba mal calidad-precio, pero creo que más que tres estrellas es dos estrellas por la calidad de las habitaciones. La limpieza no fue muy buena, habían pelos en el suelo del baño y en el inodoro el día que entramos. La manguera de la ducha estaba rota en algunos lados. Las almohadas un poco incómodas, demasiado blandas y aún que pusieras dos no acababas de estar cómodo del todo.

El desayuno flojo desde mi punto de vista. La ubicación depende de donde vengas, tal y como llegué yo me pareció formidable.

El edificio tiene muchos años y necesita una reforma importante. Por la habitación que me tocó parece que fue reconvertida .N

El personal correcto.

Al llegar nos cambiaron al edificio de al otro lado de la calle, el cual daba sensación de abandono, con las paredes desconchadas, falta de luz y olor a humo "curioso". Al entrar en la habitación la mujer de recepción se dió cuenta que todavía había gente dentro y nos cambió de habitación, de nuevo al otro lado de la calle. Pagamos por una habitación con terraza y nos dieron otra sin, pagando el mismo precio. Aunque visto lo visto, quizá fue una suerte...

Not a great start but over all we would rrcommend

The 2nd day we stayed, they were able to upgrade our room, and the next two days, we enjoyed a larger space and a king bed with a balcony, aircon, and a larger ensuit. We would recommend this hotel based on the staffs willingness to help. The hotel was 13 min walk to both train stations and 10 mins to the centre of town. Also very good orange juice served at the cafe across the road. We enjoyed the pool.

We actually arrived a day early to the hotel, and they were able to offer us a room at the last minute. We very much disliked being in the space. Everything was broken. The aircon spewed out hot air in a heat wave, and the fan in the bathroom was so loud. Seperate uncomfortable speaky beds and a window to nothing. But they amended the error the next day. The breakfast was not very good.

Was totaal niet rolstoelvriendelijk. Kon niet in de badkamer komen de deur was te smal. Ook in het restaurant kon ik niet komen, kon alleen via trappen. De ingang was te stijl ongeveer 45 graden.

Vrouw achter de receptie was niet gastvrij. De kamer was echt oud met keiharde bedjes, badkamer had zijn beste tijd al lang gehad en het was zo gehorig dat we de hele avond moesten aanhoren hoe de buren sex hadden. Geen oog dichtgedaan

A good place to stay before an early train to Barcelona.

The staff here were brilliant; not that I needed anything out of the ordinary, it's just that they were uniformly friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which was both good and very affordable. The room was fine; not amazing, but perfectly acceptable. The hotel is a ten minute walk or a short bus ride to the train station for Barcelona, which was my main reason for choosing it.

Tout était parfait. Le personnel était charmant et avenant, nous avons bien mangé et le parking était gratuit comme indiqué. L'hôtel est très bien placé pour se rendre à pied dans le centre de Figures. La chambre était grande et très bien équipée. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Too noisy .

The reception lady was quite friendly

They had a party at the home with music extremely loud , some screaming too. It went on till 1.00am. Affected our motorcycle trip with lack of rest.

La TV no funcionaba, ninguno de los 2 días alojado y lo peor de todo el malísimo olor que hacia el agua del lavabo como ducha. Y por no decir que el cafe con leche tenía mal sabor del agua y me sento mal.

Un agréable séjour à refaire

La beauté et la déco extraordinaire de cet hôtel, l’accueil rien à dire ils essayent de parler français super gentil et souriante. la chambre parfaite, un confort total, une propreté très appliquée. Le lit est super confortable, le petit balcon avec la table et la chaise le matin au soleil. Génial à recommander tout le personnel, très gentil parking privé avec caméra et gardien. À refaire dès que possible.

Juste 2 chose , c’est que malheureusement nous sommes tombés dans un week-end où il y avait réparation de l’antenne. Donc nous avons pas eu de télé et pour le dîner le soir pas le temps de finir l’entrée que le plat arrive. Nous sommes restés quand même trois jours dont deux deux dîner par contre qualité, prix rien à dire, et c’était excellent, juste trop rapide

En résumé, très bon séjour, à refaire.

Hôtel proche du centre ville, donc la voiture est restée au parking tout le séjour. Le plus, un grand parking gratuit avec caméras, ce qui est rassurant. La chambre correctement équipée, serviettes de toilette changées tous les jours, ainsi que la chambre faite. j'avais pris chambre et petit-déjeuner compris, qui était assez varié et en buffet libre. Pour le prix, on parle bien de petit-déj et non de repas "pantagruélique".

Aucune critique à faire, bon rapport qualité/prix, si l'on veut plus et mieux, il faut être prêt à payer plus. Le seul bémol c'est que j'avais demandé un lit double, et j'ai eu des lits séparés. J'ai pu les accoler, mais ce n'est pas pareil. Autre chose qui serait bien, c'est une bouilloire dans la chambre.

A previously good stay but let down by atmosphere of the property and check in

Parking pool and close to restaurants.

Large amount of young coloured men hanging around the entrance foyer and parking areas both day and night. We have stayed before and not seen this. It was unnerving . Also receptionist only staff on duty and busy on phone to check us in effectively. A shame as previously good experience.

Most staff very helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Bad smell from drains, leak under sink in bathroom. All decor was very tired looking and in need of refurb/renewal. Breakfast was very poor - ants crawling over table where breakfast pastries were. Hot breakfast was barely warm, fruit juice of poor quality. Although we have great sympathy for the people from the Ukraine, we suspect we were the only tourists in the hotel.

the hotel reception and bar has been updated and is a step in the right direction, parking is great. Do not bother with

dog friendly

breakfast was a disaster. The hotel are trying to advocate not wasting food and we had to leave most of ours. It was waitress served….cold & inedible. Milk for cereals had to be requested and was waitress poured at the servers bar. one coffee per person, payment for one more took ages.
